| 1 | Effect of vegetation of transgenic Bt rice lines and their straw amendment on soil enzymes, respiration, functional diversity and community structure of soil microorganisms under field conditions显示文摘With the development of transgenic crops, there is an increasing concern about the possible adverse effects of their vegetation and residues on soil environmental quality. This study was carried out to evaluate the possible effects of the vegetation of transgenic Bt rice lines Huachi B6 (HC) and TT51 (TT) followed by the return of their straw to the soil on soil enzymes (catalase, urease, neutral phosphatase and invertase), anaerobic respiration activity, microbial utilization of carbon substrates and community structure, under field conditions. The results indicated that the vegetation of the two transgenic rice lines (HC and TT) and return of their straw had few adverse effects on soil enzymes and anaerobic respiration activity compared to their parent and distant parent, although some transient differences were observed. The vegetation and subsequent straw amendment of Bt rice HC and TT did not appear to have a harmful effect on the richness, evenness and community structure of soil microorganisms. No different pattern of impact due to plant species was found between HC and TT. | 2 | Hot Mixing Behavior and Curing Process of Epoxy Asphalt显示文摘A new hot mixed epoxy asphalt system was developed. The reaction process of epoxy resin was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The viscosity was investigated by Brinell viscometer when epoxy resin was mixed with asphalt. The glass transition temperature (Tg), homogeneity, thermal stability and viscoelasticity of epoxy asphalt were analyzed by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), metallographic microscope, thermogravimetric (TG) and dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA). The results showed that the viscosity of epoxy resin modified asphalt reached 1000 mPa·s for more than 180 minutes at 180 ℃, while the best construction process is mixing at 180 ℃ for 2 hours and curing at 60 ℃ for 4 days. The particle size of asphalt is less than 50 μm. | 4 | MULTI-SHOP SCHEDULING PROBLEM显示文摘A new concept of multi-shop (M ) is put forward which contains all basic shops including open shop (O), job shop (J ), flow shop (F ) and hybrid flow shop (H ) so that these basic shop can be scheduled together. Several algorithms including ant colony optimization (ACO), most work remaining (MWR), least work remaining (LWR), longest processing time (LPT) and shortest processing time (SPT) are used for scheduling the M. Numerical experiments of the M adopting data of some car and reC series benchmark instances are tested. The results show that the ACO algorithm has better performance for scheduling the M than the other algorithms, if minimizing the makespan ( C m*ax) is taken as the objective function. As a comparison, the separate shops contained in the M are also scheduled by the ACO algorithm for the same objective function, when the completing time of the jobs in the previous shop is taken as the ready time of these jobs in the following shop. | 6 | Antagonistic Effects of Sphingomonas and Pseudomonas aeruginosa on 4 Kinds of Pathogenic Bacteria of Ginseng显示文摘[Objectives]To explore effective biocontrol methods for diseases in the process of ginseng cultivation,and develop an efficient and environmentally friendly biocontrol agent.[Methods]In this study,2 strains were isolated from biogas slurry,and Cylindrocarpon destructans(XF),Fusarium solani(GF),Botrytis cinerea Pers(HM)and Alternaria panax Whetz(HB)were used as test materials.The strains were isolated and identified by dilution plate method,16S rDNA sequence identification method,confrontation culture method,filter paper method and ultraviolet spectrophotometer method,and the bacteriostatic activity and bacteriostatic rate were tested.[Results]Strain 15(Sphingomonas)and strain 19(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)were screened out through identification and analysis,and they grew stably within 8-10 d.The bacteriostatic rates of strain 15 against A.panax and B.cinerea were 47.37%and 43.40%,respectively,and the bacteriostatic rates of strain 19 against A.panax and B.cinerea were 62.30%and 63.27%,respectively.The bacteriostatic activity of the extract of strain 19 increased with the increase of OD_(600) value,and the bacteriostatic effect was optimal when the OD_(600) value was in the range of 0.8-1.0,up to 70%,so it had a strong biocontrol potential.[Conclusions]This experiment provides convenience for more effective inoculation,establishes a fast,simple and accurate method for the determination of the best bacteriostatic rate of P.aeruginosa culture solution to HM,and lays a foundation for large-scale culture of P.aeruginosa culture solution.Besides,it is expected to provide a theoretical basis for the efficient control of ginseng B.cinerea in field production,use it for the prevention and control of ginseng shoot diseases,and provide a reference for the efficient and diverse development of biocontrol agents for ginseng shoot diseases. | Hairu YU Feifan YAN Yunlong WANG Xinying TONG Di CHEN Qiang YE Renzhe PIAO Hongyan ZHAO | 2022 | Asian Agricultural Research2022,14,5: | 1 |
