| 1 | Anti-inflammatory and analgesic activities with gastroprotective effect of semi-purified fractions and isolation of pure compounds from Mediterranean gorgonian Eunicella singularis显示文摘Objective: To explore anti-inflammatory activities of organic extract and its semi-purified fractions(ethanol, acetone, methanol/dichloromethane) from the Mediterranean gorgonian Eunicella singularis. Methods: The anti-inflammatory and analgesic activities were evaluated, using the carrageenan-induced rat paw edema model and the acetic acid writhing test in mice. The gastroprotective activity was determined using HCl/Et OH induced gastric ulcers in rats. The purification and structure elucidation of compound(s) from the more effective fraction were determined by chromatographic and spectroscopic methods and in comparison with data reported in the literature. Results: The fraction F-Et OH showed an important antiinflammatory activity associated with significant analgesic and gastroprotective properties. The purification and structure elucidation of compound(s) from this fraction lead to the identification of one diterpenoid and four sterols. | 2 | A COMPOUND POISSON MODEL FOR LEARNING DISCRETE BAYESIAN NETWORKS显示文摘We introduce here the concept of Bayesian networks,in compound Poisson model,which provides a graphical modeling framework that encodes the joint probability distribution for a set of random variables within a directed acyclic graph.We suggest an approach proposal which ofers a new mixed implicit estimator.We show that the implicit approach applied in compound Poisson model is very attractive for its ability to understand data and does not require any prior information.A comparative study between learned estimates given by implicit and by standard Bayesian approaches is established.Under some conditions and based on minimal squared error calculations,we show that the mixed implicit estimator is better than the standard Bayesian and the maximum likelihood estimators.We illustrate our approach by considering a simulation study in the context of mobile communication networks. | Abdelaziz GHRIBI Afif MASMOUDI | 2013 | Acta Mathematica Scientia2013，33，6： | 2 |
