2A UNIFIED MULTIAXIAL FATIGUE DAMAGE PARAMETER显示文摘According to the critical plane principle,a unified multiaxial fatigue damage parameteris presented based on the varying behaviour of the strains on the critical plane.Both the parameters ofthe maximum shear strain amplitude and normal strain excursion between adjacent turning points ofthe maximum shear strain on the critical plane are considered in the multiaxiaI fatigue damage parame-ter presented.An equivalent strain amplitude is made with both parameters of the maximun shearstrain amplitude and normal strain excursion by means of yon Mises criterion.Thus a new multiaxialfatigue damage model is given based on the critical plane approach.The results show that the multiaxi-al fatigue damage parameter proposed in this paper may be used under either proportional or nonpro-portional loading,and may also be reduced to a uniaxial form.It is used to predict multiaxial fatiguelife and good agreement is demonstrated by experimental data.Shang Deguang Wang Dejun Xu Hao 1998Acta Mechanica Solida Sinica1998,11,3:4

5A case of rapid growing colonic NK/T cell lymphoma complicated by Crohn's disease显示文摘A 37-year-old man developed abdominal pain and bloody diarrhea 11 months before admission. The colonoscopy revealed multifocal ulcers in the colon. Histology showed active chronic inflammation. Although anti-tuberculosis medication was effective, his symptoms repeated 2 months later. The subsequent colonoscopy revealed more extensive irregular ulcers than before, and he was clinically suspected with intestinal malignant lymphoma. He underwent subtotal colectomy and was histologically suggested Crohn's disease, then 5-aminosalicylic and a combination of prednisone and azathioprine were administered in succession postoperatively, but they achieved minimal relief of symptoms for a period of 7 months. The third colonoscopy showed a large irregular ulcer in the ileocolon stomas, and primary colonic NK/T cell lymphoma was diagnosed through histological and immunophenotypic studies. 6The analysis of genetic diversity and differentiation of six Chinese cattle populations using microsatellite markers显示文摘A total of 321 individuals from six cattle populations of four species in a bovine subfamily in China were studied using 12 pairs of mi- crosatellite markers. The genetic diversities within and between populations were calculated. The phylogenetic trees were constructed by (δμ) 2 and DA distances, and the divergence times between populations were estimated by (δμ) 2. Altogether, 144 microsatellite alleles were detected including 24 private alleles and nine shared alleles. Chinese Holstein had the largest number of private alleles (10), whereas, Bohai black and Buffalo had the smallest number of private alleles (2). Chinese Holstein showed the highest genetic variability. Its ob- served number of alleles (Na), mean effective number of alleles (MNA), and mean heterozygosity (He) were 7.7500, 4.9722, and 0.7719, respectively, whereas, the Buffalo and Yak showed low genetic variability. In the phylogenetic trees, Luxi and Holstein grouped first, followed by Bohai and Minnan. Yak branched next and buffalo emerged as the most divergent population from other cattle populations. Luxi and Bohai were estimated to have diverged 0.039-0.105 million years ago (MYA), however, buffalo and Holstein diverged 0.501-1.337 MYA. 11Proteome-Wide Profiling of the Covalent-Druggable Cysteines with a Structure-Based Deep Graph Learning Network显示文摘Covalent ligands have attracted increasing attention due to their unique advantages,such as long residence time,high selectivity,and strong binding affinity.They also show promise for targets where previous efforts to identify noncovalent small molecule inhibitors have failed.However,our limited knowledge of covalent binding sites has hindered the discovery of novel ligands.Therefore,developing in silico methods to identify covalent binding sites is highly desirable.Here,we propose DeepCoSI,the first structure-based deep graph learning model to identify ligandable covalent sites in the protein.By integrating the characterization of the binding pocket and the interactions between each cysteine and the surrounding environment,DeepCoSI achieves state-of-the-art predictive performances.The validation on two external test sets which mimic the real application scenarios shows that DeepCosI has strong ability to distinguish ligandable sites from the others.Finally,we profiled the entire set of protein structures in the RCSB Protein Data Bank(PDB)with DeepCoSI to evaluate the ligandability of each cysteine for covalent ligand design,and made the predicted data publicly available on website.Hongyan Du Dejun Jiang Junbo Gao Xujun Zhang Lingxiao Jiang Yundian Zeng Zhenxing Wu Chao Shen Lei Xu Dongsheng Cao Tingjun Hou Peichen Pan 2022Research2022,,4:1

20Seasonal and Interdecadal Variations of Heat Transport over the Northern Hemisphere显示文摘Using NCEP/NCAR reanalysis data, variations of heat transport in the Northern Hemisphere were studied. It was found that there are interdecadal variations in heat transport from middle latitudes to higher latitudes. The variations of interdecadal heat transport over longitudes around 120°E are out of phase with those over around 90°E and over the Northeastern Pacific. The seasonal variations of heat transport were also discussed. It was found that most heat is transported in the lower layer of the troposphere from middle latitudes to higher latitudes.
