1The host type I interferon response to viral and bacterial infections显示文摘Type I interferons (IFN) are well studied cytokines with anti-viral and immune-modulating functions. Type I IFNsare produced following viral infections, but until recently, the mechanisms of viral recognition leading to IFN productionwere largely unknown. Toll like receptors (TLRs) have emerged as key transducers of type I IFN during viral infectionsby recognizing various viral components. Furthermore, much progress has been made in defining the signaling path-ways downstream of TLRs for type I IFN production. TLR7 and TLR9 have become apparent as universally importantin inducing type I IFN during infection with most viruses, particularly by plasmacytoid dendritic cells. New intracellularviral pattern recognition receptors leading to type I IFN production have been identified. Many bacteria can also inducethe up-regulation of these cytokines. Interestingly, recent studies have found a detrimental effect on host cells if type IIFN is produced during infection with the intracellular gram-positive bacterial pathogen, Listeria monocytogenes. 2陕西省大骨节病患者健康相关生命质量调查分析显示文摘目的 了解陕西省成人大骨节病(Kashin-Beck disease,KBD)患者健康相关生命质量(health-related quality of life,HRQOL)现况及其影响因素,为提高KBD患者HRQOL提供参考依据。方法 2016年2月,采取两阶段整群随机抽样方法,在陕西省KBD高发地区(宝鸡、咸阳、铜川市)抽取现存疾病严重程度为Ⅰ度及以上KBD患者901例为调查对象,以入户调查的方式使用中文版SF-36量表测量HRQOL得分。36个条目分别为躯体功能(PF)、躯体角色(RP)、身体疼痛(BP)、总健康状况(GH)、活力(VT)、社会功能(SF)、情感角色(RE)和心理健康(MH)8个维度,以中位数(M)、四分位数(P25、P75)表示。使用多元线性回归对HRQOL影响因素进行分析。结果 共调查901例KBD患者,其中男性患者500人,女性患者401人,年龄为58(22 - 83)岁。Ⅰ度患者占37.18%(335/901),Ⅱ度患者占53.50%(482/901),Ⅲ度患者占9.32%(84/901)。GH、MH的得分男性[GH:35(25,50),MH:56(48,72)]患者高于女性[30(20,45),56(44,68),P均 〈 0.05];不同年龄组间PF、RP、BP、GH、VT和SF得分比较差异有统计学意义(P均 〈 0.05);不同教育程度患者间PF、RP、GH、VT、SF、RE和MH得分比较差异有统计学意义(P均 〈 0.05);PF、SF得分已婚组[PF:55(40,75),SF:62(50,75)]高于其他婚姻状况组[50(35,65),50(38,75),P均 〈 0.05];不同疾病严重程度者PF、BP、GH和SF得分差异有统计学意义(P均 〈 0.05)。不同地区KBD患者在PF、BP、GH、VT、SF和MH得分比较差异有统计学意义(P均 〈 0.05)。多元线性回归分析发现,与女性比较,男性是GH和MH得分的保护因素;年龄是PF、RP、BP、GH、VT和SF得分的危险因素;与文盲组比较,小学文化是PF和RE得分的保护因素,初中及以上文化是PF、RP、VT、SF、RE和MH得分的保护因素,与Ⅰ度比较,Ⅱ度、Ⅲ度是PF、BP、GH和SF得分的危险因素;与宝鸡市比较,咸阳市是SF的保护因素,铜川市则是PF、GH、VT、SF和MH得分的保护因素。结论 在KBD高发地区制定改善HRQOL措施时,应优先考虑患者年龄、教育程度和疾病严重程度因素。陈平 戴宏星 师智 GangChen 冯清华 杨培荣 2018中华地方病学杂志2018,37,9:7
33D Finite Element Numerical Simulation of Residual Stresses on Electron Beam Welded BT20 Plates显示文摘A three-dimensional finite-element model (FEM) used for calculating electron beam (EB) welding temperature and stresses fields of thin plates of BT20 titanium has been developed in which the nonlinear thermophysical and thermo-mechanical properties of the material has been considered. The welding temperature field, the distributions of residual stresses in aswelded (AW) and electron beam local post-weld heat treatment (EBLPWHT) conditions have been successfully simulated.The results show that: (1) In the weld center, the maximum magnitude of residual tensile stresses of BT20 thin plates of Ti alloy is equal to 60%~ 70% of its yield strength σs. (2) The residual tensile stresses in weld center can be even decreased after EBLPWHT and the longitudinal tensile stresses are decreased about 50% compared to joints in AW conditions. 4Phase Behavior of Rare Earth Manganites显示文摘Among complex oxides containing rare earth and manganese BaLn2Mn2O7 (Ln=rare earth) with the layered perovskite type and Ln2(Mn, M)O7 with pyrochlore-related structure were studied since these compounds show many kinds of phases and unique phase transitions. In BaLn2Mn2O7 there appear many phases, depending on the synthetic conditions for each rare earth. The tetragonal phase of so-called Ruddlesden-Popper type is the fundamental structure and many kinds of deformed modification of this structure are obtained. For BaEu2Mn2O7 at least five phases have been identified from the results of X-ray diffraction analysis with the space group P42/mnm, Fmmm, Immm and A2/m in addition to the fundamental tetragonal I4/mmm phase. In the pyrochlore-related type compounds, Ln2Mn2-xMxO7 (M=Ta, Nb, W etc), there also appear several phases with different crystal structures. With regard to every rare earth, Ln2MnTaO7 phase is stable only for excess Ta and can be obtained under high oxygen partial pressure process. This group has trigonal structure with zirkelite type (P3121 space group). On the other hand Ln2Mn2/3Nb4/3O7 phase has monoclinic (C2/c space group) and zirconolite type structure. 8LIQUID DYES'CHARACTERISTICS IN DYEING WASTE PAPER PULP AND THEIR APPLICATION显示文摘In this paper, some liquid dyes were used to dye the waste paper pulp (OCC pulp and waste cement sack paper pulp), and their dyeing characteristics were analyzed, The liquid dyes include liquid basic yellow, liquid basic blue, liquid basic red, liquid basic orange, liquid basic brown and liquid direct black. We found that, each dye had its own dyeing characteristic while dyeing the waste paper pulp. Generally different types of liquid dyes were combined to dye the waste paper pulp, which the adding process must be noticed. We also observed that a black pigment could be applied together with said liquid dyes to dye or adjust the color of the bottom sheet for the fireproof board. 9AN AUTOMATIC MEASURING SYSTEM FOR PRINT QUALITY OF COATED INK-JET PAPER显示文摘An automatic visual measuring system designed for evaluating the print quality of coated ink-jet paper is presented. Based on the degree of wicking, feathering, strike-through and color-to-color bleeding, Ink-jet Print Quality Index (IPQI), which was calculated with Area Spread Ratio (ASR), Edge Raggedness (ER), and Roundness Deviation (RD) of the printed dots, was used to evaluate the print quality. An iterative repetition interpolation threshold segmentation algorithm was performed with the aid of magnifying glass, charge coupled device(CCD) camera, frame grabber, image software and computer. Seven kinds of coated glossy photo papers were tested with a constant ink and ink-jet printer, the optical print resolution of each kind was obtained and their performance was ranked. 10Effect of Post-weld Heat Treatment on Microstructure and Fracture Toughness of 30CrMnSiNi2A Steel Welded Joints显示文摘The electron beam local post-weld heat treatment (EBLPWHT) is a rather new method that provides the advantages ofhigh precision, flexibility and efficiency, energy saving and higher productivity. This paper studies the effect of two post-weldheat treatment processes on the microstructure, mechanical properties and fracture toughness of an electron beam weldedjoints in 30CrMnSiNi2A steel. EBLPWHT, in a vacuum chamber, immediately after welding and a traditional furnace wholepost-weld heat treatment (FWPWHT) were compared. The experimental results show that, after EBLPWHT treatment, themain microstructure of weld was changed from coarse acicular martensite into lath martensite, HAZ was changed from lathmartensite, bainite into lower bainite, and base metal was changed from ferrite and pearlite into upper bainite and residualaustenite. The microstructures of different zones of joints in FWPWHT condition were tempered sorbite. The properties ofwelded joints can be improved by the EBLPWHT in some extent, and especially largely for the fracture toughness of weldedjoints.
