2DINI机构仓储库认证显示文摘目的——旨在概述机构仓储库的认证技术以支持德国开放存取活动,同时还描述了德国网络信息初始化计划(DINI)开展的'DINI认证2006'活动。设计方法——DINI对文献和出版物仓库的认证向潜在用户表明,该仓储的运行质量是有所保证的,同时使其区别于一般机构的网络服务。本认证也能够被用作支持开放获取的一个工具。结果——仓储库认证技术虽然不会成为全球性学术信息实现开放获取的主要影响因素,但它能够促进机构仓储库的推广,并提高机构仓储库服务的知名度。研究局限性/意义——DINI认证作为一种'软性'认证,关注的是数字仓储库的互操作性,这是一种正在流行的有指导意义的观点。但是它并不能为可信赖的数字资源长期保存系统提供详尽的审计工具。实践意义——依据特定的组织及技术标准,'DINI针对文档及出版物仓储的认证'推进了德国机构仓储库的发展,同时也为世界范围内数字仓储库的互操作性做出了贡献。原创性/价值——本文描述了德国采用的一个独特方法,同时也适用于其他国家及组织。Susanne Dobratz Frank Scholze 吴霞(译) 2008现代图书情报技术2008,,3:2

17Analysis of Line-Edge Roughness Using EUV Scatterometry显示文摘Smaller and more complex three-dimensional periodic nanostructures are part of the next generation of integrated electronic circuits.Additionally,decreasing the dimensions of nanostructures increases the effect of line-edge roughness on the performance of the nanostructures.Efficient methods for characterizing three-dimensional nanostructures are required for process control.Here,extreme-ultraviolet(EUV)scatterometry is exploited for the analysis of line-edge roughness from periodic nanostructures.In line with previous observations,differences are observed between line edge and line width roughness.The angular distribution of the diffuse scattering is an interplay of the line shape,the height of the structure,the roughness along the line,and the correlation between the lines.Unfortunately,existing theoretical methods for characterizing nanostructures using scatterometry do not cover all these aspects.Examples are shown here and the demands for future development of theoretical approaches for computing the angular distribution of the scattered X-rays are discussed.Analía Fernández Herrero Frank Scholze Gaoliang Dai Victor Soltwisch 2022Nanomanufacturing and Metrology2022,5,2:0
18An online resource for marine fungi显示文摘Index Fungorum,Species Fungorum and MycoBank are the key fungal nomenclature and taxonomic databases that can be sourced to find taxonomic details concerning fungi,while DNA sequence data can be sourced from the NCBI,EBI and UNITE databases.Nomenclature and ecological data on freshwater fungi can be accessed on http://fungi.life.illinois.edu/,while http://www.marinespecies.org/provides a comprehensive list of names of marine organisms,including information on their synonymy.Previous websites however have little information on marine fungi and their ecology,beside articles that deal with marine fungi,especially those published in the nineteenth and early twentieth centuries may not be accessible to those working in third world countries.To address this problem,a new website www.marinefungi.org was set up and is introduced in this paper.This website provides a search facility to genera of marine fungi,full species descriptions,key to species and illustrations,an up to date classification of all recorded marine fungi which includes all fungal groups(Ascomycota,Basidiomycota,Blastocladiomycota,Chytridiomycota,Mucoromycota and fungus-like organisms e.g.Thraustochytriales),and listing recent publications.Currently,1257 species are listed in the marine fungi website(www.marinefungi.org),in 539 genera,74 orders,168 families,20 classes and five phyla,with new taxa continuing to be described.The website has curators with specialist mycological expertise who help to provide update data on the classification of marine fungi.This article also reviews knowledge of marine fungi covering a wide range of topics:their higher classification,ecology and world distribution,role in energy transfer in the oceans,origin and new chemical structures.An updated classification of marine fungi is also included.We would like to invite all mycologists to contribute to this innovative website.E.B.Gareth Jones Ka-Lai Pang Mohamed A.Abdel-Wahab Bettina Scholz Kevin D.Hyde Teun Boekhout Rainer Ebel Mostafa E.Rateb Linda Henderson Jariya Sakayaroj Satinee Suetrong Monika C.Dayarathne Vinit Kumar Seshagiri Raghukumar K.R.Sridhar Ali H.A.Bahkali Frank H.Gleason Chada Norphanphoun 2019Fungal Diversity2019,,3:0
