13原油型油剂dakoNeat的应用浅析显示文摘对比了乳液型和原油型油剂在涤纶全拉伸丝(FDY)生产过程中的上油工艺,分析了乳液型油剂上油的缺点及在生产过程中产生的环境问题,介绍了德国达柯股份有限公司研发的原油型油剂dakoNeat及其在涤纶FDY生产中的应用,并与乳液型油剂进行对比。结果表明:乳液型油剂无法满足现阶段化纤行业对节能减排的要求;原油型油剂dako Neat使用了新型的原料和添加剂,具有较低的黏度、极佳的热稳定性和渗透性,可采用原油上油的方式应用于生产中;采用原油型油剂dakoNeat生产的涤纶FDY与乳液型油剂生产的纤维品质相同,且纤维的断裂强度和断裂伸长率的均匀性更好,生产过程中减少了能耗。Matthias Winkler Gunter Eitel Peter Dfler 沈建明 2018合成纤维工业2018,41,6:1
