1Curve fitting and optimal interpolation on CNC machines based on quadratic B-splines显示文摘In this paper,curve fitting of 3-D points generated by G01 codes and interpolation based on quadratic B-splines are studied.Feature points of G01 codes are selected using an adaptive method.Next,quadratic B-splines are obtained as the fitting curve by interpolating these feature points.Computations required in implementing the velocity planning algorithm mentioned by Timer et al.are very complicated because of the appearance of high-order curves.An improved time-optimal method for the quadratic B-spline curves is presented to circumvent this issue.The algorithms are verified with simulations as well as on real CNC machines.ZHANG Mei YANWei YUAN ChunMing WANG DingKang GAO XiaoShan 2011Science China(Information Sciences)2011,54,7:21
2High speed interpolation for micro-line trajectory and adaptive real-time look-ahead scheme in CNC machining显示文摘CNC machining plays an important role in mechanical manufacturing.A key issue is to improve the machining feedrate while keeping the machining precision and satisfying the acceleration constraints of the CNC machine.For the consecutive micro-line segments interpolation,the velocities at the junction of two segments are the bottlenecks for the machining efficiency.This paper proposes a multi-period turning method to improve the feedrate at the junctions using the linear acceleration and deceleration mode,which utilizes the maximal acceleration capabilities of the NC machine while satisfying the machining precision.A new and more efficient look-ahead method and a feedrate override method are also proposed to boast the global machining speed.The proposed algorithm has been implemented on Blue Sky NC System,and experimented in real material manufacturing.Compared with several existing algorithms,the current algorithm can improve the manufacturing time ranging from 50% to 180%,depending on the machining parameters,and also results in better machining quality.In addition,the algorithm also satisfies the need of real-time interpolation.ZHANG LiXian SUN RuiYong GAO XiaoShan LI HongBo 2011Science China(Technological Sciences)2011,54,6:17

A complete list of results about Bertrand curvesin metric and affine spaces is derived mechanically. The list includes most of the knownresults of various Bertrand curves. 5Synthesis and optical characterization of Eu^(2+),Tb^(3+)-codoped Sr_3Y(PO_4)_3 green phosphors显示文摘A series of Eu^(2+),Tb^(3+)-codoped Sr_3 Y(PO_4)_3(SYP) green phosphors were synthesized by hightemperature solid-state reaction. Several techniques, such as X-ray diffraction, UV-vis spectrum,and photoluminescence spectrum, were used to investigate the obtained phosphors. The present study investigates in detail photoluminescence excitation and emission properties, energy transfer between the two dopants, and effects of doping ions on optical band gap. SYP:0.05 Eu2+ phosphor shows an intense and broad excitation band ranging from 220 to 400 nm and exhibits a bright green emission band with CIE chromaticity coordinates(0.189, 0.359) under 350 nm excitation. Green emission of SYP:0.03 Tb3+ is intensified by codoping with Eu^(2+), and energy transfer mechanism between them is demonstrated to be a dipole-dipole interaction. Upon 350 nm excitation, SYP:Eu^(2+),Tb^(3+) phosphors exhibits two dominating bands peaking at 466 and 545 nm, which are assigned to 4 f^65 d^1→4 f^7 transition of Eu^(2+) ions and ~5 D_4→~7 F_5 transition of Tb^(3+) ions, respectively. Optimal doping concentrations of Eu^(2+) and Tb^(3+) in the SYP host are 5 mol% and 15 mol%, respectively. 7ON THE THEORY OF RESOLVENTS AND ITS APPLICATIONS显示文摘We extend the concept of the resolvent of a prime ideal to the concept of theresolvent of a general ideal with respect to a set of parameters and propose an algorithmto construct the generalized resolvents based on Wu-Rits’s zero decomposition algorithm.Our generalized algorithm has the following applications. (1) For a reducible variety V,we can find a direction on which V is projected birationally to an irreducible hypersurface.(2) We give a new algorithm to find a primitive element for a finite algebraic extensionof a field of characteristic zero. (3) We present a complete method of finding parametricequations for algebraic curves.
