1生态系统服务研究文献现状及不同研究方向评述显示文摘生态系统服务研究是生态学研究的前沿和热点。对生态系统服务文献发表情况和生态系统服务主要研究方向进行阐述分析。(1)通过Thomson Reuters公司ISI Web of knowledge信息平台提供的Science Citation Index Expanded数据库为数据源检索分析得到:生态系统服务研究从文献数量、作者、国家和机构上近年来都表现出陡增的趋势;最主要的研究国家为美国、英国、德国、澳大利亚和中国;涉及54个学科,不同的国家侧重的研究领域不同;来自258个期刊,55%的文献集中在24个主要期刊上,主要期刊平均影响因子5.976。(2)从生态系统服务评价方法、生态系统内部和生态系统外部驱动因素、基于生态系统服务的生态系统管理4个方面来评述生态系统服务的研究进展。其中生态系统内部驱动主要是指生物多样性和土地利用变化,生态系统外部驱动因素包括自然因素和人为活动。最后,对生态系统服务研究的发展做了展望。马凤娇 刘金铜 A.Egrinya Eneji 2013生态学报2013,33,19:46
2Nitrate Leaching from Maize Intercropping Systems with N Fertilizer Over-Dose显示文摘A 2-yr field experiment was conducted on a calcareous alluvial soil with four summer maize intercropping systems at Shangzhuang Experiment Station (116.3°E, 39.9°N) in the North China Plain. The objective was to determine nitrate leaching from intercropping systems involving maize (Zea mays L.): sole maize (CK), maize + soybean (CST), maize + groundnut (CGT), maize + ryegrass (CHM), and maize+ alfalfa (CMX). Intercropping greatly reduced nitrate accumulation in the 100-200 cm soil layers compared with maize monoculture. Nitrate accumulation under intercropping systems decreased significantly at the 140-200 cm soil depth; the accumulation varied in the order CK>CST>CMX>CHM>CGT. However, compared to the CK treatment, nitrate leaching losses during the maize growing period were reduced by 20.9- 174.8 (CGT), 35.2-130.8 (CHM), 60.4-122.0 (CMX), and 30.6-82.4 kg ha-1 (CST). 6Coronatine Alleviates Water Deficiency Stress on Winter Wheat Seedlings显示文摘With the aim to determine whether coronatine(COR) alleviates drought stress on wheat,two winter wheat(Triticum aestivum L.) cultivars,ChangWu134(drought-tolerant) and Shan253(drought-sensitive) were studied under hydroponic conditions.Seedlings at the three-leaf stage were cultured in a Hoagland solution containing COR at 0.1 μM for 24 h,and then exposed to 20% polyethylene glycol 6000(PEG6000).Under simulated drought(SD),COR increased the dry weight of shoots and roots of the two cultivars significantly;the root/shoot ratio also increased by 30% for Shan253 and 40% for ChangWu134.Both cultivars treated with COR under SD(0.1COR+PEG) maintained significantly higher relative water content,photosynthesis,transpiration,intercellular concentration of CO2 and stomatal conductance in leaves than those not treated with PEG.Under drought,COR significantly decreased the relative conductivity and malondialdehyde production,and the loss of 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl scavenging activity in leaves was significantly alleviated in COR-treated plants.The activity of peroxidase,catalase,glutathione reductase and ascorbate peroxidase were adversely affected by drought.Leaves of plants treated with COR under drought produced less abscisic acid(ABA) than those not treated.Thus,COR might alleviate drought effects on wheat by reducing active oxygen species production,activating antioxidant enzymes and changing the ABA level.Anthony Egrinya Eneji 2010Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2010,52,7:10
7Changes of Secondary Metabolites and Trace Elements in Gentiana macrophylla Flowers: A Potential Medicinal Plant Part显示文摘Objective To search for the potential medicinal plant part of Gentiana macrophyllabased on changes of secondary metabolites and trace elements in the flowers of G.macrophylla.Methods HPLC was used to detect the changes of the active constituents(longanic acid,sweroside,gentiopicroside,and swertiamarin)and ICP-AES was used for mineral nutrients in G.macrophylla during flower development.And soluble sugar,starch,crude protein,hemicelluloses,cellulose,and lignin were determined.Results Biomass of flower in full bloom(D2)phase was considerable during flower development,in which the contents of longanic acid and gentiopicroside were at the highest levels with 2.65 and 2.88 times higher than those recorded in Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010,sweroside and swertiamarin in the flowers were reaching 6.06 and 1.25 times higher than those in roots.Florescence is the most valuable stage during flower development.The concentration of Fe,Mg,K,P,and B was higher in the flowers than that in roots.The accumulation of active constituents in the plant was influenced by the contents of metabolically linked carbon and nitrogen compounds.Conclusion The secondary metabolites,mineral nutrients,and physicochemical indicators are tightly regulated by flower organ development,D2 is an important stage for both biomass and extraction of active constituents such as longanic acid.The flowers of G.macrophylla could be used as a potential medicinal plant part for longanic acid at a high level.Xiao-xue Niu Xiao-wen Chen He Su A.Egrinya Eneji Yu-hai Guo Xue-hui Dong 2014Chinese Herbal Medicines2014,6,2:4
8辽藁本不定芽诱导及其快繁技术研究显示文摘本研究首次建立了通过不定芽诱导增殖来快速繁殖辽藁本的体系,为辽藁本规范化、规模化、工厂化生产育苗提供了基本的科学理论依据。试验结果表明,辽藁本未成熟种胚作为外植体,可在MS+1.0mg/L NAA+0.5mg/L BAP+0.5mg/L Kn培养基上诱导产生胚性愈伤和不定芽;不定芽能在B 5+0.1mg/L NAA+0.1mg/L BAP培养基上稳定地增殖生长,增殖率可达10.27%;无根苗在B 5+0.6mg/L NAA培养基上生根率最高,可达92.17%;组培苗敞口炼苗1周后,转入蛭石和营养土混合物(营养土∶蛭石=1∶1)中,成活率可达80%以上,大多数组培苗移入大田后生长良好。李雪 秦祎婷 A.Egrinya Eneji 董学会 2015种子2015,34,12:2
