| 1 | Neuroprotective effects of rutaecarpine on cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury显示文摘Rutaecarpine,an active component of the traditional Chinese medicine Tetradium ruticarpum,has been shown to improve myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury.Because both cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases are forms of ischemic vascular disease,they are closely related.We hypothesized that rutaecarpine also has neuroprotective effects on cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury.A cerebral ischemia reperfusion model was established after 84,252 and 504 μg/kg rutaecarpine were given to mice via intraperitoneal injection,daily for 7 days.Results of the step through test,2,3,5-triphenyl tetrazolium chloride dyeing and oxidative stress indicators showed that rutaecarpine could improve learning and memory ability,neurological symptoms and reduce infarction volume and cerebral water content in mice with cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury.Rutaecarpine could significantly decrease the malondialdehyde content and increase the activities of superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase in mouse brain.Therefore,rutaecarpine could improve neurological function following injury induced by cerebral ischemia reperfusion,and the mechanism of this improvement may be associated with oxidative stress.These results verify that rutaecarpine has neuroprotective effects on cerebral ischemia reperfusion in mice. | Chunlin Yan Ji Zhang Shu Wang Guiping Xue Yong Hou | 2013 | Neural Regeneration Research2013,8,22: | 20 |
| 2 | Chrysophanol attenuates lead exposure-induced injury to hippocampal neurons in neonatal mice显示文摘Previous studies have shown that chrysophanol protects against learning and memory impairments in lead-exposed adult mice. In the present study, we investigated whether chrysophanol can alleviate learning and memory dysfunction and hippocampal neuronal injury in lead-exposed neonatal mice. At the end of lactation, chrysophanol(0.1, 1.0, 10.0 mg/kg) was administered to the neonatal mice by intraperitoneal injection for 15 days. Chrysophanol significantly alleviated injury to hippocampal neurons and improved learning and memory abilities in the lead-poisoned neonatal mice. Chrysophanol also significantly decreased lead content in blood, brain, heart, spleen, liver and kidney in the lead-exposed neonatal mice. The levels of malondialdehyde in the brain, liver and kidney were significantly reduced, and superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase activities were significantly increased after chrysophanol treatment. | 3 | Surface Ozone in Jiuzhaigou National Park, Eastern Rim of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, China显示文摘Located in southwestern China, Jiuzhaigou National Park is one of the most popular tourism destinations in China, famous for its unique aquatic ecosystems and beautiful forests. However, plants in the park may be at high ozone risk as a result of the intensive use of diesel tour buses in the park. In addition, Jiuzhaigou is close to a region with relatively high regional anthropogenic NO x emissions. During the growing season, also the peak season of tourism, we measured ozone concentration at two sites within the Park and these were: Jiuzhaigou Bureau (JB) and Long Lake (LL). The results indicate that ozone concentrations were not high enough to cause foliar injury during the monitoring period, although the risk of ozone to plants was higher in spring than in summer and autumn. Diurnal ozone cycles at JB and LL displayed significantly higher ozone concentrations in the daytime than in the nighttime, suggesting photochemical production of ozone during the day and ozone deposition during the night as a result of the nocturnal boundary layer. In parallel with the seasonal change of background surface ozone in the Northern Hemisphere, maximum daily 8-h average ozone concentration (MDA8) and daily ozone concentration decreased from spring to autumn at the two sites. This temporal variation in Jiuzhaigou was most likely associated with the downward mixing of ozone-rich air from the free troposphere, because all the high-ozone events (MDA8 > 70.0 ppb) were observed in spring and ozone-rich air from the free troposphere was the dominant cause. | 4 | Effects of Different Times of Bagging on Fruit Quality and Disease and Pest Incidence of Fuji Apple显示文摘The effects of bagging at different times in Mengyin area on the fruit quality and disease and pest incidence of Huimin short-cut Fuji apple were investigated,with unbagged fruit as the control. The results showed that among the apples bagged on May 5,May 15,May 25,June 2 and June 12,the single fruit weight and fruit shape index of the apples bagged on June 2 were highest,308. 1 g and 0. 868,respectively; the peeled harness of the apples bagged during May 5-25 was higher than that of the control; the peeled harness of the apples bagged on June 2 and June 12 was lower than that of the control; the soluble solids content of bagged fruit was lower than that of unbagged ones,and no significant differences were found among different treatments; the coloring index of the apples bagged on June 2 was up to 100%; the smooth finish index of the apples bagged on May 5 reached 96. 67%,the highest; the red chromatic value( a*) of bagged fruit was higher than that of unbagged ones,and there were no significant differences among different bagging treatments. The earlier the bagging was,the higher the incidence of black spot and bitter pit was. The incidence of black spot and bitter pit in bagged fruit was higher than that in unbagged ones. | 6 | Effects of Different Water and Fertilizer Combinations on Tree Structure,Leaf Parameters and Photosynthesis of Apple Saplings显示文摘[Objective] This study aimed to investigate the effects of different water and fertilizer combinations on apple saplings. [Method]‘Tianhong 2'Fuji/ SH40 / Malus robusta Rehd. was used as the experimental material to analyze the effects of different irrigation modes and combinations of basal fertilizer and dressing fertilizer on tree structure,leaf parameters and photosynthesis of apple saplings. [Result]The results showed that different water and fertilizer combinations exhibited varying effects on tree structure,leaf parameters and photosynthesis of apple saplings. To be specific,applying 432 000 kg / hm2 basal fertilizer,480 kg / hm2 urea and 915 kg / hm2 organic fertilizer + 0 + 915 kg / hm2 organic fertilizer as dressing fertilizer,and 1% urea as leaf fertilizer was conducive to promoting growth of branches and leaves,increasing leaf thickness,individual leaf area and SPAD,and improving photosynthesis of apple saplings under half root irrigation and whole root irrigation conditions. In addition,the effects were more significant under whole root irrigation conditions. | 7 | Analysis and control optimization of positive pressure fluctuation in electromechanical oxygen regulator显示文摘The Electromechanical Oxygen Regulator(EMOR)is a new type of aviator oxygen equipment.Positive pressure refers to the pressure difference between the breath pressure and the ambient pressure during pressurized oxygen supply.The phenomenon of positive pressure fluctuation was believed to reduce the system performance.The current open-loop control method cannot solve this problem.In this paper,the mathematical model was established and main factors were analyzed.By combining experimental research and simulation calculation,it was determined that pressure fluctuation was caused by inlet pressure and diaphragm deformation together.With the increase of pulmonary ventilation volume,the influence of inlet pressure on fluctuation decreases gradually,while the proportion of diaphragm deformation increases rapidly.A closed-loop control strategy of Proportional Resonant with Feedforward Compensation(PRFC)was proposed to solve the problem and control parameters were obtained through co-simulation.The effectiveness of the control strategy was verified by experiments.The results show that the control strategy can enhance the anti-disturbance ability of the system and significantly reduce the pressure fluctuation range,which is beneficial to improving the overall system performance. | Rui PAN Guiping LIN Zhigao SHI Yu ZENG Xue YANG | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2021,34,5: | 0 |
