1Response of soil CO_2 efflux to precipitation manipulation in a semiarid grassland显示文摘Soil CO_2efflux(SCE) is an important component of ecosystem CO_2 exchange and is largely temperature and moisture dependent, providing feedback between C cycling and the climate system. We used a precipitation manipulation experiment to examine the effects of precipitation treatment on SCE and its dependences on soil temperature and moisture in a semiarid grassland. Precipitation manipulation included ambient precipitation, decreased precipitation(- 43%), or increased precipitation(+ 17%). The SCE was measured from July2013 to December 2014, and CO_2 emission during the experimental period was assessed.The response curves of SCE to soil temperature and moisture were analyzed to determine whether the dependence of SCE on soil temperature or moisture varied with precipitation manipulation. The SCE significantly varied seasonally but was not affected by precipitation treatments regardless of season. Increasing precipitation resulted in an upward shift of SCE–temperature response curves and rightward shift of SCE–moisture response curves,while decreasing precipitation resulted in opposite shifts of such response curves. These shifts in the SCE response curves suggested that increasing precipitation strengthened the dependence of SCE on temperature or moisture, and decreasing precipitation weakened such dependences. Such shifts affected the predictions in soil CO_2 emissions for different precipitation treatments. When considering such shifts, decreasing or increasing precipitation resulted in 43 or 75% less change, respectively, in CO_2 emission compared with changes in emissions predicted without considering such shifts. 10Recent progress on mixed-anion type visible-light induced photocatalysts显示文摘Environmentally friendly soft chemical processes, including solvothermal/hydrothermal process and mechanochemical process,for the synthesis of mixed anion type visible-lightinduced photocatalysts are introduced in this review paper. Titania and strontium titanate based anion doped photocatalysts can be effectively prepared at such low-temperature as below 200 ℃. Especially,the mechanochemical process is a useful method for the synthesis of various mixed ions doping functional materials at low temperatures. The mixed anion type photocatalytic compounds consisted of N/O, N/F/O, S/O, N/C/O, show excellent visible light absorption ability and photocatalytic activities, indicating the potential applications in environmental purifications. 14Microdynamics study on reaction of atom H and radical NH(X^3Σ)显示文摘The dynamics of the H + NH→N + H2 reaction has been investigated by means of the 3-atom model quasiclassical trajectory approach. The LEPS potential energy surface is employed in the study, which is obtained from the ab initio results and has an early saddle point in the minimum energy path. The results indicate that the reaction product H2 is mainly scattered backward,and the reaction is found to occur via a direct channel. The product H2 is in a cold excitation of rotational state, but has a hot vibrational excitation. 15Functional Recovery with Electro-Acupuncture Stimulation in an Mecp2-Knockout Rat Model of Rett Syndrome显示文摘Rett syndrome is a progressive neurodevelopmental disorder that lacks effective treatments.Although deep-brain stimulation can alleviate some symptoms in Rett model mice,this interventional manipula-tion requires deliberate surgical operations.Here,we report that electro-acupuncture stimulation(EAS)can ameliorate symptoms of an Mecp2-knockout rat model of Rett syndrome from the remote acupoints Baihui(GV 20),Yongquan(KI 1),and Shenmen(HT 7).We find that EAS not only prolongs the survival time of Rett rats,but also improves their behavior ability,including locomotion,motor coordination,and social interaction.Neural activation was observed in the substantia nigra of the midbrain,corpus striatum,and cerebral cortex of wild-type and Rett model rats,as reflected by the increased expression of the c-Fos protein.Hence,EAS provides a potential promising therapeutic tool for treating neurodevel-opmental diseases.Yanhong Sun Zhifang Chen Yi Xu Yuefang Zhang Zhilei Ge Chenglie Lin Yi Zhou Fangfei Zhao Meiling Yan Xinyi Liu Ying Zhu Jimin Gao Hongyi Li Lihua Wang Jun Hu Zilong Qiu Chunhai Fan 2022Engineering2022,8,5:0
