1Quantitative Trait Loci Mapping of Dark-Induced Senescence in Winter Wheat(Triticum aestivum)显示文摘In order to explore the genetics of dark-induced senescence in winter wheat(Triticum aestivum L.),a quantitative trait loci(QTL)analysis was carried out in a doubled haploid population developed from a cross between the varieties Hanxuan 10(HX)and Lumai 14(LM).The senescence parameters chlorophyll content(Chl a+b,Chl a,and Chl b),original fluorescence(Fo),maximum fluorescence level(Fm),maximum photochemical efficiency(Fv/Fm),and ratio of variable fluorescence to original fluorescence(Fv/Fo)were evaluated in the second leaf of whole three-leaf seedlings subjected to 7 d of darkness.A total of 43 QTLs were identified that were associated with dark-induced senescence using composite interval mapping.These QTLs were mapped to 20 loci distributed on 11 chromosomes:1B,1D,2A,2B,3B,3D,5D,6A,6B,7A,and 7B.The phenotypic variation explained by each QTL ranged from 7.5% to 19.4%.Eleven loci coincided with two or more of the analyzed parameters.In addition,14 loci co-located or were linked with previously reported QTLs regulating flag leaf senescence,tolerance to high light stress,and grain protein content(Gpc),separately.Hongwei Li Fanyun Lin Gui Wang Ruilian Jing Qi Zheng Bin Li Zhensheng Li 2012Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2012,54,1:6
2Lisiguangite,CuPtBiS_3,a New Platinum-Group Mineral from the Yanshan Mountains,Hebei,China显示文摘Lisiguangite,CuPtBiS_3,is a new mineral species discovered in a PEG-bearing,Co-Cu sulfide vein in garnet pyroxenite of the Yanshan Mountains,Chengde Prefecture,Hebei Province, China.It is associated with chalcopyrite and bornite,galena,minor pyrite,carrolite,molybdenite and the platinum-group minerals daomanite(CuPtAsS_2),Co-bearing malanite(Cu(Pt,Co)_2S_4)sperrylite, moncheite,cooperite and malyshevite(CuPdBiS_3),rare damiaoite(Pt_2In_3)and yixunite(Pt_3In). Lisiguangite occurs as idiomorphic crystals,tabular or lamellae(010)and elongated[100]or as aggregates,up to 2 mm long and 0.5 mm wide.The mineral is opaque,has lead-gray color,black streak and metallic luster.The mineral is non-fluorescent.The observed morphology displays the following forms:pinacoids{100},{010},{001},and prism{110}.No twining is observed.The a:b:c ratio,calculated from unit-cell parameters,is 0.6010:1:0.3836.Cleavage:{010}perfect,{001}distinct, {100}may be visible.H Mohs:2 1/2;VHN_(25)=46.7-49.8(mean 48.3)kg/mm^2.Tenacity:brittle. Lisiguangite is bright white with a yellowish tint.In reflected light it shows neither internal reflections nor bireflectance or pleochroism.It has weak to moderate anisotropy(blue-greenish to brownish)and parallel-axial extinction.The reflectance values in air(and in oil)for R_3,R_4 and(^(im)R_3,^(im)R_4),at the standard Commission on Ore Mineralogy wavelengths are:37.5,35.7(23.4,22.3)at 470 nm;38.6,36.5 (23.6,22.6)at 546 nm;39.4,37.5(23.6,22.7)at 589 nm and 40.3,38.2(23.7,22.9)at 650 nm.The average of eight electron-microprobe analyses:Cu 12.98,Pt 30.04,Pd 2.69,Bi 37.65 and S 17.55, totaling 100.91%,corresponding to Cu_(1.10)(Pt_(0.83),Pd_(0.14))_(Σ0.97)Bi_(0.97)S_(2.96)based on six atoms apfu.The ideal formula is CuPtBiS_3.The mineral is orthorhombic.Space group:P2_12_12_1,a=7.7152(15),b=12.838(3) ,c=4.9248(10),V=487.80(17)~3,Z=4.The six strongest lines in the X-ray powder-diffraction pattern[d in(I)(h k l)are 6.40(30)(020),3.24(80)(031),3.03(100)(201),2.27(40)(051),2.14(50)(250), 1.865(60)(232).YU Zuxiang CHENG Fanyun MA Hongwei 2009Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2009,83,2:4
3Baicalin and jasminoidin effects on gene expression and compatibility in the hippocampus following focal cerebral ischemia显示文摘The compound traditional Chinese medicine Qingkailing,which is an ingredient used to treat cerebral ischemia,has been limited to studies concerning single genes or single pathways.Interactions and pharmacological mechanisms of the compound ingredients(baicalin and jasminoidin) remain poorly understood.In the present study,baicalin and jasminoidin,as well as the combination,were used to separately treat mouse models of cerebral ischemia.cDNA microarray analyses of 374 cerebral ischemia-related genes were utilized to determine changes in gene-expression profiles.Arraytrack 3.40 and Ingenuity Pathway Analysis(IPA) databases were utilized to analyze changes in gene molecular functions and network path functions.Baicalin or jasminoidin alone effectively reduced infarct area,and the combination resulted in significantly better outcomes.IPA showed inhibited cell apoptosis in the baicalin group and Ca2+ channel regulation in the jasminoidin group.The combination of baicalin and jasminoidin activated HTR3A and F5 expression,regulated Ca2+ channels,activated kappa light polypeptide gene enhancer inhibitor IKBKG in B cells to control IkB kinase/nuclear factor-kB cascade,suppressed activation of inflammatory cytokine interleukin-6 receptors and activated transduction of guanine-nucleotide-binding protein(G protein) signal.Results suggested that the combination of baicalin and jasminoidin resulted in similar molecular mechanisms to baicalin and jasminoidin alone.However,novel pharmacological actions of compatibility were detected,demonstrating significant protection against cerebral ischemia.Guo, Lin Meng, Fanyun Zhang, Guodong Zhao, Jing Zhang, Zhanjun Zhou, Caixiu Wang, Zhong 2011Neural Regeneration Research2011,6,3:2

5Jacobian Groups of Hyperelliptic Curves in Hyperelliptic Cryptosystems显示文摘After the basic mathematical knowledge about hyperelliptic curves is introduced, we analyze the Jacobian groups of hyperelliptic curves and the computations of divisor additions. By using Riemann-Roch Theorem we give a short proof that any divisor of degree 0 is uniquely equivalent to a reduced divisor. For the hyperelliptic curve v^2+h(u)v=f(u), We show that every polynomial pair (a(u), b(u)) satisfying a(u)|(b(u)^2 + b(u)h(u) - f(u))determines a unique reduced divisor div(a(u), b(u)). 15Morphological and Molecular Identification of Alternaria alternata Causing Leaf Spot Disease on Huangdi Banana in China显示文摘[Objectives]The paper was to identify Alternaria alternata causing leaf spot disease on Huangdi banana in China.[Methods]Fungal isolates were isolated and identified by morphological features,molecular identification and pathogenicity test.[Results]There were light to dark brown,tiny oval spots on leaves.The causal agent isolated from affected leaves was identified as A.alternata based on the morphological properties,coupled with sequence analyses of the internal transcribed spacer(ITS)region,large subunit ribosomal DNA(LSU rDNA)and the translation elongation factor 1-alpha(TEF-1α)gene.Koch s postulates were fulfilled by successful re-isolation of pathogen from the artificial inoculated leaves.[Conclusions]To our knowledge,this is the first report of leaf spot caused by A.alternata on Huangdi banana in China.The identification of A.alternata as the causal agent of the observed leaf spot disease on Huangdi banana is critical to the prevention and control of this disease in the future.Xin ZHANG Hong ZHAO Yanfei OUYANG Yixian XIE Jun PENG Fanyun ZENG Yanxiang QI 2023Plant Diseases and Pests2023,14,3:0

17Effect of Danhong Injection Combined with Magnesium Polarization Solution and Nitrate in Treating Coronary Heart Disease显示文摘The objective of this study was to observe the effect of Danhong injection combined with magnesium polarized solution and nitrate on coronary heart disease.A total of 58 patients who had been diagnosed with coronary heart disease who participated in the voluntary study were selected and divided into observation group and control group.The number of patients in the two groups was 29,and the control group was mainly injected with nitroglycerin.The observation group was mainly treated with Danhong injection combined with magnesium polarized solution and nitrate ester.The main comparisons were the difference of clinical treatment effect,total cholesterol before and after treatment between the two groups of patients under different therapeutic drugs,and the differences in endothelin were recorded.The observation group was superior to the control group in terms of clinical treatment effect and total cholesterol and endothelin after treatment.Danhong injection combined with magnesium polarized solution and nitrate ester has a good effect in the treatment of coronary heart disease,which can be promoted and developed.Baowei Chen Chengxian Li Fanyun Meng 2018Proceedings of Anticancer Research2018,2,3:0
18Combining field-modulating electroosmotic vortex and insulating post to manipulate particles based on dielectrophoresis显示文摘The dielectrophoretic technology has been one of the most frequently applied microfluidic technologies to manipulate particles.The way of a combination of controlled electroosmotic micro-vortices and dielectrophoresis to manipulate particles of different sizes was proposed in our previous work.However,the thickness of the modulating electrode is neglected.In practice,when the thickness of the modulating electrode increases,the channel flux increases,while the ability of the vortex to capture the particles reduces.In this study,a new method combining the field-modulating electroosmotic vortex and the insulating post is proposed to improve the manipulating capability of the field-modulated electroosmotic vortex to particles.The results indicate that there are three great advantages as the insulating post is placed on the channel wall on the same side of the modulating electrode.First,the capturing ability of the vortex to particles is greater due to the reduction of channel flux and the squeezing effect.Second,the range of regulating channel flux to achieve the optimal separation is extended.Third,the separation efficiency improves since the perfect separation can be achieved at a higher flow rate.Furthermore,the effects of the location and the size of the insulating post on particle separation are analyzed in detail.The present work could provide the reference for the application of the DEP technology.Bing YAN Bo CHEN Fanyun LIU Jiankang WU Yongliang XIONG 2021Applied Mathematics and Mechanics(English Edition)2021,42,3:0
