	1	第三代头孢菌素的安全性显示文摘第三代头孢菌素抗菌谱广,均可胃肠外给药。本文讨论其中6个:头孢噻肟(cefotaxime)、头孢唑肟(ceftizoxime)、头孢曲松(ceftriaxone)、拉他头孢(moxalactam)、头孢哌酮(cefoperazone)和头孢他啶(ceftazidime)。不良反应总发生率低于氨基糖甙类;以头孢噻肟和头孢唑肟最低。共同的不良反应为注射部位疼痛、静脉炎、发热、瘙痒、皮疹、厌食、恶心、呕吐、非特异性腹泻、肝功能异常、血清Coomb抗球蛋白试验直接阳性等,一般不严重,停药后就迅速消失。出血可能是最严重的不良反应。凝血缺陷和出血第三代头孢菌素的最严重不良反应是凝血病和出血。发生原理。	Fekety FR 胡琛	1992	国外医药(合成药.生化药.制剂分册)1992，13，1：	3
