1Asymmetric encryption and signature method with DNA technology显示文摘This paper proposes DNA-PKC, an asymmetric encryption and signature cryptosystem by combining the technologies of genetic engineering and cryptology. It is an exploratory research of biological cryptology. Similar to conventional public-key cryptology, DNA-PKC uses two pairs of keys for encryption and signature, respectively. Using the public encryption key, everyone can send encrypted message to a specified user, only the owner of the private decryption key can decrypt the ciphertext and recover the message; in the signature scheme, the owner of the private signing key can generate a signature that can be verified by other users with the public verification key, but no else can forge the signature. DNA-PKC differs from the conventional cryptology in that the keys and the ciphertexts are all biological molecules. 2Simultaneous chromatographic fingerprinting and quantitative analysis of flavonoids in Pollen Typhae by high-performance capillary electrophoresis显示文摘To evaluate the quality of Pollen Typhae as used in traditional Chinese medicine,a high-performance capillary electrophoresis(HPCE)method has been developed,validated and applied to chromatographic fingerprinting and quantitation of its eight main bioactive flavonoids(naringenin,isorhamnetin 3-0-(2^(G)-α-L-rhamnosy)-rutinoside,rhamnetin 3-0-neohesperidoside,isorhamnetin,quercetin 3-0-(2^(G)-α-L-rhamnosyl)-rutinoside,quercetin 3-O-neohesperidoside,kaempferol and quer-cetin).Fingerprinting was based on the selection of nine characteristic chromatographic peaks.In quantitative analysis,the recovery of all eight compounds was in the range 98.5-102.2% with good linearity(r^(2)>0.9919)over a relatively wide concentration range.The assay was successfully applied to the analysis of the eight bioactive flavonoids in 14 different samples.The results indicate that the assay is reproducible and precise and can be used for convenient quality assessment of Pollen Typhae.Le Han Xunhong Liu Nianyun Yang Junsong Li Baochang Cai Shi Cheng 2012Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2012,2,6:3
3Asynchronous meiosis in Cucumis hystrix–cucumber synthetic tetraploids resulting in low male fertility显示文摘Interspecific hybridization and allopolyploidization contribute to the improvement of many important crops. Recently, we successfully developed an amphidiploid from an interspecific cross between cucumber(Cucumis sativus, 2n = 2x = 14) and its relative C. hystrix(2n = 2x = 24) followed by chemical induction of chromosome doubling. The resulting allotetraploid plant was self-pollinated for three generations. The fertility and seed set of the amphidiploid plants were very low. In this study, we investigated the meiotic chromosome behavior in pollen mother cells with the aid of fluorescence in situ hybridization, aiming to identify the reasons for the low fertility and seed set in the amphidiploid plants. Homologous chromosome pairing appeared normal, but chromosome laggards were common, owing primarily to asynchronous meiosis of chromosomes from the two donor genomes. 5Multidentate anchoring through additive engineering for highly efficient Sb_(2)S_(3)planar thin film solar cells显示文摘Sb_(2)S_(3)is a promising candidate for the flexible solar cells or the top subcells in tandem solar cells due to its wide-bandgap,less toxic,acceptable cost and progressive power conversion efficiency(PCE).However,the poor quality and high trap states of Sb_(2)S_(3)films limit the device performance further enhancement.Herein,we adopt a multidentate ionic liquid,tetramethylammonium hexafluorophosphate([TMA][PF_(6)])as a novel additive to address this issue.The octahedral[PF_(6)]~-contains six different oriented fluorine atoms with the lone pair electrons,which could coordinate with Sb atoms due to the multidentate anchoring.Thus,the high-quality Sb_(2)S_(3)film with low trap states has been achieved.Moreover,the Fermi level of the Sb_(2)S_(3)film has been upshifted,thereby showing an effective charge transfer.As a result,all photovoltaic parameters of the optimized Sb_(2)S_(3)devices are obviously enhanced,boosting the final PCE from 4.43(control device)to 6.83%.Our study about the multidentate anchoring is manifested to be an effective method to enhance the Sb_(2)S_(3)device performance.Jian Han Xingyu Pu Hui Zhou Qi Cao Shuangjie Wang Jiabao Yang Junsong Zhao Xuanhua Li 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,30:0
