| 1 | 膀胱颈折叠术在机器人辅助根治性前列腺切除术中的随机临床试验显示文摘机器人辅助根治性前列腺切除术(PARP)后尿失禁,是影响患者术后生活质量最常见的问题之一。我们对158名临床局限性前列腺癌患者进行了前瞻性研究,以探索膀胱颈折叠术在促进RARP术后患者早期恢复可控排尿中的有效性,这部分患者2012年3月至2013年1月由我院同一位外科大夫进行手术。患者按1:1的比例随机在手术中采用(n=79)或不采用(n=79)膀胱颈折叠术,并比较他们尿失禁恢复的时间。术后1、3、6月,行膀胱颈折叠术的患者中,分别有22(27.8%)、42(53.2%)1157(72.2%)位患者恢复尿失禁;没有行膀胱颈折叠术的患者中,分别有23(29.1%)、47(59.5%)和59(74.7%)位患者恢复尿失禁,两组之间在恢复时间上没有显著差别。多因素分析显示,年龄、膜尿道长度和磁共振前列腺尖端形态,是RARP患者术后尿失禁恢复的独立性预测指标。膀胱颈折叠术对于RARP术后患者尿失禁恢复时间没有影响。 | Seung-Kwon Choi Sejun Park Hanjong Ahn | 2015 | Asian Journal of Andrology2015，17，2： | 3 |
