| 1 | Effect of Different Dietary Protein and Lipid Levels on the Growth,Body Composition,and Intestinal Digestive Enzyme Activities of Juvenile Yellow Drum Nibea albiflora(Richardson)显示文摘An 8-week feeding trial was conducted to determine the optimal dietary protein-to-lipid ratio for juvenile Nibea albiflora with an initial weight of(11.76 ± 0.20) g.Nine experimental diets containing different concentrations of protein(40%,47%,or 54%) and lipids(5%,9%,or 13%) in a 3 × 3 factorial experimental design were tested in triplicate groups of fish,while the protein-to-energy(P/E) ratios of the diets varied in the range of 19.74–28.32 mg k J^(-1).Results showed that fish fed diets containing 9% or 13% lipids with 54% protein exhibited significantly higher weight gains and specific growth rates than those fed other diets.The feed conversion rate of fish fed the diet with 40% protein and 5% lipids was significantly poorer than that of fish fed other diets.The protein efficiency rate of fish fed diets with 5% lipids was significantly lower than that of fish fed 9% or 13% lipid diets.Carcass lipid and energy contents were positively correlated with dietary lipid level regardless of protein level.Fish fed a 54% protein diet showed the highest trypsin activity.The intestinal lipase activity of fish fed the diet containing 13% lipids was significantly higher than that of fish fed 5% or 9% lipid diets.These results demonstrate the high protein dietary requirements of N.albiflora.A diet containing 54% protein and 9%–13% lipids with a P/E ratio of 26.2–27.81 mg protein k J^(-1) can be considered optimal for juvenile N.albiflora. | WANG Ligai HU Shenyu LOU Bao CHEN Dongxing ZHAN Wei CHEN Ruiyi LIU Feng XU Dongdong | 2018 | Journal of Ocean University of China2018,17,5: | 4 |
| 2 | Interfacial Bonding Mechanism and Mechanical Performance of Continuous Fiber Reinforced Composites in Additive Manufacturing显示文摘The additive manufacturing of continuous fiber composites has the advantage of a high-precision and efficient forming process,which can realize the lightweight and integrated manufacturing of complex structures.However,many void defects exist between layers in the printing process of additive manufacturing;consequently,the bonding performance between layers is poor.The bonding neck is considered a key parameter for representing the quality of interfacial bonding.In this study,the formation mechanism of the bonding neck was comprehensively analyzed.First,the influence of the nozzle and basement temperatures on the printing performance and bonding neck size was measured.Second,CT scanning was used to realize the quantitative characterization of bonding neck parameters,and the reason behind the deviation of actual measurements from theoretical calculations was analyzed.When the nozzle temperature increased from 180 to 220℃,CT measurement showed that the bonding neck diameter increased from 0.29 to 0.34 mm,and the cross-sectional porosity reduced from 5.48%to 3.22%.Finally,the fracture mechanism was studied,and the influence of the interfacial bonding quality on the destruction process of the materials was determined.In conclusion,this study can assist in optimizing the process parameters,which improves the precision of the printing parts and performance between the layers. | Congze Fan Zhongde Shan Guisheng Zou Li Zhan Dongdong Yan | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2021,34,1: | 4 |

| 4 | Effects of Temperature on Haemocyte and Granulocyte Counts and Expressions of Immunity-Related Genes in Haemocytes of Scallop Chlamys farreri After Vibrio anguillarum Infection显示文摘Bivalve live in aquatic environment and the water temperature can affect their immunity directly.In this research,the scallop Chlamys farreri was injected with 10^4 or 10^7 CFU mL^-1 Vibrio anguillarum and cultured at 11℃,17℃,23℃,and 28℃,respectively.For the control scallop,only phosphate-buffered saline(PBS)was injected.Then total haemocytes and granulocytes were measured by ELISA using monoclonal antibodies.In the meantime,expressions of six immunity-related genes,including lipopolysaccharide andβ-1,3-glucan binding protein(CfLGBP),C-type lectin(CfLec-2),Toll-like receptor(Cf TLR),Lysozyme(CfLYZ),superoxide dismutase(SOD),and phenoloxidase(CfPO)in haemocytes were measured using quantitative real-time PCR.The results showed that total haemocytes counts in 10^4 CFU mL^-1 injection groups showed no differences compared to the control group at all temperatures.However,they varied significantly in 10^7 CFU mL^-1 injection groups at 3 h at 11℃,6–12 h at 17℃,3–48 h at 23℃,and 12–48 h at 28℃.Granulocytes counts in 10^4 CFU mL^-1 injection groups showed no variance compared to the control group at all temperatures,except for 12 h at 23℃,and 24–36 h at 28℃.They were significantly decreased in 10^7 CFU mL^-1 injection groups during 6–48 h at 11℃,12–48 h at 17℃,3–48 h at 23℃,and 3–72 h at 28℃.The expression levels of six immunity-related genes in haemocytes of 10^7 CFU mL^-1 injection groups were significantly higher than those of control group and 10^4 CFU mL^-1 injection groups at all temperatures.The results indicated that infected with high concentration of vibrios,haemocyte counts,granulocyte counts and the expressions of immunity-related genes in scallop C.farreri were significantly affected by environmental temperature. | CHEN Zhengqiang ZHANG Dongdong XING Jing ZHAN Wenbin | 2019 | Journal of Ocean University of China2019,18,5: | 1 |
| 5 | Luminescent gold(Ⅲ)exciplexes enable efficient multicolor electroluminescence显示文摘The control of excited states and related emissive properties of gold(Ⅲ)complexes mainly depends on the modulation of intramolecular electronic interactions among gold(Ⅲ)metal center,chelating ligands and/or peripheral groups.However,luminescent gold(Ⅲ)systems based on intermolecular electronic interactions have never been explored.Here we report a series of proof-of-concept gold(Ⅲ)exciplexes using a simple gold(Ⅲ)complex,AuDPPy,as an electron acceptor.The emissive properties of gold(Ⅲ)exciplexes can be regulated by combining AuDPPy with different donors.Inspiringly,these gold(Ⅲ)exciplexes have donor-dependent emission mechanisms:dominant phosphorescence or dual radiative channels of thermally activated delayed fluorescence(TADF)and phosphorescence.Consequently,these gold(Ⅲ)exciplexes deliver green-to-red electroluminescence with external quantum efficiencies(EQEs)of up to 10.1%.More importantly,using these gold(Ⅲ)exciplexes to host multi-resonance TADF emitters results in narrowband yellow,orange,and deep-red electroluminescence with high EQEs of 23.5%,24.4%,and 27.4%,respectively,competitive to the highest values for gold(Ⅲ)OLEDs in similar color gamut. | Lisi Zhan Tianhao Chen Cheng Zhong Xiaosong Cao Yuewei Zhang Yang Zou Zhengyang Bin Jingsong You Dongdong Zhang Lian Duan Chuluo Yang Shaolong Gong | 2023 | Science China Chemistry2023,66,11: | 0 |
| 6 | Control Efficiency of Different Treatments on Rice Bakanae Disease显示文摘After different treatments,germination of rice seeds and growth of young seedlings were observed,and the optimal seed soaking agent was selected by comparing seedling growth and incidence of bakanae disease in the field.
