1Novel method for real-time detection and tracking of pig body and its different parts显示文摘Detection and tracking of all major parts of pig body could be more productive to help to analyze pig behavior.To achieve this goal,a real-time algorithm based on You Only Look At CoefficienTs(YOLACT)was proposed.A pig body was divided into ten parts:one head,one trunk,four thighs and four shanks.And the key points of each part were calculated by the novel algorithm,which was based mainly on combination of the Zhang-Suen thinning algorithm and Gravity algorithm.The experiment results showed that these parts of pig body could be detected and tracked,and their contributions to overall pig activity could also be sought out.The detect accuracy of the algorithm in the data set could reach up to 90%,and the processing speed to 30.5 fps.Furthermore,the algorithm was robust and adaptive.Fuen Chen Xiaoming Liang Longhan Chen Baoyuan Liu Yubin Lan 2020International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2020,13,6:3
2Engine universal characteristic modeling based on improved ant colony optimization显示文摘There have been some mathematics methods to model farm vehicle engine universal characteristic mapping(EUCM).Nevertheless,any of different mathematics methods used would possess its own strengths and weaknesses.As a result,these modeling methods about EUCM are not the same among the most vehicle manufacturers.In order to obtain a better robustness EUCM,an improved ant colony optimization was introduced into a traditional cubic surface regression method for modeling EUCM.Based on this method,the test data were regressed into a three-dimensional cubic surface,after that it was cut by some equal specific fuel consumption(ESFC)planes,more than twenty two-dimensional ESFC equations were obtained.Furthermore,the engine speed in every ESFC equation was discretized to obtain a set of ESFC points,and this set of ESFC points was linked into a closed curve by a given sequence via the improved ant colony algorithm.In order to improve the modeling speed,dimensionality reduction and discretization methods were adopted.In addition,a corresponding simulation platform was also developed to obtain an optimal system configuration.There were 48000 simulation search tests carried out on the platform,and the major parameters of the algorithm were determined.In this way the EUCM was established successfully.In contrast with other methods,as a result of the application of the novel bionic intelligent algorithm,it has better robustness,less distortion and higher calculating speed,and it is available for both gasoline engines and diesel engines.Chen Fuen Jiang Shihui Xie Xin Chen Longhan Lan Yubin 2015International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2015,8,5:0
3Test bed for farm vehicle onboard hydrogen production system with microwave plasma显示文摘Energy conservation and emission reduction are the focus worldwide.Farm vehicle engine would be more efficient if it is injected a little hydrogen during work,meanwhile,the emission of the vehicle would be decreased.Nowadays,there are many kinds of onboard hydrogen production methods,among which the microwave plasma method is regarded as the best.In order to develop an onboard hydrogen production system using microwave plasma,a new corresponding test bed was designed and developed in this research.The ethanol,water and air from the three supply pipelines were mixed and evaporated into gas mixture,and then the mixture was further created into hydrogen through microwave plasma reaction.In the test bed,a hydrogen production environment required for the reaction was provided,and hydrogen would come into being when the air was broken down by the plasma under the conditions of 0.1-0.7 atm.Furthermore,the reaction conditions could be controlled precisely,and real-time environmental data and spectral data could be collected during the hydrogen production.The experimental results showed that onboard hydrogen production could be achieved on this test bed,and the hydrogen amount produced could be adjusted to simulate real vehicle working conditions.In addition,the system is of rapid response,high precision and reliability,which can be applied in new products developments of the onboard hydrogen production system.Chen Fuen Chen Longhan Xie Xin Li Xiang Yubin Lan 2016International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2016,9,6:0
