2Finite time L_1 Approach for Missile Overload Requirement Analysis in Terminal Guidance显示文摘This article analyzes the problem about the missile overload requirement in a homing terminal guidance under various engagement scenarios.An augmented proportional navigation guidance(APNG) model is introduced on the basis of linear kinematics.To analyze the peak-to-peak performance of the terminal guidance system,a new finite time L1 performance measure for a linear time-varying(LTV) continuous system is proposed.Then,according to the idea of the adjoint system,a novel method for computing the L1 norm of a linear continuous system is first derived.Within the finite time L1 framework,the quantitative relation between the guidance loop dynamics and the maximum missile-target maneuver ratio is offered.This relation is expressed in the form of graphs and formulas that can be used to synthesize some of the major subsystem specifications for the missile guidance system.The illustrative examples show that a significant performance improvement is achieved with the proposed guidance loop dynamics.Ji Denggao,He Fenghua,Yao Yu Control and Simulation Center,Harbin Institute of Technology,Harbin 150080,China 2009Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2009,22,4:4
3Solubility of trans-1,2-Cyclohexanediol in Some Solvents显示文摘The solubility of trans-1,2-cyclohexanediol in water, methyl acetate, acetic ester, propyl acetate, butyl acetate, methyl acrylate, ethyl acrylate, 2-pentanone and acetoacetic ester was measured at temperatures ranging from about 300 K to 330 K, using a modification of the experimental technique of laser monitoring observation system. The solubilities were calculated by λh method, in which new parameters were introduced to express the activity coefficients of trans-1,2-cyclohexanediol, and determined from the experimental data. The new parameters provide good calculated results. 4Loss of ARID1A Promotes Hepatocellular Carcinoma Progression via Up-regulation of MYC Transcription显示文摘Background and Aims:AT-rich interactive domain-containing protein 1A(ARID1A)is frequently mutated or deficient in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).However,the role of ARID1A in HCC remains unclear.Therefore,the biological role of ARID1A in HCC was evaluated and a potential mechanism was investigated.Methods:Arid1a was knocked out in the livers of mice using the CRISPR/Cas9 system delivered by hydrodynamic tail vein injection.The development of HCC was observed in different mouse models.The correlation of ARID1A and prognosis in patients with HCC was analyzed using cBioPortal.The effect of ARID1A on cell proliferation was assessed by MTT assay following the manipulation of candidate genes.Results:ARID1A deficiency alone did not cause HCC in mice,but knockout of ARID1A accelerated liver tumorigenesis in response to diethylnitrosamine(DEN)or when a combination knockout of phosphatase and tensin homolog(Pten)plus tumor protein P53(p53)was introduced.ARID1A mutations were associated with a poorer prognosis in HCC patients.The mRNA level of MYC was significantly higher in patients with an ARID1A mutation compared to those without a mutation.Ectopic expression of ARID1A inhibited HCC cell proliferation.ARID1A knockout increased HCC cell growth and resulted in disruptions to DNA damage repair and apoptosis following radiation stress.Furthermore,mechanistic studies revealed that ARID1A inhibited the proliferation of HCC cells via transcriptional down-regulation of MYC.Conclusions:These results describe ARID1A as a tumor suppressor in the liver.A deficiency in ARID1A predicts worse survival in HCC patients and promotes HCC progression via up-regulation of MYC transcription.Yao Xiao Guodong Liu Xiwu Ouyang Denggao Zai Jixiang Zhou Xiaoli Li Qi Zhang Jie Zhao 2021Journal of Clinical and Translational Hepatology2021,9,4:2
5Integrated guidance and control design of a flight vehicle with side-window detection显示文摘This paper considers the guidance and control problem of a flight vehicle with sidewindow detection. In order to guarantee the target remaining in the seeker's sight of view, the line of sight and the attitude of the flight vehicle should be under some constraints caused by the sidewindow, which leads to coupling between the guidance and the attitude dynamics model. To deal with the side-window constraints and the coupling, a novel Integrated Guidance and Control(IGC)design approach is proposed. Firstly, the relative motion equations are derived in the body-Line of Sight(LOS) coordinate system. And the guidance and control problem of the flight vehicle is formulated into an IGC problem with state constraints. Then, based on the singular perturbation method, the IGC problem is decomposed into the control design of the quasi-steady-state subsystem and the boundary-layer subsystem which can be designed separately. Finally, the receding horizon control is applied to the control design for the two subsystems. 9The Role of Engineer-in-Chief and the Introduction of Foreign Hydraulic Dredging Technology and River Conservancy into China,1890s-1930s显示文摘This paper discusses studies of the development of river conservancy in modern China,and the role of engineers-in-chief in river improvement planning on rivers such as the Hai-ho(Haihe)and the Whangpoo(Huangpu).It discusses the introduction of foreign hydraulic dredging technology and management into two major Chinese ports.It then analyses the process by which two agencies of the Chinese government absorbed and adjusted this technology to suit local circumstances in the treaty ports of Tianjin and Shanghai beginning in the 1890s.Without prior experience in river conservancy,the conservancy boards adopted a range of foreign technologies.This allowed them to develop into major institutions that facilitated increasing trade flows between China and the rest of the world.Of particular significance in this process of technological change was the role of the expatriate engineers-in-chief who were employed as chief executive officers of both agencies.They were responsible for establishing the operations of the agencies,accommodating an increasing range of responsibilities such as financial and human resource management,and training Chinese engineers and managers for senior positions until they were ready to replace the expatriate engineers-in-chief after the 1930s.Yi Wei Long Denggao Pierre van der Eng 2020Frontiers of History in China2020,15,2:1

14Active switching multiple model method for tracking a noncooperative gliding flight vehicle显示文摘The study investigates the trajectory estimation problem of a noncooperative gliding flight vehicle with complex and atypical maneuvers.An active switching multiple model(ASMM)method is proposed.This method employs a motion behavior model set(MBMS),a motion behavior recognition algorithm,and an active switching estimation and fusion algorithm.First,a recognizable MBMS,which can capture all the motion behaviors of a gliding flight vehicle,is established.Then,a motion behavior recognition algorithm based on recurrent neural networks(RNNs)is developed to obtain the current probability of each motion behavior.Then,an active switching estimation and fusion algorithm is proposed,in which the adopted models are actively chosen at each time instant according to a model selection strategy.Last,the proposed ASMM method is applied to a noncooperative gliding flight vehicle.The simulation results show that the proposed method has higher estimation precision and better dynamic performance.Tianyu ZHENG Yu YAO Fenghua HE Denggao JI Xinran ZHANG 2020Science China(Information Sciences)2020,63,9:1

19NO_(x) and H_(2)S formation in the reductive zone of air-staged combustion of pulverized blended coals显示文摘Low NO_(x) combustion of blended coals is widely used in coal-fired boilers in China to control NO_(x) emission;thus,it is necessary to understand the formation mechanism of NO_(x) and H2S during the combustion of blended coals.This paper focused on the investigation of reductive gases in the formation of NO_(x) and H2S in the reductive zone of blended coals during combustion.Experiments with Zhundong(ZD)and Commercial(GE)coal and their blends with different mixing ratios were conducted in a drop tube furnace at 1200℃–1400℃with an excessive air ratio of 0.6–1.2.The coal conversion and formation characteristics of CO,H_(2)S,and NO_(x) in the fuelrich zone were carefully studied under different experimental conditions for different blend ratios.Blending ZD into GE was found to increase not only the coal conversion but also the concentrations of CO and H2S as NO reduction accelerated.Both the CO and H2S concentrations inblended coal combustion increase with an increase in the combustion temperature and a decrease in the excessive air ratio.Based on accumulated experimental data,one interesting finding was that NO and H2S from blended coal combustion were almost directly dependent on the CO concentration,and the CO concentration of the blended coal combustion depended on the single char gasification conversion.Thus,CO,NO_(x),and H2S formation characteristics from blended coal combustion can be well predicted by single char gasification kinetics.Jinzhi CAI Dan LI Denggao CHEN Zhenshan LI 2021Frontiers in Energy2021,15,1:0
20Linear-like polypeptide-based micelle with pH-sensitive detachable PEG to deliver dimeric camptothecin for cancer therapy显示文摘Nano drug delivery systems have made significant progress in delivering anticancer drugs camptothecin(CPT).However,many challenges for CPT delivery remain,including low drug loading efficiency,premature drug leakage,and poor cellular internalization.Herein,we report a novel dual-sensitive polypeptide-based micelle with remarkably high drug loading of CPT for cancer therapy.This self-assembled micelle possesses the following essential components for CPT:(1)pH-sensitive PEG(OHC-PEG-CHO)for prolonging blood circulation and allowing biocompatibility by shielding the cationic micelles,which can be detached under the tumor acidic microenvironment and facilitates the cellular uptake;(2)polypeptide polylysine-polyphenylalanine(PKF)synthesized via ring-opening polymerization for micelle formation and CPT analogue loading;(3)dimeric CPT(DCPT)with redox-sensitive linker for increasing CPT loading and ensuring drug release at tumor sites.Interestingly,the linear-like morphology of PEG-PKF/DCPT micelles was able to enhance their cellular internalization when compared with the spherical blank PKF micelles.Also,the anticancer efficacy of DCPT against lung cancer cells was significantly improved by the micelle formation.In conclusion,this work provides a promising strategy facilitating the safety and effective application of CPT in cancer therapy.Ka Hong Wong Zhaopei Guo Di Jiang Xingzhi Zhou Lizhu Lin Denggao Zhao Meiwan Chen 2023Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences2023,18,1:0
