1Numerical simulation for erosion effects of three-phase flow containing sulfur particles on elbows in high sour gas fields显示文摘Sulfur particles carried by high-speed flow impact pipelines,which may cause equipment malfunctions and even failure.This paper investigates the scouring effect of mist gas containing sulfur particles on elbows in highly sour gas fields.The multiphase-flow hydrodynamic model of the 90elbow was established by using the computational fluid dynamics(CFD)method.The scouring effects of the gasliquid mist fluid with the water-liquid fraction of 20%and particles with the diameter of 0.01 e0.05mm on elbows were explored within the flow velocity range of 0e20 m/s.In addition,the influences of secondary collision,mean curvature radius to diameter(R/D)ratio,inertial force,drag force,and Stokes number on trajectories of sulfur particles were studied.Moreover,the influences of hydrodynamic parameters of multiphase flow on corrosion inhibitor film were analyzed with the wall shear stress as the reference value.Serious erosion mainly occurred in the extrados of elbow as well as the junction between downstream pipeline and the intrados of elbow,the maximum erosion area occurs at 61.9.When the incident position of the particle was far away from the top of the inlet plane,the probability of secondary collision became smaller.Furthermore,the erosion rate decreased with the rise in the R/D radio.The maximum erosion rate of elbow increased with the increase in the Stoke number.The maximum erosion rate reached 0.428 mm/a at 0.05mm particle diameter and 20 m/s fluid velocity.The wall shear stress increased with the increase in fluid velocity and mass flow rate of particle,the fitting function of the wall shear stress curve was the Fourier type.The results indicated that highvelocity particles had a serious erosion effect on elbows and affected the stability of the corrosion inhibitor film.The erosion effect could be retarded by controlling the velocity and diameter of particles.The results provided technical supports for the safe production in highly sour gas fields.Enbo Zhang Dezhi Zeng Hongjun Zhu Shuanggui Li Dongbo Chen Jie Li Yanyan Ding Gang Tian 2018Petroleum2018,4,2:5

4Heterojunction-Type Photocatalytic System Based on Inorganic Halide Perovskite CsPbBr3显示文摘of main observation and conclusion The heterojunction-type structure has shown significant merits in tuning the optical properties and carrier physics.Inspired by the excellent absorption capability of halide perovskite materials for visible light,a series of CsPbBr3/TiO2 heterojunction-type photocatalysts with various all-inorganic-perovskite/TiO2 ratios are successfully fabricated by the ligand-assisted reprecipitation(LARP)method.The heterojunction structure extends the light absorption of TiO2 with good chemical and structural stability.A Pb-O interaction at the CsPbBr3/TiO2 interface is observed by the XPS and confirmed by the TRPL showing improved interface carrier transport and stability.The heterojunction-type catalyst shows drastically enhanced photocatalytic activity towards the direct oxidation of toluene with 02 molecule,as an important reaction for organic chemical synthesis.The optimized sample shows an activity of 2356μmol·g^-1·h^-1 at 75℃,4 times of that of the naked CsPbBr3 nanocrystals,and 3 times of that of the bare TiO2.Based on the investigation with trapping agents,a reaction mechanism is hence proposed suggesting that the photo-generated hole may be involved in the rate-limiting step.This work demonstrates the potential of inorganic halide perovskite-based heterojunction structure for photocatalytic applications.Enbo Zhu Yizhou Zhao Yi Dai Qiuhe Wang Yuanyuan Dong Qi Chen Yujing Li 2020Chinese Journal of Chemistry2020,38,12:3
5Enhancement of oxygen reduction reaction activity by grain boundaries in platinum nanostructures显示文摘Systematic control of grain boundary densities in various platinum(Pt)nanostructures was achieved by specific peptide-assisted assembly and coagulation of nanocrystals.A positive quadratic correlation was observed between the oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)specific activities of the Pt nanostructures and the grain boundary densities on their surfaces.Compared to commercial Pt/C,the grain-boundary-rich strain-free Pt ultrathin nanoplates demonstrated a 15.5 times higher specific activity and a 13.7 times higher mass activity.Simulation studies suggested that the specific activity of ORR was proportional to the resident number and the resident time of oxygen on the catalyst surface,both of which correlate positively with grain boundary density,leading to improved ORR activities.Enbo Zhu Wang Xue Shiyi Wang Xucheng Yan Jingxuan Zhou Yang Liu Jin Cai Ershuai Liu Qingying Jia Xiangfeng Duan Yujing Li Hendrik Heinz Yu Huang 2020Nano Research2020,13,12:3
