1Analysis of Meteorological Causes of Serious Air Pollution in Xingtai City Based on Inversion Layer显示文摘Based on meteorological sounding data in 2011- 2014 and air pollution data in 2013 and 2014 from an environmental monitoring station in Xingtai City,the characteristics of inversion layer and air pollution and their correlation in Xingtai City were discussed. The results show that temperature inversion was very serious at 07: 00 in Xingtai City,and days with temperature inversion accounted for above 90%. There were obvious seasonal variations in air pollution in Xingtai City,and air pollution was the most serious in winter but the slightest in summer. The primary air pollutants in Xingtai City are PM_(10) and PM_(2. 5),and the primary air pollutants and AQI had close correlation with parameters of inversion layer. Stable ground inversion layer could hinder air convection and air capacity,so that air pollution become more serious with the discharge of pollutants. 4The critical role of m^(6)A methylation in the pathogenesis of Graves'ophthalmopathy显示文摘Purpose:To investigate the role of N6-methyladenosine(m^(6)A)RNA modification in the pathogenesis of Graves'ophthalmopathy(GO).Methods:Surgically excised extraocular muscles from 7 patients with GO and 5 subjects without GO were used.The global m^(6)A levels in the specimens were determined using an m^(6)A RNA methylation quantification kit.RNA sequencing(RNA-seq)was used to analyze the molecules involved in the regulation of m^(6)A RNA methylation and the differential expression of mRNAs between the two groups(4 eyes,respectively).The expression of m^(6)A RNA modification genes was evaluated by real-time PCR.The functional implications of the gene alterations between the GO and control specimens were determined by Gene Ontology analysis.Results:The m^(6)A level was significantly increased in the specimens of GO patients compared to the control specimens(P<0.05).The expression of m^(6)A methylation regulators,such as WT1 associated protein(WTAP),alkylation repair homolog protein 5(ALKBH5),E74 like ETS transcription factor 3(ELF3),YTH N6-methyladenosine RNA binding protein 2(YTHDF2),YTHDF3 and YTH domain containing 2(YTHDC2),was significantly upregulated(P<0.05).Gene Ontology enrichment analysis showed that the most highly upregulated genes and biological pathways were related to the immune response and inflammatory processes such as lymphocyte activation,leukocyte differentiation,cytokine production and cytokine-mediated signaling pathways.Conclusions:Our results suggest that m^(6)A methylation may play a critical role in the pathogenesis of GO and that targeting genes that regulate m^(6)A methylation may provide a new therapeutic approach for GO.Li Zhu Siyan Li Shikun He Qizhe Tong Lejin Wang Xiaohua Li Xi Wu Qingyu Meng Enzhong Jin Chuan Zhang Tianyuan Li Ningda Xu Lvzhen Huang Yi Wang Mingwei Zhao 2020Eye and Vision2020,7,1:1

12Preparation of high nitrogen and nickel-free austenitic stainless steel by powder injection molding显示文摘High nitrogen and nickel-free austenitic stainless steel has received much recognition worldwide because it can solve the problem of 'nickel-allergy' and has outstanding mechanical and physical properties. In this article, 0Cr17Mn11Mo3N was prepared by powder injection molding (PIM) technique accompanied with solid-nitriding. The results show that the critical solid loading can achieve up to 64vol% by use of gas-atomized powders with the average size of 17.4 μm. The optimized sintering conditions are de-termined to be 1300°C, 2 h in flowing nitrogen atmosphere, at which the relative density reaches to 99% and the N content is as high as 0.78wt%. After solution annealing at 1150°C for 90 min and water quench, the 0.2% yield strength, ultimate tensile strength (UTS), elongation, reduction in area, and hardness can reach as high as 580 MPa, 885 MPa, 26.0%, 29.1%, and Hv 222, respectively.Dawei Cui Junsheng Jiang Guangming Cao Enzhong Xiao Xuanhui Qu 2008Journal of University of Science and Technology Beijing2008,15,2:1

17Histopathological Analysis of Liver During Pregnancy Toxemia in Small-tailed Han Sheep显示文摘The present work aimed to investigate the microscopic and ultramicroscopic structure of the liver to assess the level of hepatic impairment during pregnancy toxemia. Seven pregnant small-tailed Han sheep of negative urine ketone bodies were assessed in this study. Toxemia was induced by limiting food and movement late in pregnancy. Three sheep developed obvious clinical symptoms with motor weakness, depression, anorexia, locomotion disturbances, blindness and languishment. We harvested their liver tissues as pathological material, and used routine histological and electronic microscopy methods to observe the histopathological changes in small-tailed Han sheep induced by pregnancy toxemia. Autopsy of the livers of the sheep revealed deep yellow coloration, intumescence and hemorrhage on the surface. Microstructural features indicated fatty degeneration, which is a main characteristic of fatty liver. Hepatocellular ultrastructural changes were observed under an electronic microscope. The characteristic findings were nucleolus concentration, vacuolation of mitochondria and excessive glycogen granules in the cytoplasm. Via this experimental protocol, pregnancy toxemia of sheep was successfully induced, providing a pathological model for the study of this disease. After the experimental induction of pregnancy toxemia, the clinical symptoms of pathogenic sheep and pathological changes to their livers exhibited obvious characteristics of pregnancy toxemia.Mingcheng WANG Enzhong LI Gailing WANG 2014Agricultural Science & Technology2014,15,3:0
