15不同青贮饲料和粗蛋白质水平对育肥肉牛消化率、瘤胃发酵、氮利用率和生产性能的影响显示文摘通过两组试验,探索了不同青贮饲料和日粮中粗蛋白质(CP)水平对内洛尔公牛的影响。日粮分为柱花草青贮饲料(STS)和玉米青贮饲料(CS)两种,均包括两种水平的CP:110 g·kg^(-1)和130 g·kg^(-1)干物质基础(DM),精粗比为5050。在试验1中,选取4头平均初始体重(BW)为450±37.9 kg的公牛,并在瘤胃和皱胃进行手术插管。随机分配到一个4×4拉丁方阵中,包含2×2因素设计,共4个阶段,每阶段16 d。在试验阶段,收集瘤胃、皱胃食糜、粪便、尿、血。此外,对DM、CP的动力学参数,中性洗涤纤维(NDF)含量进行检测。在试验2中,选取40头BW为374±16.5 kg的公牛,随机分配到2×2方阵中,每组10个重复,为期99 d,包括15 d适应期和84 d数据采集期。对试验2中公牛营养素的摄入量和消化率及动物的生产性能进行检测。STS组的DM、CP的可降解部分和NDF均极显著低于CS组(P<0.004),STS组有机物质(OM)的瘤胃消化率和OM、CP、NDF的总消化率均显著低于CS组(P<0.050);STS组的瘤胃pH显著高于CS组(P=0.010)。CP含量为130 g·kg^(-1)组公牛瘤胃NH3-N浓度极显著高于CP含量为110 g·kg-1组(P<0.001)。CP含量达130 g·kg^(-1)的STS组和CS组,饲料中CP含量极显著提高血氮的含量(P<0.001),显著提高尿氮含量(P=0.017)。与CS组相比,STS组能极显著提高DM、OM、CP、NDF摄入量,极显著提高NDF消化率(P<0.008)。然而,各组间营养素总消化率无显著差异(P>0.050),青贮饲料添加玉米及不同的CP含量对生产性能无显著影响,但STS有降低饲料利用率的趋势(P=0.085)。因此,选取CP含量130 g·kg-1的柱花草青贮饲料可饲喂育肥肉牛。Silva L D D Pereira O G Silva T C D Filho S C V Ribeiro K G 2016饲料博览2016,0,10:1
