| 1 | 旋转折射式喷头水量分布与喷灌均匀性试验显示文摘为了研究喷头工作压力、喷嘴直径和安装间距对喷灌喷洒水深和喷灌均匀度的影响规律,选用喷嘴直径为2.98、3.37、3.77 mm的R3000型旋转式喷盘的折射式喷头进行了研究。测量了3种喷头在0.1、0.2、0.3 MPa工作压力下的径向水量分布,喷灌强度随着喷头工作压力或喷嘴直径的增加而增大。叠加计算了安装间距为2、3、4、5、6 m几种情况下的组合均匀性系数,并通过组合试验与计算结果进行对比,得出组合均匀性系数试验值与模拟计算值的误差在0.5%~11.0%之间,影响因素的主次顺序为喷头安装间距、工作压力、喷嘴直径。结果表明:喷嘴流量系数平均值在0.9以上,说明喷头的性能良好。3种喷嘴的最佳喷灌均匀性系数分别为75.9%、78.2%和85.1%。提出了自制R3000型旋转折射式喷头最佳组合间距为4 m的计算均匀性系数经验公式,为其在工程中的应用提供了理论数据。 | 朱兴业 万景红 ALEXANDER Fordjour 张林国 袁寿其 | 2018 | 农业机械学报2018，49，8： | 10 |
| 2 | 大株红景天注射液对心肌细胞缺氧/复氧损伤的保护作用显示文摘[目的]观察大株红景天注射液抗心肌缺氧/复氧损伤的保护作用,并探讨其抗心肌缺氧/复氧可能的机制。[方法]原代培养的心肌细胞随机分为5组:空白对照组;缺氧/复氧组;缺氧/复氧分别加大株红景天注射液5、10、20 m L/L组。加药孵育12 h后,缺氧培养9 h,随后常氧培养2 h。噻唑蓝(MTT)法检测细胞增殖,CMH2DCF-DA荧光探针检测细胞内活性氧簇(ROS)的生成量,JC-1荧光探针检测细胞内线粒体膜电位,以及测定细胞内超氧化物歧化酶SOD活力及其基因表达量。[结果]大株红景天注射液增加了缺氧/复氧损伤心肌细胞的活力,减少细胞内ROS的生成,抑制细胞内线粒体膜电位的降低,同时增加了心肌细胞内SOD的活力及其基因表达量。[结论]大株红景天注射液对缺氧/复氧(H/R)损伤的心肌细胞有保护作用。 | 王亚东 Patrick Asare Fordjour 李澜 魏静 樊官伟 | 2016 | 天津中医药2016，33，3： | 8 |

| 9 | Spatial Domain Technique for Visible Watermarking显示文摘A new technique for embedding visible watermarks into a digital image is described in this paper, which uses statistical properties of each pixel and its immediate surrounding pixels in the host image, and also the statistical properties of the host image and that of the image to be embedded (watermark), as the pixels in the host image are replaced one by one by the pixels in the watermark image. The aim is to establish a relationship between pixels in the images that will make the embedded watermark robust and semi-transparent, and to minimize errors caused by watermark addition and subtraction.
