| 1 | 基本地震属性在沉积环境解释中的应用研究显示文摘地震属性在碳氢检测、储层参数预测和层序地层解释中已有广泛的应用,但将地震属性用于沉积环境解释却不多见。本文的目的旨在推进这方面的研究工作。在种类繁多的地震属性中,瞬时振幅、瞬时频率、瞬时相位和相干数据体、波形聚类可以定义为基本地震属性,其他地震属性均与这5种基本地震属性有直接或间接关系。这5种基本属性均能反映某种沉积现象:瞬时振幅可以反映地层的波阻抗(速度及密度)和孔隙流体的差异;瞬时相位可以刻画岩性变化的边界和一些异常体的边界;相干数据体可以反映地质体的空间变化;波形聚类可以反映地质体的空间相似程度。为了提高采用基本地震属性解释沉积环境的可信度,用宽方位角观测是十分有益的。采用相对保持振幅与高分辨率处理是必要的条件,在解释中如何合理选择参考标准层进行井信息标定也是成功的重要保证。选择参考标准层的条件是:①该层在研究区具有相同的沉积环境;②该层和目的层间必须在一个沉积旋回内,或处在一个地震波周期内。研究表明,采用上述方法提取的地震属性可以获得地震分辨率小于1/4波长的沉积环境信息,就是说,此法可以用于沉积微相的解释和预测,为寻找有利储集相带提供重要信息。 | Ling Yun, BGP, CNPC, Zhuozhou City, Hebei Province, 072751,China | 2003 | 石油地球物理勘探2003，38，6： | 164 |
| 2 | Contamination of Fungi and Mycotoxins in Foodstuffs in High Risk Area of Esophageal Cancer显示文摘Fungal and mycotoxin contamination has been found in fordstuffs from Cixian County, an area with a high incidence of esophageal carcinoma (Eca). To set a scientific foundation for the prevention of Eca at the etiological level, fungal and mycotoxin contaminations of local foodstuffs in Cixian County were analyzed using classical fungal culture methods and HPLC. From 1990 to 1994, 220 corn/wheat samples and 34 corn samples were studied. As a control, 26 corn samples collected from a relatively low incidence area of Eca in Zanhuang County were analyzed for mycotoxins in 1990. The results showed that fungal contamination in corn and wheat was severe and that several of the predominant contaminating fungi such as Furasium moniliforme, etc. were carcinogenic. HPLC results showed that the detection rate and mean content of the mycotoxin sterigmatocystin (ST) in the mountainous area (5/8; 9. 14 μg/kg) were significantly higher than those in the hilly (0; 0) and plain areas (1/18; 1. 29 μg/kg) as well as in low risk area control samples (3/26; 0. 76 μg/kg). Detection rates of deoxynivalenol (DON) in mountainous and hilly areas (5/8, 4/8 respectively) were slightly higher than that in plain area (8/18), while the mean content of DON in the plain area was significantly higher (90. 45-170. 22 vs 50. 56 and 46. 45 μg/kg).Among the different aflatoxins, AFB1 was detected in samples from the two villages in the plain area for the subsequent two years. The mean content of AFB1 was 0. 0183μg/kg, and the highest level was 0. 0497 μg/kg. No AFB1 was detected in the samples from mountainous and hilly areas. AFG1 was detected in more than half of all the samples, and its concentration ranged from 8. 77 to 46. 51 ng/kg. No AFG2 was found in the samples. | 3 | Effect of cholecystokinin on cytokines during endotoxic shock in rats显示文摘AIM To study the effect of cholecystokinin-octapeptide (CCK-8) on systemic hypotension and cytokine production in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced endotoxic shock (ES) rats.``METHODS The changes of blood pressure were observed using physiological record instrument in four groups of rats: LPS (8 mg. kg-1, iv) induced ES; CCK-8 (40 μg.kg- 1 iv) pretreatment 10 min before LPS (8 mg. kg- 1);CCK-8 (40 μg.kg-1, iv) or normal saline (control) groups.Differences in tissue and circulating specificity of the proinflammatory cytokines (TNF-a, IL-l3 and IL-6) were assayed with ELISA kits.``RESULTS CCK-8 reversed LPS-induced decrease of mean artery blood pressure (MABP) in rats. Compared with control, LPS elevated the serum level of IL-6 significantly (3567_-687 ng.L-1 vs 128_+22 ng.L-1, P<0.01), while contents of TNF-a and IL- lβ elevated significantly (277 _± 86ng.L-1 vs not detectable and 43 ± 9 ng.L-1 vs notdetectable, P<0.01) but less extent than IL-6, CCK-8significantly inhibited the LPS-induced increase in serum TNF-a, IL-lβ and IL-6. LPS elevated spleen and lung content of IL-Iβ significantly (5184 ± 85 ng.L-1 vs 1047 ±21 ng.L-1 and 4050 ± 614 ng.L-1 vs not detectable,P<0,01). while levels of TNF-a and IL-6 also rosesignificantly but in less extent than IL-lβ. CCK-8 inhibited the LPS-induced increase of the cytokines in spleen and lung. in the heart, CCK-8 significantly inhibited LPS.induced increase of TNF-a (864 ± 123 ng. | 4 | The expression of hTERT mRNA and cellular immunity in gastric cancer and precancerosis显示文摘AIM:To observe the expression of Human telomerasereverse transcriptase (hTERT) in gastric carcinomas andprecancerosis lesions, to evaluate the immune state ofsuch patients, and to then study the clinical significanceof hTERT and immune state for the diagnosis, treat-ment and prognosis of gastric cancer METHODS: In situ hybridization was used to detect theexpression of hTERT mRNA in 116 endoscopic of gas-tric mucosa. Analyzed tissue samples were as follows:30 cases of chronic superficial gastritis (CSG), 44 ofprecancerosis lesions (including 27 of chronic atrophicgastritis, 8 of adenomatous polyp and 9 of gastric ulcer)and 42 of gastric cancer (GC). In addition, the T lym-phocyte subsets (CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+ ) andnatural killer cells (NK) in peripheral blood were deter-mined by flow cytometric analysis (FCM) in 30 cases ofCSG, 27 of precancorosis (chronic atrophic gastritis,CAG), and 42 of GC. The data were compared with thoseof normal control (NC).RESULTS:The detected positive rate of hTERT varied asfollows: 86 % (36/42) in GC, 36 % (16/44) inprecancerosis lesions and 0 % (0/30) in CSG. The ex-pression of hTERT mRNA was not associated with pa-tient gender, tumor location, macroscopic type, lymphnode metastasis, or degree of differentiation, It wasfound that the CD3+, CD4+ of the CSG group were lowerthan that of NC (P<0.05). Meanwhile, the T lympho-cyte subsets (CD3+,CD4+, CD4+/CD8+ ratio) and NK cellsof CAG were remarkably lower than that of NC and CSGgroups (P<0.05-0.01). Values ofT cells and NK cells ofthe GC group were significantly abnormal when com-pared with the CAG group (P<0.05-0.01). Furthermore,with tumor progression, the function of T cells wasweakened gradually.CONCLUSION: The expression of telomerase may be acrucial step in gastric carcinogenesis and increasedhTERT mRNA may serve as a novel marker for diagno-sis of GC. | 5 | Effect of cholecystokinin octapeptide on tumor necrosis factor α transcription and nuclear factor-κB activity induced by lipopolysaccharide in rat pulmonary interstitial macrophages显示文摘AIM: To elucidate the anti-inflammatory mechanism ofan intestinal neuropeptide, sulfated cholecystokininoctapeptide (sCCK-8), the effects of sCCK-8 onlipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced tumor necrosis factorpulmonary interstitial macrophages (PIMs) werestudied.METHODS: PIMs from rat were stimulated with LPS(:1mg @ L-1) in the presence or absence of sCCK-8 (10-8-:10-6mol@ L-1) or/and CCK receptor antagonistproglumide (2 mg @ L-1). The expression of TNF-α mRNAwas assayed by reverse transcription polymerase chainreaction (RT-PCR) at 3h of the stimulation, and nuclearelectrophoretic mobility shift assay (EMSA) at 1 h ofat 30 min of the stimulation was detected by Westernblot.RESULTS: sCCK-8, at concentrations from 10-8 mol @ L-1to 10-6 mol @ L-1 obviously inhibited LPS-induced TNF-αdependent manner, P<0.05, P<0.01. Stimulation PIMsP<0.01, which was elevated by sCCK-8, P<0.05. | 6 | Ultrasonically activated scalpel versus monopolar electrocautery shovel in laparoscopic total mesorectal excision for rectal cancer显示文摘AIM: To investigate the feasibility and safety of monopolar electrocautery shovel (ES) in laparoscopic total mesorectal excision (TME) with anal sphincter preservation for rectal cancer in order to reduce the cost of the laparoscopic operation, and to compare ES with the ultrasonically activated scalpel (US). METHODS: Forty patients with rectal cancer, who underwent laparoscopic TME with anal sphincter preservation from June 2005 to June 2007, were randomly divided into ultrasonic scalpel group and monopolar ES group, prospectively. White blood cells (WBC) were measured before and after operation, operative time, blood loss, pelvic volume of drainage, time of anal exhaust, visual analogue scales (VAS) and surgery-related complications were recorded. RESULTS: All the operations were successful; no one was converted to open procedure. No significant differences were observed in terms of preoperative and postoperative d 1 and d 3 WBC counts (P = 0.493, P = 0.375, P = 0.559), operation time (P = 0.235), blood loss (P = 0.296), anal exhaust time (P = 0.431), pelvicdrainage volume and VAS in postoperative d 1 (P = 0.431, P = 0.426) and d 3 (P = 0.844, P = 0.617) between ES group and US group. The occurrence of surgery-related complications such as anastomotic leakage and wound infection was the same in the two groups. CONCLUSION: ES is a safe and feasible tool as same as US used in laparoscopic TME with anal sphincter preservation for rectal cancer on the basis of the skillful laparoscopic technique and the complete understanding of laparoscopic pelvic anatomy. | 7 | Association of gene polymorphisms of tumour necrosis factor-α and interleukin-13 with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in Han nationality in Beijing显示文摘Background Genetic factors are believed to play a role in the individual susceptibility to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). A single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) of tumour necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) has been reported but inconsistent results may arise from different populations and phenotypes of COPD. There are only a few published studies of interleukin-13 (IL-13) SNPs on COPD. The SNPs of TNF-α and IL-13 have not been studied in the Chinese population. This research was conducted to study the frequencies of IL-13 gene promoter 1055 (IL-13-1055) and TNF-α gene-308 polymorphisms in the patients with COPD and to investigate the effect of those genetic polymorphisms on COPD in the Chinese population.Methods A cohort of COPD patients and age matched controls were recruited from an inpatient hospital service in Beijing. Venous blood was obtained and genomic DNA was extracted from peripheral blood monocytes using standard method. Genomic DNA was used as a template for amplification by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) to determine the polymorphism at -1055 in the IL-13 gene promoter region. PCR restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) was used to determine polymorphisms in the TNF-α gene-308 position. The products were investigated by sequence analysis also. Results One hundred and eleven COPD patients and 97 controls were studied. Seventy-five cases were current smokers in COPD patients and 36 were current smokers in controls. The frequencies of TT genotype in the IL-13 gene promoter region were 11.7% (13/111) in the COPD group and 13.4% (13/97) in the controls (P=0.713). However, the OR value of TT genotype was significantly increased to 6.4 (95% CI 1.62-25.39) in the smokers with COPD. TT genotype was also positively related to family history of COPD, OR=7.7 (95% CI 1.37-43.80). The frequencies of A allele in the TNF-α gene were 5.9% in COPD and 3.1% in controls (P=0.131). The OR value of A allele was 5.0 (95% CI 1.011 to 25.059) in smokers with COPD. Conclusions There is no significant difference in the frequencies of the TT genotype of IL-13-1055 or the A allele of the TNF-α between Han Chinese patients with COPD versus control. Thus, it does not appear that theseSNPs are independent factors in COPD for Han nationality in (Beijing. | 10 | Meta-analysis of the relationship between Epstein-Barr virus infection and clinicopathological features of patients with gastric carcinoma显示文摘Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) infection has been causally associated with occurrence of many malignant neoplasms. EBV-encoded small RNAs (EBERs) have been detected from about 10% of gastric carcinoma tissue cells, suggesting that EBV infection is associated with the development of gastric carcinoma. The present study pooled the data from the papers concerning EBV-related gastric cancers and performed a meta-analysis of 22 research papers. Among these papers, a total of 5475 cases with gastric cancer were enrolled, of whom 411 cases were found EBV-positive, with the EBV-positive rate being 7.5%. Among the EBV-positive gastric cancer cases, the detection rate was 11.1% in males and 3.0% in females. Compared with EBV-negative gastric cancer, EBV-positive gastric cancer had less lymph node metastasis. Based on the histological typing, of the EBV-positive gastric cancers, the diffuse type was 8.1%, and intestinal type was 8.0%. The examined specimen types included stored paraffin blocks and fresh surgically removed specimens, their EBV positive rates were 7.9% and 6.5% respectively. In terms of geographical distribution, the detection rate of EBV-positive gastric cancer was 9.4% in America, 6.1% in Asia and 9.1% in Europe. Meta-analysis showed that EBV infection occurred only in gastric cancer tissue cells and was significantly associated with the patients’ gender, lymph node metastases, and the location where tumor tissue generated and geographical distribution (P<0.05), but was not significantly associated with the patients’ histological types of tumor and the types of specimens (P>0.05). | 15 | Anti-intlammatory effect of cholecystokinin ana its signal transduction mechanism in endotoxic shock rat显示文摘AIM: To study the anti-inflammatory effects ofcholecystokinin-octapeptide (CCK-8) onlipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced endotoxic shock (ES)and further investigate its signal transduction pathwaysinvolving p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK)METHODS: Eighty-four rats were divided randomly intofour groups: LPS (8 mg @ kg-1, iv) induced ES; CCK-8(40 μg @ kg-1, iv) pretreatment 10 min before LPS (8mg @ kg-1); CCK-8(40 μ g @ kg-1, iv) or normal saline(control) groups.The inflammatory changes of lung andspleen, phagocytic function of alveolar macrophage,quantification of inflammatory calls in bronchoalveolarlavage (BAL) were investigated in rats by usinghematoxylin and eosin (HE) staining, phagocytosis ofCandida albicans and differential cell counting. Nitricoxide (NO) production in serum, lung and spleen wasmeasured with the Griess reaction. The mechanisminvestigated by Western blot.RESULTS: Inflammatory changes of lung and spleeninduced by LPS were alleviated by CCK-8, the increaseof NO induced by LPS in serum, lung and spleen wassignificantly inhibited and the neutrophil infiltration inBAL was significantly reduced by CCK-8. The numberof neutrophils was (52±10)× 106 cells. L-1 in LPS group,while it decreased to (18±4)×106 cells@ L-1 in CCK-8+LPS (P<0.01). The phagocytic rate of CCK-8 groupincreased to (62.49±9.49) %, compared with controlgroup (48.16±14.20) %, P<0.05. The phagocytosisrate was (85.14±4.64) % in LPS group, which reducedto (59.33±3.14) % in CCK-8+LPS group (P<0.01). | 16 | Morphological changes of cell proliferation and apoptosis in rat jejunal mucosa at different ages显示文摘AIM: To study the changes of cell proliferation and apoptosis in rat jejunal epithelium at different ages.METHODS: Cell proliferation and apoptosis of the jejunal mucosal and glandulous epithelia from birth to postnatal 12th month were observed using immunocytochemistry (ICC), and TUNEL method. The height of villus, the thickness of muscle layer and the number of goblet cells in jejunal mucosal and glandulous epithelia were measured by BeiHang analytic software and analyzed by STAT.RESULTS: (1) Proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) positive cells of jejunal glandulous recess were found and increased in number from birth to the postnatal 3rd month. The number of PCNA positive cells peaked in the postnatal 3rd month, and decreased from then on. (2) The number of apoptotic cells also peaked in the postnatal 3rd month, showing a similar trend to that of the PCNA positive cells. (3) The height of jejunal villus increased after birth, peaked in the postnatal 3rd month and decreased from then on. The jejunal muscle layer became thicker in the postnatal 3rd week and the postnatal 12th month.The number of goblet cells of the jejunal mucosal and glandulous epithelia had a linear correlation with age.CONCLUSION: (1) PCNA positive cells are distributed in the jejunal glandulous recess. (2) Apoptotic cell number peaks in the postnatal 3rd month, indicating that cell proliferation and apoptosis are developed with the formation of digestive metabolism as rat grows to maturity. (3) The thickness of jejunal muscle layer increases to a maximum in the postnatal 3rd week, which may be related to the change in diet from milk to solid food.
