1水基微泡钻井液和油基微泡钻井液的应用显示文摘微泡是就地产生的特别稳定的微气泡以抑制钻井液漏入高渗地层。水基微泡用于水基钻井液中 ,而油基微泡用于非水基钻井液中。在两种情形下 ,微气泡都由专门的聚合物和表面活性剂稳定的气体或液体的核构成 ,在渗透性地层中这些微泡能聚集形成坚韧的具有弹性的屏障 ,从而阻止钻井液的漏失。在渗透性地层中具有代表性的是水湿砂岩 ,容易发生钻井液渗漏和压差卡钻。另外一些地层由砂岩和页岩构成 ,对这些地层使用常规钻井液或欠平衡钻井设备都非常昂贵。作者描述了在钻井液中如何利用水基和油基微泡减轻井下的钻井液漏失。Frederick B Growcock 王瑛 武学芹 张敬辉 2004国外油田工程2004,20,1:4
