1对中国餐饮食物浪费及其资源环境效应的思考显示文摘我国餐饮食物消费中日益普遍的恣意浪费现象,已经成为阻碍我国经济社会可持续发展的严重问题;但是对食物浪费的研究并未引起足够的重视。社会上对此问题存在诸多认识误区。本文针对我国餐饮业中的食物浪费问题,结合媒体报道,探讨我国餐饮食物浪费的严重性,开展餐饮食物浪费的资源、环境效应研究的重要性。最后讨论了开展餐饮食物浪费研究的科学问题和研究重点。成升魁 高利伟 徐增让 唐承财 王灵恩 Dhruba Bijaya G. C. 2012中国软科学2012,,7:60
2缺氧诱导因子1α和血管内皮生长因子在子宫内膜癌中的表达及临床意义显示文摘目的分析缺氧诱导因子1α(HIF-1α)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在子宫内膜癌和癌旁组织中的表达差异,探讨缺氧状态以及这2种蛋白在子宫内膜癌发生、发展中的临床意义。方法选择2011年1月至2012年12月在同济大学附属同济医院接受手术治疗的子宫内膜癌患者128例,采用免疫组织化学法检测术后癌组织和配对癌旁组织中HIF1-α和VEGF蛋白表达,并对患者进行定期随访,分析这2种蛋白表达与患者预后的关系。构建人子宫内膜癌细胞缺氧模型,检测细胞中HIF1-α和VEGF蛋白表达,并观察细胞增殖、侵袭及凋亡情况。结果子宫内膜癌组织中HIF-1α和VEGF蛋白阳性表达率均高于癌旁组织(P均<0.05),HIF-1α蛋白在淋巴结转移阳性、高组织学分级、肿瘤最大径≥4 cm和孕激素受体阳性的患者中阳性率较高(P均<0.05),VEGF蛋白在淋巴结转移阳性、高组织学分级、肌层浸润较深、肿瘤最大径≥4 cm、雌激素受体阳性、孕激素受体阳性和高病理分期的患者中阳性率较高(P均<0.05);HIF-1α阴性患者的5年总生存率高于阳性患者(P<0.05),VEGF阴性患者5年总生存率与阳性患者相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。人子宫内膜癌细胞缺氧模型中,HIF-1α和VEGF蛋白表达均增加(P均<0.05),细胞增殖和侵袭能力均增强(P均<0.05),凋亡减少(P<0.05)。结论 HIF-1α和VEGF蛋白与子宫内膜癌的发展有关,HIF-1α蛋白表达阳性提示预后不良。孙文惠子 Dhruba Paudel 欧阳一芹 宋思蕊 童晓文 李怀芳 王建军 初磊 2019第二军医大学学报2019,40,4:12
3Rural Tourism Development in China:Principles,Models and the Future显示文摘Rural tourism in China,has undergone a rapid development in the last three decades.It is an emerging and effective catalyst that promotes industrial restructuring,agricultural development and the upgrading of rural areas.However,there remains little understanding about the core issues of rural tourism in China:the exact connotation,the principles,the development models and the future directions.This review paper identifies the key issues based on literature analysis,national statistics and press reports to form a general picture of the past,the current and the future prospects of China's rural tourism.The paper firstly addresses the definition,content and principles of rural tourism,and then provides an overview and brief evaluation of the progress and the current development models in China.Finally,based on the analysis of the experiences and problems,the authors sum up with five pathways of the future development of China's rural tourism from the perspective of rural tourism resources,product,market and promotion.WANG Ling-en CHENG Sheng-kui ZHONG Lin-sheng MU Song-lin DHRUBA Bijaya GC REN Guo-zhu 2013Journal of Mountain Science2013,10,1:9
4基于GIS和地统计学的土壤养分的空间异质性研究:以红河县迤萨镇为例(英文)显示文摘云南红河哈尼稻作梯田系统是全球重要农业文化遗产保护试点之一。土壤养分是土壤肥力的重要标志,对遗产地土地的可持续利用具有重要作用。运用GIS和地统计学相结合的方法,对红河县迤萨镇的土壤p H、有机质、全氮、碱解氮、有效磷、速效钾的空间变异及分布特征进行了分析。研究结果表明,该区域内的土壤p H、有机质、全氮、碱解氮、速效钾显示出中等变异,其变异系数分别为12.54%、40.14%、40.00%、34.89%、50.48%;有效磷显示出强变异,其变异系数为102.13%;土壤p H、有机质、全氮和速效钾的理论模型为指数模型,有效磷的理论模型为球状模型;土壤全氮、有效磷和速效钾的空间分布状况主要受结构性因子的影响,p H、有机质和碱解氮的空间分布状况受结构性因子和随机因子的共同影响;Kriging插值图较为直观地描述了迤萨镇土壤养分的空间分布状况。通过对土壤各种养分的空间分布状况,对于及时调整施肥等农业管理措施具有一定的指导作用,是进行精准施肥研究的基础工作。李静 闵庆文 李文华 白艳莹 Dhruba Bijaya G.C. 袁正 2014Journal of Resources and Ecology2014,5,4:9
5Evaluation of water resources conserved by forests in the Hani rice terraces system of Honghe County,Yunnan,China:an application of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model显示文摘The Hani Rice Terraces System, based on gravity-flow irrigation, is one of the Globally Important Agricultural Heritage Systems(GIAHS) pilot sites selected by FAO in 2010. The water resource plays an important role in the sustainable development of this system. The value of water conserved by the forest is influenced by natural, economic and social factors. In this paper, the water quality, per capita water resources, per capita GDP and population density are chosen as indices to construct an index system for a comprehensive evaluation of water resources value. The weights of these indices are 0.443, 0.31, 0.141 and 0.106 respectively, which are determined by the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) method. The water resources value has been assessed by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. The results show that the water resources value in the Hani Rice Terraces System is 4.25 RMB/m^3. 6Effect of glycine addition on the in-vitro corrosion behavior of AZ31 magnesium alloy in Hank’s solution显示文摘This study reports on the effect of the addition of Glycine to Hank’s solution on the in-vitro corrosion behavior of AZ31 magnesium(Mg)alloy at 37℃and a pH of 7.4 studied by using potentiodynamic polarization(PDP),hydrogen collecting techniques and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)in combination with surface characterization techniques such as optical microscopy(OM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis(XPS).The results reveal that adsorption of glycine initially subdues the dissolution of AZ31 Mg alloy while in long run it enhances the dissolution of the alloy due to the commencement of the chelation effect of glycine with Ca^(2+) released from hydroxyapatite.The chelation of glycine with Ca^(2+) induces the formation of cracks in the surface film which further promotes the dissolution of AZ31 Mg alloy thereby forming a porous corrosion products layer on the surface of the alloy.As a result,both the continuous dissolution of AZ31 magnesium alloy and the hydrogen evolution rate(HER)are enhanced with increasing the immersion time in Hank’s solution.Durga Bhakta Pokharel Liping Wu Junhua Dong Amar Prasad Yadav Dhruba Babu Subedi Madhusudan Dhakal Lin Zha Xin Mu Aniefiok Joseph Umoh Wei Ke 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,22:4
7Densification behavior of yttria-stabilized zirconia powders for solid oxide fuel cell electrolytes显示文摘Yttria-stabilized zirconia(YSZ) is the most common electrolyte material for solid oxide fuel cells. Herein, we conducted a comparative study on the densification behavior of three different kinds of commercial 8 mol% YSZ powders:(i) TZ-8Y(Tosoh, Japan),(ii) MELox 8Y(MEL Chemicals, UK), and(iii) YSZ-HT(Huatsing Power, China). The comparison was made on both the selfsupporting pellets and thin-film electrolytes coated onto a NiO–YSZ anode support. For the pellets, MELox 8Y showed the highest densification at lower sintering temperatures with 93% and 96% of the theoretical density at 1250 and 1300 ℃, respectively. Although YSZ-HT showed a higher sintering rate than TZ-8Y, a sintering temperature of 1350 ℃ was required for both the powders to reach 95% of the theoretical density. For the thin-film electrolytes, on the other hand, YSZ-HT showed the highest sintering rate with a dense microstructure at a co-sintering temperature of 1250 ℃. Our results indicate that besides the average particle size, other factors such as particle size distribution and post-processing play a significant role in determining the sintering rate and densification behavior of the YSZ powders. 8''Minimizing tacrolimus' ' strategy and long-term survival after liver transplantation显示文摘AIM: To investigate the effect of the ‘‘minimizing tacrolimus' ' strategy on long-term survival of patients after liver transplantation(LT).METHODS: We conducted a retrospective study of 319 patients who received LT between January 2009 and December 2011 at the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine. Following elimination of ineligible patients, 235 patients were included in the study. The relationship between early tacrolimus(TAC)exposure and survival period was analyzed by Kaplan Meier curves. Adverse effects related to TAC were eval-uated by the χ2 test. Routine monitoring of blood TAC concentration(TC) was performed using the PRO-TracTM Ⅱ Tacrolimus Elisa Kit(Diasorin, United States). RESULTS: Of 235 subjects enrolled in the study, 124(52.8%) experienced adverse effects due to TAC. When evaluating mean TC, the survival time of patients with a mean TC < 5 ng/mL was significantly shorter than that in the other groups(911.3 ± 131.6 d vs 1381.1 ± 66.1 d, 911.3 ± 131.6 d vs 1327.3 ± 47.8 d, 911.3 ± 131.6 d vs 1343.2 ± 83.1 d, P < 0.05), while the survival times of patients with a mean TC of 5-7, 7-10 and 10-15 ng/mL were comparable. Adverse effects due to TAC in all four groups were not significantly different. When comparing the standard deviation(SD) of TC among the groups, the survival time of patients with a SD of 2-4 was significantly longer than that in the other groups(1388.8 ± 45.4 d vs 1029.6 ± 131.3 d, 1388.8 ± 45.4 d vs 1274.9 ± 57.0 d, P < 0.05), while in patients with a SD < 2 and SD > 4, the survival time was not statistically different. Adverse effects experienced in all three groups were not statistically different. 10基于地形因子的北京山区沟域土地利用变化研究(英文)显示文摘由于人口的增长和经济的快速发展,发展中国家正经历着日益剧烈的土地利用变化,其变化的范围不仅发生在平原,甚至已经扩展到山区。作为山区基本的地理单元,沟域是山区经济活动的主要场所、因此,沟域土地利用的优化调控对山区绿色化发展至关重要。本文基于1995年和2012年北京山区的土地利用数据,系统分析了沟域的土地利用变化情况,同时根据典型沟域地形因子(如海拔和坡度)的土地利用变化评估结果,提出土地利用的优化调控路径。研究结果表明,沟域是评估山区土地利用变化趋势的有效地理单元,可以为未来山区的绿色化展提供科学依据。从1995年到2012年,北京山区沟域最显著的土地利用变化表现在草地面积的减少和建筑面积的增加(草地转换为建筑用地),而这些土地利用变化主要发生在海拔0-400米和坡度6-15°的区域范围内。考虑到近年来北京山区经济的快速发展,建筑用地和耕地的数量将会持续增加,但目前的结果显示地形较陡区域土地利用变化最为显著,意味着未来山区沟域土地利用优化调控应充分考虑地形因子的影响,在这些区域的土地利用政策中要着重考虑实施保障山区生态屏障和水土涵养的功能设施。穆松林 张义丰 Dhruba Bijaya G.C. 2016Journal of Resources and Ecology2016,7,1:2
11公有林对尼泊尔减贫的贡献——以尼泊尔巴章区不同社区森林为例(英文)显示文摘森林提供了可以支持全球约20%人口生计的必要资源。在尼泊尔,衣业、生态环境以及复杂多样的乡村景观正在发生迅速变化。贫困在发展中国家是普遍现象。尼泊尔是南亚最贫穷的国家之一,有25.2%的人生活在贫困线以下。虽然自1976年以来减贫是国家发展的优先任务之一,但贫困仍然普遍且持续存在。森林占尼泊尔土地总面积的44.74%,国家和集体森林在维持农民生计、周边居民减贫方面具有重要作用.本研究以尼泊尔最贫穷偏远的地区之一巴章区为例,采用参与式农村评估和农村快速评估方法(包括二级数据),调查了居民对社区林业管理活动的参与程度,评估了集体林业对当地居民减贫的作用。结果显示,该社区98.9%的受访者依赖农业和森林资源维持生计。社区居民参与了大量相关会议、讨论并参与社区林业管理.营林造林活动。有42.3%的受访者强烈认可公有林业可以减贫,32.6%和25.1%的受访者为认可和中立。发展公有林促进了本土草药生产、美学价值和生态旅游发展,也保育了水土保持等多种生态系统服务功能。但目前,农村地区的贫困程度仍远高于城市地区,生态保护的任务依然很重,因此政策制定者和其他利益相关者应该携手合作,通过大力发展公益林并鼓励社区参与,以切实减少尼泊尔的贫困。Dhruba Bijaya GC BHANDARI Jyoti 徐增让 李灿 2019Journal of Resources and Ecology2019,10,6:2

16Effect of D-fructose on the in-vitro corrosion behavior of AZ31 magnesium alloy in simulated body fluid显示文摘The effect of addingd-fructose to simulated body fluid(SBF) on the corrosion behavior of AZ31 magnesium(Mg) alloy at 37.C and at a pH of 7.4 was studied by potentiodynamic polarization(PDP), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS), potentiostatic polarization and hydrogen(H2) collecting techniques,Raman spectroscopy technique, scanning electron microscopy(SEM), energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS), X-ray diffraction(XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis(XPS) and Fourier transformed infrared(FTIR). The results demonstrated that the addition of fructose enhanced the deposition of phosphates forming thick and compact corrosion products, which inhibited the transmission of aggressive ions into the Mg substrate. As a result, both the anodic dissolution of Mg and negative difference effect(NDE) were suppressed. 17典型农区农用地承包经营权流转价格及对策研究(英文)显示文摘河南既是农业大省又是中国重要的粮食主产区,农用地流转顺畅及适度规模经营对区域经济发展和国家粮食安全产生重要影响。借助于土地使用权评估的基本方法,并使用土地承包经营权的权属特性进行修正,构建了土地承包经营权流转价格模型,并对典型区域沁阳市西万村进行了实证分析。结果表明,土地承包经营权流转价格应该包括经济价格、社会价格和修正价格。价格模型的应用,应甄别理论价格和实际流转费用的区分,农用地流转后经营项目没有转变,流转价格为经济价格和社会保障价格是总和。农用地流转后经营项目发生转变,比如耕地改种经济作物,流转价格则是经济价格、社会价格与修正价格三者的总和。收益分配格局存在复杂性,流转收益应在流出方、流入方、管理者和所有者之间合理、公平分配。政府应建立合理有序的农用地承包经营权流转市场,并以农用地流转市场为载体,构建农用地流转价格体系。穆松林 张义丰 王开泳 Dhruba Bijaya G.C. 2012Journal of Resources and Ecology2012,3,3:1
18Influence of cementite spheroidization on relieving the micro-galvanic effect of ferrite-pearlite steel in acidic chloride environment显示文摘The corrosion behavior of the as-received steel and the spheroidized steel in acidic chloride environment was investigated. The results indicate the corrosion mode and corrosion rate of two steels are diverse due to their difference in microstructure. For as-received steel with ferrite-pearlite microstructure, severe localized corrosion happens on the pearlite regions, and plenty of cathodic cementite remains in the pits, further strengthening the micro-galvanic effect and accelerating the corrosion rate. 19生态系统对生态补偿的响应研究——以黄土高原丘陵沟壑水土保持生态功能区为例(英文)显示文摘生态补偿是保护国家重点生态功能区的政策保障。评价生态补偿政策的生态效果则有利于分析生态补偿政策的合理性和可行性,从而为生态补偿政策的完善提供科学依据。论文以实施退耕还林还草的黄土高原丘陵沟壑水土保持生态功能区为例,通过研究生态系统对生态补偿的响应特征,反映生态补偿对生态系统的影响和生态效果。研究选择了反映生态系统结构、质量和功能6个指标,分析自1999年实施退耕还林工程以来,2000年到2010年研究区生态系统的变化。研究结果表明:(1)退耕还林(草)工程促使研究区坡耕地规模减少1571 km2,生态用地面积扩大了1337 km2,有效地改善了生态系统结构,减少了人类活动对土地的干扰,有利于自然植被的恢复;(2)退耕还林工程实施以来,研究区不同生态系统植被盖度和NPP均有增加。从2000到2010年,草地、荒漠和林地生态系统的植被盖度分别增加了10.89%、8.34%和4.24%。平均NPP在10年间增加了51%左右,年均增长达5%左右,表明生态补偿促进了生态系统质量的改善;(3)从2000到2010年,研究区总生物量平均增大了2倍,各县区生物量年均增长率达11%左右,说明生态系统固碳功能显著增大。水土流失面积减少和林地拦截的径流量增大则意味着水土保持功能正在增强。显然,生态补偿对生态系统服务功能的影响也是非常积极而显著的。鲁春霞 余付勤 刘晓洁 Dhruba Bijaya G.C. 2015Journal of Resources and Ecology2015,6,6:1
