1The Influence of Phacoemulsification on Corneal Endothelia Cells at Varying Blood Glucose Levels显示文摘Purpose:To investigate the influence of phacoemulsification on corneal endothelial cells in diabetes patients and normal controls. Methods:Phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation were performed on 75 patients with diabetic cataract (126 eyes) who were divided into two groups: Trial group 1 (Glu≤6 mmol/L); Trial group 2 (Glu 6-10 mmol/L) and 65 nondiabetic controls (112 eyes).The density and percentage of hexagonal cells and coefficient of variation of the corneal endothelia were measured before surgery and 1 day,1 month and 3 months postoperatively. Results: There was no statistical difference in the density and percentage of hexagonal cells and coefficient of variation of the corneal endothelia prior to phacoemulsification.(P>0.05) between the three groups.The density and percentage of hexagonal cells of the corneal endothelia decreased significantly after surgery in all three groups(P<0.05),while the Coefficient of variation increased in all groups(P<0.05). The rate of loss of corneal endothelial cells in the diabetic groups was significantly higher than for the control group (P<0.05), the percentage of hexagonal cells in the diabetic groups was significantly lower than for the control group (P<0.05), and the coefficient of variation in the diabetic groups was significantly higher than for the control group (P<0.05) at 1 day, 1 month and 3 months post-operatively. There was no statistical difference between the two diabetic groups in terms of these post-operative measurements. Conclusion:The corneal endothelium of diabetic patients is more prone to damage from phacoemulsification. 4RP11-40C6.2 Inactivates Hippo Signaling by Attenuating YAP1 Ubiquitylation in Hepatitis B Virus-associated Hepatocellular Carcinoma显示文摘Background and Aims:Chronic hepatitis caused by hepatitis B virus(HBV)infection is a leading cause of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).We investigated the roles of oncogenic HBV infection-associated long noncoding RNAs in HCC.Methods:Bioinformatics analysis of data from the Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)was performed to screen potential oncogenic HBV-related lncRNAs.Next,we assessed their expression in clinical samples and investigated their correlation with clinical characteristics.The detailed oncogenic effects were analyzed by performing in vitro and in vivo studies.Results:RP11-40C6.2,an HBV infection-related lncRNA,was identified by analysis of the TCGA–Liver Hepatocellular Carcinoma database.Gene Set Enrichment Analysis and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)enrichment analysis of differentially expressed genes revealed a strong association of RP11-40C6.2 with the Hippo signaling pathway.RP11-40C6.2 was overexpressed in HCC patients with HBV infection compared to those without HBV infection.RP11-40C6.2 transcription showed a positive association with HBV-X protein(HBx),but not HBV core protein(HBc)expression,both of which are carcinogenic proteins.Luciferase gene reporter and ChIP assays revealed that YAP1/TAZ/TEADs complex enhanced RP11-40C6.2 transcription by binding to its promoter area.RP11-40C6.2 showed oncogenic characteristics in HCC cell lines and in animal models that were mediated via activation of YAP1.In vitro ubiquitylation assay revealed that RP11-40C6.2 can promote the stabilization of YAP1 by stopping phosphorylation at its s127 residue and further stopping its degradation through binding to 14-3-3.Conclusions:RP11-40C6.2 is an HBV infection-related lncRNA that exerts its oncogenic effects by targeting the Hippo signaling pathway.Han Zhuo Chen Wu Junwei Tang Feihong Zhang Zhenggang Xu Dongwei Sun Yue Teng Zhongming Tan 2023Journal of Clinical and Translational Hepatology2023,11,2:3
5A Method for Improving CNN-Based Image Recognition Using DCGAN显示文摘Image recognition has always been a hot research topic in the scientific community and industry.The emergence of convolutional neural networks(CNN)has made this technology turned into research focus on the field of computer vision,especially in image recognition.But it makes the recognition result largely dependent on the number and quality of training samples.Recently,DCGAN has become a frontier method for generating images,sounds,and videos.In this paper,DCGAN is used to generate sample that is difficult to collect and proposed an efficient design method of generating model.We combine DCGAN with CNN for the second time.Use DCGAN to generate samples and training in image recognition model,which based by CNN.This method can enhance the classification model and effectively improve the accuracy of image recognition.In the experiment,we used the radar profile as dataset for 4 categories and achieved satisfactory classification performance.This paper applies image recognition technology to the meteorological field.Wei Fang Feihong Zhang Victor S.Sheng Yewen Ding 2018Computers, Materials & Continua2018,,10:3

7High energy storage density and power density achieved simultaneously in NaNbO_(3)-based lead-free ceramics via antiferroelectricity enhancement显示文摘High-performance lead-free dielectric ceramics with simultaneously high energy storage density and power density are in high demanded for pulse power systems.To realize excellent energy-storage characteristics,a strategy to enhance antiferroelectricity and construct a local random field simultaneously was proposed in this study.Based on the above strategy,a series of(1-x)NaNbO_(3)-xBi(Ni_(1/2)Sn_(1/2))O3[xBNS,x=0.05,0.10,0.15,0.20,and 0.22]solid solutions were designed and fabricated.An ultrahigh energy storage density(Utotal)of 7.35 J/cm^(3),and recoverable energy density(Urec)of 5.00 J/cm^(3) were achieved in the 0.10BNS ceramics.In addition,an adequate stability of energy storage properties at a range of temperatures(20e140℃),frequencies(1e100 Hz),and fatigue test durations(1e1-10^(4) cycles)were realized in 0.10BNS ceramics.0.10BNS ceramics displayed a high current density of 1005 A/cm2,an ultrahigh power density of 100.5 MW/cm^(3,)and an ultrashort discharge time of 46.5 ns?This remarkable performance not only justified our strategy but also confirmed 0.10BNS ceramics as a promising candidate for energy storage.Xiaoyan Dong Xu Li Xiuli Chen Hongyun Chen Congcong Sun Junpeng Shi Feihong Pang Huanfu Zhou 2021Journal of Materiomics2021,7,3:2

10Organic-inorganic hybrid hole transport layers with SnS doping boost the performance of perovskite solar cells显示文摘Perovskite solar cells(PSCs) have demonstrated excellent photovoltaic performance which currently rival the long-standing silicon solar cells’ efficiency. However, the relatively poor device operational stability of PSCs still limits their future commercialization. Binary sulfide is a category of materials with promising optoelectrical properties, which shows the potential to improve both the efficiency and stability of PSCs.Here we demonstrate that the inorganic tin monosulfide(Sn S) can be an efficient dopant in 2,2’,7,7’-tet rakis(N,N-di-p-methoxy-phenylamine)-9,9’-spirobifluorene(spiro-OMe TAD) to form a composite hole transport layer(HTL) for PSCs. Sn S nanoparticles(NPs) synthesized through a simple chemical precipitation method exhibit good crystallization and suitable band matching with the perovskites. The introduction of Sn S NPs in Spiro-OMTAD HTLs enhanced charge extraction, reduced trap state density, and shallowed trap state energy level of the devices based on the composite HTLs. Therefore, the resulting solar cells employing Sn S-doped spiro-OMe TAD HTLs delivered an improved stabilized power output efficiency of 21.75% as well as enhanced long-term stability and operational stability. 13MXene-derived TiO_(2)nanosheets decorated with Ag nanoparticles for highly sensitive detection of ammonia at room temperature显示文摘Due to their large surface-to-volume ratio and low electronic noise,two-dimensional transition metal carbides(Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) MXene)and their derived transition metal oxides have demonstrated significant potential for use in high-precision gas sensing.However,the construction of high-sensitivity Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) MXene-based gas sensors operated at room temperature(RT)is still a major challenge.Herein,we demonstrate a sensitive nanocomposite prepared by uniformly anchoring silver nanoparticles(AgNPs)on Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) MXene-derived transition metal oxide(TiO_(2))nanosheets for high-sensitivity NH_(3) detection.AgNPs can not only serve as spacers to effectively prevent the restacking of MXene-derived TiO_(2)nanosheets and ensure an effective transmission highway for target gas molecules,but also enhance the sensitivity of the sensor through chemical and electronic sensitization.By integrating the unique merits of the individual components and the synergistic effects of the composites,the optimized Ag@TiO_(2)nanocomposite-based sensors revealed an extraordinary response value of 71.8 to 50 ppm NH_(3) at RT with a detection limit as low as 5 ppm.In addition,the Ag@TiO_(2)NH_(3) sensor also exhibits excellent selectivity and outstanding repeatability.This strategy provides an avenue for the development of MXene derivatives for advanced gas sensors.Jie Wen Zihao Song Jiabao Ding Feihong Wang Hongpeng Li Jinyong Xu Chao Zhang 2022Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,19:1
