| 1 | Cancer incidence and mortality in Shandong province,2012显示文摘Objective: Population-based cancer registration data in 2012 from all available cancer registries in Shandong province were collected by Shandong Center for Disease Control and Prevention(SDCDC). SDCDC estimated the numbers of new cancer cases and cancer deaths in Shandong province with compiled cancer incidence and mortality rates.Methods: In 2015, there were 21 cancer registries submitted data of cancer incidence and deaths occurred in 2012. All the data were checked and evaluated based on the National Central Cancer Registry(NCCR) criteria of data quality. Qualified data from 15 registries were used for cancer statistics analysis as provincial estimation. The pooled data were stratified by area(urban/rural), gender, age group(0, 1-4, 5-9, 10-14, …, 85+ years) and cancer type. New cancer cases and deaths were estimated using age-specific rates and corresponding provincial population in 2012. The Chinese census data in 2000 and Segi's population were applied for age-standardized rates. All the rates were expressed per 100,000 person-year.Results: Qualified 15 cancer registries(4 urban and 11 rural registries) covered 17,189,988 populations(7,486,039 in urban and 9,703,949 in rural areas). The percentage of cases morphologically verified(MV%) and death certificate-only cases(DCO%) were 66.12% and 2.93%, respectively, and the mortality to incidence rate ratio(M/I) was 0.60. A total of 253,060 new cancer cases and 157,750 cancer deaths were estimated in Shandong province in 2012. The incidence rate was 263.86/100,000(303.29/100,000 in males, 223.23/100,000 in females), the age-standardized incidence rates by Chinese standard population(ASIRC) and by world standard population(ASIRW) were 192.42/100,000 and 189.50/100,000 with the cumulative incidence rate(0-74 years old) of 22.07%. The cancer incidence, ASIRC and ASIRW in urban areas were 267.64/100,000, 195.27/100,000 and 192.02/100,000 compared to 262.32/100,000, 191.26/100,000 and 188.48/100,000 in rural areas, respectively. The cancer mortality was 164.47/100,000(207.42/100,000 in males, 120.23/100,000 in females), the age-standardized incidence rates by Chinese standard population(ASMRC) and by world standard population(ASMRW) were 117.54/100,000 and 116.90/100,000, and the cumulative mortality rate(0-74 years old) was 13.53%. The cancer mortality, ASMRC and ASMRW were 141.59/100,000, 101.17/100,000 and 100.33/100,000 in urban areas, and 173.79/100,000, 124.20/100,000 and 123.64/100,000 in rural areas, respectively. Cancers of the lung, stomach, liver, esophagus, colorectum, female breast, brain, leukemia, bladder and pancreas were the most common cancers, accounting for about 82.12% of all cancer new cases. Lung cancer, stomach cancer, liver cancer, esophageal cancer, colorectal cancer, female breast cancer, pancreatic cancer, brain tumor, leukemia and lymphoma were the leading causes of cancer death, accounting for about 89.01% of all cancer deaths. The cancer spectrum showed difference between urban and rural, males and females both in incidence and mortality rates.Conclusions: Cancer surveillance information in Shandong province is making great progress with the increasing number of cancer registries, population coverage and the improving data quality. Cancer registration plays a fundamental role in cancer control by providing basic information on population-based cancer incidence, mortality, survival and time trend. | 2 | Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of 45 vol.%SiC_p/7075Al Composite显示文摘Microstructure and mechanical behavior of high volume content Si Cp/7xxx Al composites have not been explored yet. Therefore, in the present work, 45 vol.% SiC p/7075 Al composite has been prepared by pressure infiltration method. High density dislocations were found around Si C/Al interface in SiC p/7075 Al composite after water-quenching and aging treatment. Fine dispersed nano-η′ phases were observed after the aging treatment. Adverse to other Si Cp/Al composites prepared by the pressure infiltration method,an interface layer was observed between SiC particles and Al matrix. Furthermore, high-resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM) observation indicated that this interface layer was coherent/semicoherent with that of the SiC particles. 45 vol.% SiC p/7075 Al composite demonstrated high tensile strength(630 MPa) and micro-ductility. | 3 | Reaction procedure of a graphite fiber reinforced Ti-Al composite produced by squeeze casting-in situ reaction显示文摘The in situ reaction procedure and microstructure evolution of a graphite fiber reinforced Ti-Al composite (Grf/Ti-Al) was investigated, and the stability of TiAl3 at high temperature was discussed. As-cast material was prepared by pressing molten pure aluminum into a preform, which was composed of titanium particles and graphite fibers. The in situ reaction procedure of the as-cast material was investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and phases in the products were detected by X-ray diffraction (XRD). Experimental results showed that TiAl3 was formed first. With an increase in temperature, TiC and Al4C3 were observed, but TiAl3 decreased. In the final product, Al2O3 and TiO2 were observed. | 5 | Three-dimensional electric field simulation and flashover path analysis of ice-covered suspension insulators显示文摘Flashover of ice-covered insulators seriously affects the safe operation of transmission lines.It is necessary to study the electric field distribution for flashover analysis of ice-covered insulators.The electric field of ice-covered insulators was mostly calculated by a two-dimensional(2D)axisymmetric model that cannot be well corresponded to actual icing situations.In this study,a 3D electric field simulation model of ice-covered suspension insulators under moderate icing condition with applied DC voltage was established.Two characteristic parameters,E_(av)and E_(max)were proposed to measure electric field distortion degree.Based on the simulation results,the effects of water film conductivity,icicle length,icicle deviation angle,and icicle distribution on Eav and Emax were studied.The results showed that icicles have a significant influence on the electric field distribution of insulators.E_(av)increases with the increase of icicle length and decreases with the increase of icicle deviation angle.E_(max)increases with the increase of the icicle length,icicle spacing and adjacent icicle length difference.When the icicle deviation angle is 45°,E_(max)is the largest.Lastly,the possible flashover paths were analysed based on the simulation results,which would provide a theoretical basis for building a flashover model of ice-covered insulators. | Lichun Shu Yanqing Liu Xingliang Jiang Qin Hu Gaohui He Zhou Yu Longfang Xiao | 2020 | High Voltage2020,5,3: | 1 |

| 7 | Synthesis of C_f/TiAl_3 Composite by Infiltration-In Situ Reaction显示文摘Infiltration-in situ reaction synthesis of Cf /TiAl3 composite was investigated. The as-cast material was obtained by titanium particles, carbon fibers and pure aluminum. Titanium particles and carbon fibers were mixed and pressed to form a preform firstly, and then molten pure aluminum was pressed into the preform, subsequently, cooled rapidly. In situ reaction samples were obtained by heating the as-cast material from 600 to 1000 °C for 1 h. The microstructural evolution of in situ reaction samples was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive X-ray. In addition, the phase composition of products was inspected by X-ray diffraction. Experimental results showed that the dominant product of TiAl3 and a small amount of Al4C3 were formed at low temperature. While TiAl3 was not stable at high temperature, along with its decrease, TiC phase became favorable. In the final products, TiAl3 , TiC and Al4C3 were detected. | 8 | Sex But Not Altitude, Modulates Phenotypic Covariations Between Growth and Physiological Traits in Adult Asiatic Toads显示文摘The pace-of-life syndrome(POLS) hypothesis predicts that most variation in life history, physiology,and behavior among individuals, popula tions, and species falls along a continuum from slow to fast pace of life. While there is evidence for climatic gradientmediated POLS patterns among species, this approach has rarely been explicitly used to study POLS patterns among-and within-populations. In addition, the roles of sex in POLS evolution among-or within-populations are largely unknown. In this study, we investigated the effects of altitudinal gradient and sex on the covariations between growth rate and several physiological traits closely associated with POLS(blood glucose, baselineand stress-induced glucocorticoids(GCs), hemolysis and hemagglutination) in the Asiatic toad Bufo gargarizans.Contrary to our expectation, altitudinal gradient had no influence on the covariations between growth rate and physiological traits, neither at the among-nor withinpopulation level, indicating that these trait integrations have similar fitness payoffs across hierarchical levels.In contrast, we found evidence for sex-specific POLS composition: there was a negative covariance structure between growth rate and baseline GCs-but only in females, and a positive covariance structure between growth rate and baseline GCs-but only in females, and a positive covariance structure between growth rate and hemagglutination-but only in males. | 11 | Diphylleia Grayi-Inspired Intelligent Temperature-Responsive Transparent Nanofiber Membranes显示文摘Nanofiber membranes(NFMs) have become attractive candidates for next-generation flexible transparent materials due to their exceptional flexibility and breathability. However, improving the transmittance of NFMs is a great challenge due to the enormous reflection and incredibly poor transmission generated by the nanofiber-air interface. In this research, we report a general strategy for the preparation of flexible temperature-responsive transparent(TRT) membranes,which achieves a rapid transformation of NFMs from opaque to highly transparent under a narrow temperature window. In this process, the phase change material eicosane is coated on the surface of the polyurethane nanofibers by electrospray technology. When the temperature rises to 37 ℃, eicosane rapidly completes the phase transition and establishes the light transmission path between the nanofibers, preventing light loss from reflection at the nanofiber-air interface. The resulting TRT membrane exhibits high transmittance(> 90%), and fast response(5 s).
