| 1 | 土霉素对柑橘黄龙病的防治效果及对柑橘产量和品质的影响显示文摘为有效防控柑橘黄龙病,于2017年在佛罗里达大学柑橘研究与教育中心的奥本代尔市柑橘试验场进行田间试验筛选黄龙病的防治药剂及其浓度,测定注射土霉素后叶片中柑橘黄龙病菌亚洲种Cadidatus Liberibacter asiaticus、土霉素、淀粉含量、柑橘产量、出汁率、可溶性固形物含量和酸度,显微镜下观察注射土霉素后淀粉粒的分布。结果表明,浓度为1.6 g/株土霉素处理180 d后柑橘叶片中黄龙病菌亚洲种含量减少幅度最大,为91.78%;注射浓度为1.6 g/株土霉素后7 d,叶片中土霉素含量达142.2μg/kg,注射后11 d叶片中土霉素含量达到最大,为239.8μg/kg,注射后45 d叶片中土霉素含量低至99.6μg/kg以下;注射后7~90 d,叶片中黄龙病菌亚洲种含量呈波浪形变化,注射90 d后叶片中黄龙病菌亚洲种含量一直处于增长趋势,叶片中黄龙病菌亚洲种含量总体随着土霉素含量的升高而降低;注射浓度为1.6 g/株土霉素后,叶片中淀粉含量大幅度下降,60 d时达到最低值,为3.3μg/mm2,90 d时达到峰值,为14.5μg/mm2;单株产量为16.7 kg,与注射浓度为0.8 g/株土霉素处理差异不显著,但均显著高于其它2个处理;柑橘出汁率、可溶性固形物和酸度均与清水对照差异不显著。表明土霉素可有效抑制黄龙病菌亚洲种,减少柑橘叶片内淀粉含量,增加柑橘产量,但对果实品质未产生显著影响。 | 姚廷山 周彦 ACHOR Diann LI Jinyun WANG Nian 周常勇 | 2020 | 植物保护学报2020,47,6: | 6 |

| 3 | s Early-onset in Major Depression a Predictor of Specific Clinical Features with More Impaired Social Function?显示文摘Background: Early-onset major depressive disorder (MDD) (EOD) is often particularly malignant due to its special clinical features, accompanying impaired social function, protracted recovery time, and frequent recurrence. This study aimed to observe the effects of age onset on clinical characteristics and social function in MDD patients in Asia. Methods: In total, 547 out-patients aged 18-5 years who were from 13 study sites in five Asian countries were included. These patients had MDD diagnose according to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 4^th Edition criteria. Clinical features and social function were assessed using Symptom Checklist-90-revised (SCL-90-R) and Sheehan Disability Scale (SDS). Quality of life was assessed by a 36-item Short-form Health Survey (SF-36). Analyses were performed using a continuous or dichotomous (cut-off: 30 years) age-of-onset indicator. Results: Early-onset MDD (EOD, 〈30 years) was associated with longer illness (P - 0.003), unmarried status (P 〈 0.001), higher neuroticism (P 〈 0.002) based on the SCL-90-R, and more limited social function and mental health (P = 0.006, P = 0.007) based on the SF-36 and SDS. The impairment of social function and clinical severity were more prominent at in-patients with younger onset ages. Special clinical features and more impaired social function and quality of life were associated with EOD, as in western studies. Conclusions: EOD often follows higher levels of neuroticism. | 9 | Tracking domestic ducks:A novel approach for documenting poultry market chains in the context of avian influenza transmission显示文摘Agro-ecological conditions associated with the spread and persistence of highly pathogenic avian influenza(HPAI) are not well understood, but the trade of live poultry is suspected to be a major pathway. Although market chains of live bird trade have been studied through indirect means including interviews and questionnaires, direct methods have not been used to identify movements of individual poultry. To bridge the knowledge gap on quantitative movement and transportation of poultry, we introduced a novel approach for applying telemetry to document domestic duck movements from source farms at Poyang Lake, China. We deployed recently developed transmitters that record Global Positioning System(GPS) locations and send them through the Groupe Spécial Mobile(GSM) cellular telephone system. For the first time, we were able to track individually marked ducks from 3 to 396 km from their origin to other farms, distribution facilities, or live bird markets. Our proof of concept test showed that the use of GPS-GSM transmitters may provide direct, quantitative information to document the movement of poultry and reveal their market chains. | 10 | 土霉素处理对柑橘黄龙病的防治效果及PP2基因表达的影响显示文摘【目的】评价土霉素(oxytetracycline,OTC)药剂对不同发病程度柑橘黄龙病(Huanglongbing,HLB)的防治效果,并检测OTC处理后韧皮部关键基因——韧皮部蛋白2(PP2)的表达量变化,为HLB的有效防控提供科学依据,也为OTC作用机理研究提供参考。【方法】应用可有效抑制、杀死病原菌的OTC,树干定量注射0.1 g/树于不同发病程度HLB(初感染、轻度发病和重度发病3组)的4年生Valencia夏橙,注射后7、30、60、90 d定期采集Valencia叶片样品监测HLB致病菌Cadidatus Liberibacter asiaticus(Las)含量、淀粉含量及PP2基因表达量变化。树干注射OTC后90 d采集不同处理Valencia的嫩叶、成熟叶片及茎,进行淀粉染色光学显微观察(LM),直观反映植株累积淀粉的变化。树干注射OTC后80 d调查柑橘嫩叶抽发的情况,综合一系列指标评价OTC对HLB的防治效果。【结果】注射OTC 0.1 g/树对初感染HLB的4年生Valencia植株治疗作用最明显,7 d后检测即为阴性,并可保持90 d,其成熟叶片的淀粉含量明显减少,但茎内仍有淀粉粒富集;轻度发病夏橙注射90 d后叶片内的Las含量从(1.68×10~6±858884)cells/g叶片减至(7.21×10~4±30981)cells/g叶片,下降幅度极为明显,其成熟叶片内的淀粉含量在90 d内一直呈下降趋势;重度发病植株注射后叶片内的Las含量从(4.10×108±3.04×10~8)cells/g叶片减至(2.80×10~7±2.70×10~7)cells/g叶片,但从数量而言仍然有较多分布,除了新长出的秋梢,其成熟叶及茎内的淀粉粒含量仍旧很大,说明0.1 g/株OTC不足以治愈4年生重度发病Valencia夏橙。对PP2基因表达分析结果显示,注射OTC后30 d,Valencia夏橙体内的PP2基因表达量大幅度下降,随后90 d内表达量稳定,与注射后30 d的表达量较为一致。【结论】OTC可以用于HLB的防控,对初感染(Las含量为<9.00×10~5 cells/g叶片)及轻度发病(Las含量为9.00×10~5—9.00×10~7 cells/g叶片)的柑橘植株治疗作用较好,不适用于重度发病植株(Las含量为>9.00×10~7 cells/g叶片)的治疗。注射OTC后,PP2基因表达量下降明显,说明OTC可有效减少韧皮部病菌等的胁迫压力。 | 姚廷山 周彦 DIANN ACHOR 王年 周常勇 | 2019 | 中国农业科学2019,0,7: | 3 |

亚普通人群的研究,2012-2014显示文摘背景 食物蛋白诱导性小肠结肠炎综合征(FPIES)是一种非IgE 介导的胃肠道过敏性疾病。基于大规模人群的FPIES 流行病学调查尚无报道。目的 本文拟明确澳大利亚婴幼儿中FPIES 的发病率和临床特点。方法 2012 至2014年通过澳大利亚儿科监测体系开展了一项全国范围内的调查,由1 400 名儿科医生每月上报2 岁以下的婴幼儿中诊为急性FPIES 的新病例。结果 230 例患儿被诊为FPIES。FPIES 在澳大利亚2 岁以下儿童中的发病率为15.4/(10 万·年)。首次发作、诊断及上报的中位数年龄分别为5、7 和10 月龄。发病没有性别倾向性。7% 的患儿有兄弟姐妹也患有FPIES,5% 在纯母乳喂养期间发病。68 例患儿仅对单种食物过敏(20% 对2 种食物过敏,12% 对3 种以上食物过敏)。最常见的FPIES 诱因是大米(45%)、牛奶(33%)以及鸡蛋(12%)。51% 的患儿在首次暴露时即有过敏反应。与单种食物过敏相比,多种食物过敏者的首次发病年龄更小(均数分别为4.6 和5.8 月龄,P = 0.001),更容易有水果或蔬菜过敏(P < 0.000 1)。纯母乳喂养4 个月以上的婴儿更不易发生多种食物过敏性FPIES(P = 0.06)。对包括牛奶在内的多种食物过敏的FPIES 患儿中64% 同时对固体食物过敏。42% 鱼类过敏性FPIES 患儿并发其他食物过敏。结论 FPIES并不罕见,估计发病率为15.4/(10 万·年)。大米是澳大利亚最常见的食物诱因。与多重食物过敏性FPIES 相关的危

| 17 | Blue sheep in the Annapurna Conservation Area,Nepal:habitat use,population biomass and their contribution to the carrying capacity of snow leopards显示文摘The Himalaya region of Nepal provides a habitat for the endangered snow leopard(Panthera uncia)and its principal prey species,the blue sheep(Pseudois nayaur).The aim of this study was to describe the habitat,the distribution and the population structure of blue sheep,and to estimate their contribution to the carrying capac-ity of snow leopard in the upper Mustang region of Nepal.Blue sheep were recorded at altitudes from 3209-5498 m on slopes with gradients of 16-60°and aspects of 40°NE to 140°SE.A total of 939 blue sheep were counted in the upper Mustang region,and 98 were counted in the Yak Kharka region of Manang district;how-ever,upper Mustang had the lowest population density of blue sheep recorded within their distribution range in Nepal(0.86 blue sheep/km^(2)).The results of the study show that a higher density of blue sheep is associated with greater plant species diversity.The most important species present in the blue sheep habitat were Kobresia pyg-maea,Artemesia spp.,Lonicera spp.,Lancea tibetica,Poa spp.,Astragalus spp.and Ephedra gerardiana.It is estimated that the existing blue sheep population biomass of approximately 38925 kg in the upper Mustang re-gion could support approximately 19 snow leopards(1.6 snow leopards/100 km^(2)). | Achyut ARYAL Dianne BRUNTON Weihong JI David RAUBENHEIMER | 2014 | Integrative Zoology2014,9,1: | 2 |
