Determination of Elastoplastic Mechanical Properties of the Weld and Heat Affected Zone Metals in Tailor-Welded Blanks by Nanoindentation Test显示文摘The elastoplastic mechanical properties of the weld and heat affected zone metals have comparatively major impact on the forming process of tailor-welded blanks. A few scholars investigated the elastoplastic mechanical properties of the weld and heat affected zone, but they only simply assumed that it was a uniform distribution elastoplastic material different from the base materials. Four types of tailor-welded blanks which consist of ST12 and 304 stainless steel plates are selected as the research objects, the elastoplastic mechanical properties of the tailor-welded blanks weld and heat affected zone metals are obtained based on the nanoindentation tests, and the Erichsen cupping tests are conducted by combining numerical simulation with physical experiment. The nanoindentation tests results demonstrate that the elastoplastic mechanical properties of the weld and heat affected zone metals are not only different from the base materials, but also varying between the weld metals and the heat affected zone metals. Comparing the Erichsen cupping test resulted from numerical with that from experimental method, it is found that the numerical value of Erichsen cupping test which consider the elastoplastic mechanical properties of the weld and heat affected zone metals have a good agreement with the experimental result, and the relative error is only 4.8%. The proposed research provides good solutions for the inhomogeneous elastoplastic mechanical properties of the tailor-welded blanks weld and heat affected zone metals, and improves the control performance of tailor-welded blanks forming accuracy. | MA Xiangdong GUAN Yingping YANG Liu | 2015 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2015,28,5: | 6
Understanding the scale-up of fermentation processes from the viewpoint of the flow field in bioreactors and the physiological response of strains显示文摘The production capability of a fermentation process is predominately determined by individual strains, which ultimately affected ultimately by interactions between the scale-dependent flow field developed within bioreactors and the physiological response of these strains.Interpreting these complicated interactions is key for better understanding the scale-up of the fermentation process. We review these two aspects and address progress in strategies for scaling up fermentation processes.A perspective on how to incorporate the multiomics big data into the scale-up strategy is presented to improve the design and operation of industrial fermentation processes. | Jianye Xia Guan Wang Meng Fan Min Chen Zeyu Wang Yingping Zhuang | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2021,34,2: | 1
Ternary solvent-processed efficient organic solar cells based on a new A-DA'D-A acceptor derivative employing the 3^(rd)-position branching side chains on pyrroles显示文摘Recent advances in non-fullerene acceptors(NFAs),typically Y6,have driven power conversion efficiency(PCE) of single-junction orga nic solar cells(OSCs) over 16%.Mea nwhile,it becomes essential to know how to adopt simple strategies to further improve device performance. In this work,a new A-DA'D-A acceptor derivative,Y19-N3 employing 3-ethylheptyl branched at the 3^(rd)-position instead of 2-ethylhexyl on the pyrroles of Y19 is reported. The selection of an appropriate solvent in casting device is implemented to maximize the photovoltaic performance.PBDB-T:Y19-N3-based OSCs treated with a ternary solvent of CF/CB(1:3,v/v) and 0.8% DIO exhibit the optimal PCE of 13.77% here, with the significantly improved V_(oc)(0.78 V) and FF(0.72) as well as the high J_(sc)(24.46 mA/cm^(2)).Further characterizations indicate that this ternary solvent-treated PBDB-T/Y19-N3 film exhibits the more appropriate morphological features with the highly efficient charge generation and collection as well as the more balanced electron and hole mobilities. This work combines molecular design and device engineering to improve the photovoltaic properties, which is important to the development of OSCs. | Yu Chen Honggang Chen Huilan Guan Wei Liu Zhe Li Hui Liu Yongfang Li Yingping Zou | 2021 | Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,1: | 0
Biomass Straw Based Activated Porous Carbon Materials for High-Performance Supercapacitors显示文摘Biomass straws are often regarding as agricultural waste, usually burned off in rural areas, which results in severe resource waste andair pollution. In this work, biomass-based porous carbon material with a lamellar microstructure is obtained via simple hydrothermaland subsequent KOH activation, the optimum activate process is determined by the proportion of activator. Scanning electronmicroscopy (SEM) and nitrogen adsorption techniques are conducted to investigate the physical properties of the materials. Cyclicvoltammetry and constant current discharge/charge in the three-electrode system and symmetrical double-layer capacitors resultsindicate the best electrochemical performance of SCA-1.5 electrode material, with a capacity of 250.0 F g-1 at 1.0 A g-1. And notably, high recycling stability at a high cycling rate of 1.0 A g-1 after 18,000 cycles. | Mengdie GUAN Xinle ZHANG Yingping WU Qihao SUN Dongqi DONG Xiaoling ZHANG Jie WANG | 2019 | Research and Application of Materials Science2019,1,2: | 0
Precision and Flexible Bending Control Strategy Based on Analytical Models and Data Models显示文摘Forming of various customized bending parts, small batches,as well as numerous types of materials is a new challenges for Industry 4.0,the current control strategies can not meet the precision and flexibility requirement, expected control strategy of bending processes need to not only resist unknown interferences of process condition and models, but also produce various new parts automatically and efficiently. In this paper,a precision and flexible bending control strategy based on analytical models and data models is proposed to build adaptive bending systems.New analytical prediction models for loading and unloading are established and suitable for various materials,a sequential identification strategy is proposed to search nominal properties using the four sub-optimization models.A data-based feedback model is established to prevent over-bending and eliminate online deviation.Above models are merged into a precision and flexible control strategy. The system firstly uses sub-optimization models to search the nominal point which is near to target point, secondly the system further uses feedback model to eliminate residual error between the nominal point and target point.Compared with four kinds sheet metals, the allowable ranges for variables are determined for a good convergence. The target bending angles were set to 20°,40°,and 60°.Forty parts were tracked for each kind material, the adaptive bending system converged after one iteration, and exhibited better performances. | Yongchuan Duan Le Tian Fangfang Zhang Yu Liu Haidi Qiao Liu Yang Yingping Guan | 2022 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2022,35,5: | 0
