1Preparation of photoanode and its application to flexible dye-sensitized solar cells显示文摘A TiO2 slurry was prepared by hydrothermal treating mixture of commercial TiO2 (P25),ethanol and distilled water in an autoclave.A flexible photoanode and dye-sensitized solar cell (DSSC) was fabricated on an ITO-coated poly (ethylene naphthalate) sheet (ITO/PEN) substrate by a doctor-blade technique.The sample was characterized with SEM,UV-vis,FTIR,and the photoelectric properties of the DSSC were measured.The influence of preparation conditions on the properties of the flexible DSSC was investigated.It is found that the TiO2 slurry hydrothermally treated in 185°C for 12 h has good stability and uniformity.Based on the slurry,a flexible DSSC with light-to-electric conversion efficiencies of 3.4% is achieved under irradiation with a simulate solar light intensity of 100 mW/cm2.XIAO YaoMing,WU JiHuai,LI QingHua,XIE GuiXiang,YUE GenTian,YE HaiFeng,LAN Zhang,HUANG MiaoLiang & LIN JianMing Englineering Research Center of Environment-Friendly Functional Materials,Minsitry of Education,China The Key Laboratory for Functional Materials of Fujian Higher Education,Institute of Materials Physical Chemistry,Huaqiao University,Quanzhou 362021,China 2010Chinese Science Bulletin2010,55,10:10

3Application of upconversion luminescence in dye-sensitized solar cells显示文摘An upconversion luminescence powder TiO2:(Er3+,Yb3+) is prepared by a hydrothermal method and used to fabricate dye-sensitized solar cell (DSSC).The TiO2:(Er3+,Yb3+) powder undergoes upconversion luminescence,converting infrared light which the dye can not absorb into visible light with wavelengths of 510-700 nm which the dye can absorb,increasing the photocurrent of the DSSC.TiO2:(Er3+,Yb3+) also acts as a p-type dopant,heightening the Fermi level of the oxide film,which increases the photovoltage of the DSSC.The best performance of the DSSC is found when the ratio of TiO2/luminescence powder is 1/3 in the luminescence layer.Under simulated solar irradiation of 100 mW cm-2 (AM 1.5),the DSSC containing TiO2:(Er3+,Yb3+) doping achieves a light-to-electricity energy conversion efficiency of 7.28% compared with 6.41% for the undoped DSSC.XIE GuiXiang LIN JianMing WU JiHuai LAN Zhang LI QingHua XIAO YaoMing YUE GenTian YUE HaiFeng HUANG MiaoLiang 2011Chinese Science Bulletin2011,56,1:6
4Flexible dye-sensitized solar cell based on PCBM/P3HT heterojunction显示文摘Using blend heterojunction consisting of C60 derivatives [6,6]-phenyl-C61-butyric acid methyl ester (PCBM) and poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT) as charge carrier transferring medium to replace I3–/I– redox electrolyte,a novel flexible dye-sensitized solar cell (DSSC) is fabricated.The characterization of infrared spectra and ultraviolet-visible spectra shows that the PCBM/P3HT heterojunction has not only the absorption in ultraviolet light for PCBM,but also the absorption in visible and near infrared light for P3HT,which widens the photoelectric response range for DSSC.The influence of PCBM/P3HT mass ratio on the performance of the solar cell is discussed.Under 100 mW cm–2 (AM 1.5) simulated solar irradiation,the flexible solar cell achieves a lightto-electric energy conversion efficiency of 1.43%,open circuit voltage of 0.87 V,short circuit current density of 3.0 mA cm–2 and fill factor of 0.54.YUE GenTian WU JiHuai XIAO YaoMing YE HaiFeng LIN JianMing HUANG MiaoLiang 2011Chinese Science Bulletin2011,56,3:4

9A binder-free CF|PANI composite electrode with excellent capacitance for asymmetric supercapacitors显示文摘In this work,carbon fiber and polyaniline(CF|PANI)composites are prepared by using an electrochemical polymeriza-tion method.The morphology and composition characterization results show that the PANI nanospheres are successfully syn-thesized and uniformly coated on the CF.When the electrodeposition period is 300 cycles,the as-prepared CF|PANI electrode ex-hibits good specific capacitance of 231.63 F/g at 1 A/g,high performance of 98.14%retention rate from 0.5 to 20 A/g,and excel-lent cycle stability with only 0.96%capacity loss after 1000 cycles.This is ascribed to the internal resistance that was signific-antly reduced without binders,which helps to the CF|PANI electrode maintains high operating potential and pseudo-capacit-ance performance at high current density.The symmetrical supercapacitor based on two CF|PANI electrodes connecting by acid-ic PVA-H2SO4 gel electrolyte exhibits an energy density of 6.55 W·h/kg at a power density of 564.37 W/kg.In addition,the asym-metric supercapacitor based on MoS2|MWCNTs and CF|PANI electrodes with neutral PVA-Na2SO4 gel electrolyte shows an en-ergy density of 16.12 W·h/kg at a power density of 525.03 W/kg.These results indicate that the low internal resistance contrib-utes to the high energy density of symmetrical supercapacitors and asymmetric supercapacitors at high current density and high power density,which is significant for its practical application.Kexin Li Gentian Yue Furui Tan 2023Journal of Semiconductors2023,44,3:1
10A dye-sensitized solar cell based on PEDOT:PSS counter electrode显示文摘A counter electrode for dye-sensitized solar cell (DSSC) was prepared by coating poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene): poly(styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) with high transparency and adhesion on a conducting FTO glass at low temperature. The surface morphology, conductivity, sheet resistance, redox properties and photoelectric properties of the PEDOT:PSS/carbon electrodes were observed using scanning electron microscopy, a four-probe tester and a CHI660D electrochemical measurement system. The experimental results showed that DSSCs had the best photoelectric properties for PEDOT:PSS/carbon counter electrodes annealed at 80°C under vacuum conditions. The overall energy conversion efficiency of the DSSC with PEDOT:PSS/carbon counter electrode and barrier layer reached 7.61% under irradiation from a simulated solar light with intensity of 100 mW/cm2 (AM 1.5). 19Burr hole evacuation for infratentorial subdural empyema显示文摘Infratentorial empyema is a life threatening condition and constitutes a neurosurgical emergency. Purulent mastoiditis and medial otitis is the most common origin and a thorough eradication of the purulent foci is mandatory. Decompression craniectomy has been primarily advised in the literature as the gold standard of the surgical treatment but burr hole evacuation when there the lack of cerebellar edema is less invasive and deemed equally efficient in the few reported cases. This is the report of a seventeen year old female who presented in a comatose state due to infratentorial empyema with acute hydrocephalus and who improved immediately after burr hole evacuation. Details of the surgical procedures are given. Mastoidectomy was completed, with the patient under combined antibiotherapy. 20Reconstructing White Matter Fiber from Brain DTI for Neuroimage Analysis显示文摘Diffusion Tensor Imaging (DTI), which is the magnetic resonance technology, is applied widely, especially in analyzing the brain function and disease. DTI is a four dimensional image with the principle of diffusion of water molecules, which based on the diffusion characteristic of water. In DTI, each voxel has its own value and orientation, which result in the track of movement of water molecules by the FACT algorithm. It is the tracking of brain white matter fiber, while the tractography is the tracking image of neural fiber bundles according to the principle. All images running are big data processing. The tractrography is important for analyzing the function of brain, creating the brain connectivity and analyzing neuroimage with disease.
