| 1 | Optimization of a precise integration method for seismic modeling based on graphic processing unit显示文摘General purpose graphic processing unit(GPU) calculation technology is gradually widely used in various fields.Its mode of single instruction,multiple threads is capable of seismic numerical simulation which has a huge quantity of data and calculation steps.In this study,we introduce a GPU-based parallel calculation method of a precise integration method(PIM) for seismic forward modeling.Compared with CPU single-core calculation,GPU parallel calculating perfectly keeps the features of PIM,which has small bandwidth,high accuracy and capability of modeling complex substructures,and GPU calculation brings high computational efficiency,which means that high-performing GPU parallel calculation can make seismic forward modeling closer to real seismic records. | Jingyu Li Genyang Tang Tianyue Hu | 2010 | Earthquake Science2010,23,4: | 2 |

| 4 | Expression of EGFP/SDCT1 fusion protein,subcellular localization signal analysis,tissue distribution and electrophysiological function study显示文摘Full-length cDNA gene of sodium-dependent dicarboxylate co-transporter protein 1 (SDCT1) is cloned from normal human kidney tissue and inserted into EGFP (enhanced green fluorescent protein) expression vector along with N-terminal and C-terminal truncated SDCT1 genes, so to construct the eukaryotic expression vectors of EGFP/SDCT1 fusion proteins, which are transfected into human renal tubular epithelial cells (HKC). Subcellular localizations of these fusion proteins are observed by laser confocal microscope to determine the localization signal of the SDCT1 protein. Duplex PCR analysis validates that the fusion protein genes have been in- tegrated into the genome of HKC. Western blot indicates that the fusion proteins have been ex- pressed in HKC. Confocal microscopy analysis shows that human SDCT1 predominantly locates on the plasma membrane, which is consistent with the results predicted by bioinformatics ap- proach; in HKC transfected with N-terminal truncated SDCT1 gene, the green fluorescence is mainly distributed on the plasma membrane; in HKC transfected with C-terminal truncated SDCT1 gene, the green fluorescence is mainly distributed in the cytoplasm. EGFP/SDCT1 mRNAs obtained by in vitro transcription are microinjected into Xenopus laevis oocytes for ex- pression and the trans-membrane currents are measured by using two-microelectrode volt- age-clamp technique. Na+ inward currents are present on cellular membrane of the injected oo- cytes. Immunohistochemical staining shows that human SDCT1 proteins are expressed on lu- men membrane of the renal proximal tubule, but are negative in distal tubule, collecting duct, renal interstitium and glomerulus. | 5 | Waste pulp chemical-looping gasification using Ni-modified electroplating sludge as an oxygen carrier显示文摘Waste pulp(WP)is a typical byproduct of paper industry,and Chemical-looping gasification(CLG)as a recently developed technology is highly suited to dispose high-volatile wastes like WP.In order to make a high-efficiency oxygen carrier(OC)for CLG of WP,the Ni-containing electroplating sludge(NES)was used as the matrix and NiO modification was performed to enhance the hydrogen production in CLG.These resulted in a potentially high-efficiency OC denoted as NNES.Testing CLG of WP was in a fixed-bed reactor at 850℃by adopting NNES as the OC,injecting 2.4 mL/g(WP)water,and keeping a mass ratio of 1.0 between OC to WP.It produced 1.73 Nm^(3)/kg syngas that has an LHV of 11.9 MJ/Nm^(3)and a H_(2)/CO ratio of 3.63.In 10 redox cycles,the syngas yield did not have obvious decrease,but a certain reduction in the activity of NNES was observed.Characterization of the spent NNES revealed that it is the Ni agglomeration and inert silicate generation which reduced the activity of NNES. | Genyang Tang Jing Gu Guoqiang Wei Haoran Yuan Yong Chen | 2023 | Carbon Resources Conversion2023,6,2: | 1 |
| 6 | Waste cotton fabric derived porous carbon containing Fe_(3)O_(4)/NiS nanoparticles for electrocatalytic oxygen evolution显示文摘Developing low-cost,active and durable electrocatalysts for oxygen evolution reaction(OER)is an urgent task for the applications such as water splitting and rechargeable metal-air battery.Herein,this work reports the fabrication of a metal and hetero atom co-doped fibrous carbon structure derived from cotton textile wastes and its use as an efficient OER catalyst.The free-standing fibrous carbon structure,fabricated with a simple two-step carbonization process,has a high specific surface area of 1796 m^2/g and a uniform distribution of Fe_(3)O_(4)/NiS nanoparticles(Fe_(3)O_(4)/NiS@CC).The composite exhibits excellent OER performance with an onset potential of 1.44 V and a low overpotential of 310 mV at the current density of 10 mA/cm^2in a 1.0 M KOH solution,which even surpass commercial Ru O_(2)catalyst.Additionally,this ternary catalyst shows remarkable long-term stability without current density loss after continuous operation for 26 h.It can be believed that the outstanding OER performance is attributed to the synergistic effect between the iron oxides and nickel sulphides,as well as the micro-meso porous carbon structure.This study demonstrates a new strategy to use conventional textile materials to prepare highly efficient electrocatalysts;it also provides a simple approach to turn textile waste into valuable products. | Shan Jiang Hao Shao Genyang Cao Han Li Weilin Xu Jingliang Li Jian Fang Xungai Wang | 2020 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020,59,24: | 0 |
