2Improved TQWT for marine moving target detection显示文摘Under the conditions of strong sea clutter and complex moving targets,it is extremely difficult to detect moving targets in the maritime surface.This paper proposes a new algorithm named improved tunable Q-factor wavelet transform(TQWT)for moving target detection.Firstly,this paper establishes a moving target model and sparsely compensates the Doppler migration of the moving target in the fractional Fourier transform(FRFT)domain.Then,TQWT is adopted to decompose the signal based on the discrimination between the sea clutter and the target’s oscillation characteristics,using the basis pursuit denoising(BPDN)algorithm to get the wavelet coefficients.Furthermore,an energy selection method based on the optimal distribution of sub-bands energy is proposed to sparse the coefficients and reconstruct the target.Finally,experiments on the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research(CSIR)dataset indicate the performance of the proposed method and provide the basis for subsequent target detection.PAN Meiyan SUN Jun YANG Yuhao LI Dasheng XIE Sudao WANG Shengli CHEN Jianjun 2020Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2020,31,3:6

4Acute Pancreatitis Complicated by Sheehan's Syndrome: A Case Report and Literature Review显示文摘A 44-year-old woman was transferred to the ICU of the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinan University for 2 days of persistent epigastric pain and 7 hours of unconsciousness.Her admission diagnosis was severe acute necrotizing pancreatitis(hypertriglyceridemia type)with multiple organ dysfunctions.The results of CT revealed a small area of necrotizing pancreatitis,which was not consistent with the severe clinical manifestations.Considering lack of hair and history of postpartum hemorrhage,hormone examination was carried out.According to the results of the examination,she was further diagnosed as Sheehan's syndrome and pituitary crisis.After hormone replacement therapy,her condition improved rapidly.Dasheng Liu Li Liu Feng Gan Xianlin Wu Gang Ye 2020Chinese Medical Sciences Journal2020,35,1:3
5A FAST SEAMLESS HANDOVER SCHEME AND ITS CDT OPTIMIZATION FOR PING-PONG TYPE OF MOVEMENT显示文摘In mobile IPv6 networks, the ping-pong type of movement brings about frequent handovers and thus increases signaling burden. This letter proposes a fast seamless handover scheme where the access router keeps the mobile node's old reservation till the offline Count Down Timer (CDT) expires in order to reduce handover signaling and delay while the mobile node returns in a very short period of time. Cohesion is the system of formal visible markers, which manifest the semantic relations between sentences. Coherence lies in the deep structure of a text. It refers to the complex non-linear notional-functional relations behind the linear sequences of words or sentences. Controlling is an intuitive semantic key-link, which lies on the topmost level in the hierarchical representation of a text. This thesis attempts to bring these textlinguistic theories in contact with practical issues in language teaching, especially in the teaching of reading and writing. 8A new fatigue life prediction model considering the creep-fatigue interaction effect based on the Walker total strain equation显示文摘The performance of high-temperature components of aero-engines under the CreepFatigue Interaction(CFI)behavior gets more attention recently.In this research,the creepfatigue tests of two superalloys of Powder Metallurgy(PM)FGH96 and direct aging GH4169 were performed at 650°C with different types of dwell,and the fracture morphology of FGH96 specimens was observed by Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM)to analyze the creep-fatigue fracture feature and crack initiation.Additionally,according to phenomenology,the effect of dwell was introduced to develop a new uniaxial fatigue life prediction model based on the total strain equation,which has capability to take dwell time and load ratio into account together.The equations were utilized to model the test data of PM FGH96 and GH4169,together with data of another superalloy PM FGH95 conducted previously.A prominent prediction ability of the model in creep-fatigue life prediction of different superalloys has been manifested.Most data points of test data and estimated data are located within two times scatter band,which is ideal in engineering.Siyuan CHEN Dasheng WEI Jialiang WANG Yanrong WANG Xianghua JIANG 2020Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2020,33,9:2
9Effect of Mg on Microstructure and Growth Kinetics of Zn-22.3Al-1.1Si Coating显示文摘The effects of Mg on the microstructure and growth kinetics of the hot-dip Zn-22.3 Al-1.1 Si-x Mg(x = 0, 0.2, 0.4, and 0.6) coatings were investigated in detail. Scanning electron microscopy with energy dispersive spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction studies revealed the presence of η-Zn, α-Al, Zn/Al eutectoid,(Si), Al/Si eutectic, and Zn/Al/Mg_2 Zn11 ternary eutectic on the top surface of these Mg-containing coatings. Especially, a small amount of MgZn2 phase appears in top surface of Zn-22.3 Al-1.1 Si-0.6 Mg coating. Five phases are found in the alloy layers, i e, Fe_2 Al_5, FeAl_3, τ_(5C), τ_(5H), and τ_1. The addition of 0.2% Mg can delay the emergence of FeAl_3 phase. When the Mg content is more than 0.2%, the outer layers of coating change from τ_(5C) to τ_(5H) phase. The growth of the inhibition layer is diffusion controlled for various Mg content baths. 11大鼠肾上腺移植的实验研究显示文摘目的 观察大鼠同种异体肾上腺移植的效果及环孢素A(CsA)对其的作用。方法 采用显微外科技术进行大鼠同种异体带蒂肾上腺移植。对假手术组、双侧肾上腺切除组、纯系大鼠肾上腺移植组、异系大鼠肾上腺移植组及移植术后用CsA治疗组在血、尿醛固酮值 ,存活期及病理方面进行比较。结果 异系大鼠肾上腺移植后存在显著的排斥现象 ,术后口服CsA可明显延长大鼠存活期。结论 CsA能延长大鼠肾上腺移植的存活期 ,但CsA在大鼠肾上腺移植中应用的最佳时间及副作用有待进一步研究。刘定益 Shijie QI Dasheng XU Huifang CHEN 2001中华器官移植杂志2001,22,4:2
12Lock-in phenomenon of tip clearance flow and its influence on aerodynamic damping under specified vibration on an axial transonic compressor rotor显示文摘In this study,the lock-in phenomenon of Tip Clearance Flow(TCF)instabilities and their relationship to blade vibration are investigated numerically on an axial transonic rotor with a large tip clearance.The capabilities of simulating instability flow and lock-in phenomenon are verified on a transonic rotor and a NACA0012 airfoil by comparing with the test data,respectively.The lock-in phenomenon is first numerically confirmed that may occur to TCF instabilities when its frequency is close to the blade vibration frequency.The lock-in region becomes wider with the vibration amplitude increasing,and it is also affected by modal shapes.For the rotor at the simulation conditions in this study,the bending mode results in a wider lock-in region than the torsional mode.In the lock-in region,the phase difference between the Tip Clearance Vortex(TCV)and the blade vibration changes with the flow condition and the frequency ratio of the blade vibration and the TCV instabilities.The frequency of the TCV instabilities reduces with the mass flow decreasing.Therefore,reducing mass flow and increasing frequency ratio have similar effects on the TCV phase,which causes a significant variation on the unsteady pressure amplitude in the blade tip area.Thus,the aerodynamic damping changes significantly with the TCV phase.The aerodynamic damping displays a nonlinear relationship with the vibration amplitude,and it changes from negative to positive with the vibration amplitude increasing at the same frequency ratio.The negative damping is mainly provided by the tip area of the blade.For unlocked conditions,the period of the TCF instabilities fluctuates over time,and it cannot be directly separated by their frequency features.Inter Blade Phase Angle(IBPA)also has an important influence on the feature of the TCV instabilities.The occurrence of frequency lock-in also requires“appropriate”IBPA.For the examined working conditions,the frequency lock-in occurs under 0 ND(Nodal Diameter),but not under 8 ND.However,no matter 0 ND or 8 ND,the phase of TCV always locks onto the IBPA at the examined conditions.Le HAN Dasheng WEI Yanrong WANG Mingchang FANG 2022Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2022,35,3:2
13Construction of miRNA-mRNA network reveals crucial miRNAs and genes in acute myocardial infarction显示文摘Acute myocardial infarction(AMI)is a severe cardiovascular disease.This study aimed to identify crucial microRNAs(miRNAs)and mRNAs in AMI by establishing a miRNA-mRNA network.The microarray datasets GSE31568,GSE148153,and GSE66360 were downloaded from the Gene Expression Omnibus(GEO)database.We identified differentially expressed miRNAs(DE-miRNAs)and mRNAs(DE-mRNAs)in AMI samples compared with normal control samples.The consistently changing miRNAs in both GSE31568 and GSE148153 datasets were selected as candidate DE-miRNAs.The interactions between the candidate DE-miRNAs and DE-mRNAs were analyzed,and a miRNA-mRNA network and a protein-protein interaction network were constructed,along with functional enrichment and pathway analyses.A total of 209 DE-miRNAs in the GSE31568 dataset,857 DE-miRNAs in the GSE148153 dataset,and 351 DE-mRNAs in the GSE66360 dataset were identified.Eighteen candidate DE-miRNAs were selected from both the GSE31568 and GSE148153 datasets.Furthermore,miR-646,miR-127-5p,miR-509-5p,miR-509-3-5p,and miR-767-5p were shown to have a higher degree in the miRNA-mRNA network.THBS-1 as well as FOS was a hub gene in the miRNA-mRNA network and the protein-protein interaction(PPI)network,respectively.CDKN1A was important in both miRNA-mRNA network and PPI network.We established a miRNA-mRNA network in AMI and identified five miRNAs and three genes,which might be used as biomarkers and potential therapeutic targets for patients with AMI.Kai Wang Zhongming Li Wenjie Ma Yan Sun Xianling Liu Lijun Qian Jian Hong Dasheng Lu Jing Zhang Di Xu 2021The Journal of Biomedical Research2021,35,6:2
14Synthesis of ethylidene diacetate from dimethyl ether,CO and H_2显示文摘Ethylidene diacetate was prepared by reacting dimethyl ether,acetic acid and syngas in the presence of a catalytic system comprising RhI3,PPh3 and CH3I.The effects of reaction temperature,pressure,time and the CO/H2 molar ratio on the conversion of dimethyl ether and the product selectivity were investigated under the same catalyst formulation.Results showed that a maximum conversion of dimethyl ether was obtained when a mixture consisting of 0.3 mol dimethyl ether and 120 ml acetic acid was reacted at 180 ℃ and 3.0 MPa for 10 h at a stirring speed of 600 rpm under a syngas flow with a CO/H2 molar ratio of 2.5,which was catalyzed by a catalyst mixture comprising 0.3 g RhI3,6 g PPh3 and 1.3 g CH3I.The selectivity of ethylidene diacetate increased with temperature,decreased with the CO/H2 molar ratio and exhibited a maximum with pressure.Dianhua Liu Xin Huang Lei Hu Dingye Fang Weiyong Ying Dasheng Chen 2010Journal of Natural Gas Chemistry2010,19,2:2

16Quercetin-derivatives painting the yellow petals of American lotus(Nelumbo lutea)and enzymatic basis for their accumulation显示文摘American lotus(Nelumbo lutea)is one of the two species in Nelumbo and has only yellow flower.Identification of total flavonoids showed wild American lotus contained almost only flavonols with quercetin 3-O-glucuronide to be the dominant pigment.The variation tendency of the total flavonol content was coincident with yellow color variation of petals during flower development.To understand the mechanism of accumulation and constituent of pigments in petals,three pivotal genes,NlFLS1,NlFLS2 and NlFLS3,which were predicted to encode flavonol synthases were isolated and characterized by analyses of basic bioinformatics,temporal and spatial expression patterns and enzymatic activity.Their temporal expression levels showed the same variation tendency,which was also consistent with the development-dependent variation of total flavonol content.Spatial expression patterns indicated the three genes should function in petals.All the three proteins were demonstrated to be bifunctional dioxygenase,possessing both flavonol synthase activity and flavanone 3-hydroxylase activity.Besides,other flavonol biosynthesis related genes were also investigated on their expression levels to give more clues on the mechanism.Substrate preferences of the three FLSs,substrate competitions between the FLSs and other flavonol biosynthesis related enzymes,and the greatly differential expression levels between F3’H(flavonoid 3-hydroxylase)and F3’5’H(flavonoid 3,5-hydroxylase)contributed to the flavonol constituent in the petals of America lotus,namely abundant quercetin-derivatives while very few kaempferol-derivatives and myricetin-derivatives.Qingqing Liu Dasheng Zhang Fengluan Liu Zhuoxing Liu Xiaohan Wang Yong Yang Shanshan Li Hanchun Li Daike Tian Liangsheng Wang 2023Horticultural Plant Journal2023,9,1:1
