| 1 | Influence of Shot Peening Treatment on the Fatigue and Corrosion Resisting Properties of 2Cr13 Stainless Steel显示文摘In the present paper,shot peening treatments were used to strengthen the steel surface,and the influence on the fatigue and corrosion resisting properties of 2Cr13 stainless steel was examined.The residual stress and the surface roughness were investigated by XRD and AFM.The characteristics of fatigue and corrosion resistance have also been analyzed by bending fatigue and salt spray tests.The result reveals that the fatigue limit of the samples is improved dramatically with the increasing of the peening strength by 7.5%.Meanwhile,the peenging angle has no evident influence on the fatigue properties.Compared with the untreated samples,the acid corrosion weight loss of the samples after the shot peening treatment is decreased almost by 90%.From the above experimental results proper shot peening would improve not only the fatigue property but also the corrosion resistance of 2Cr13-typed stainless steel. | Liu Mingxia Zhang Haicun Liu Daoxin Han Zengfu Zhi Jinhua Guo Wenyong Zhou Yafeng | 2012 | 稀有金属材料与工程2012,41,S1: | 2 |
| 2 | Macrophage polarization is involved in liver fibrosis induced byβ_(1)-adrenoceptor autoantibody显示文摘Accumulating evidence suggests that liver injury can be induced by the over-expression ofβ_(1)-adrenergic receptors(β_(1)-ARs).High titers of autoantibodies specific toβ_(1)-adrenergic receptors(β_(1)-AA)are detected in the sera of heart failure patients,potentially playing agonist-like roles.However,the role ofβ_(1)-AA in liver function has not been characterized.In this study,we collect the sera of primary biliary cholangitis(PBC)patients,a condition which easily develops into liver fibrosis,and analyze the relationship between PBC andβ_(1)-AA.A passive immunization model is established to assess the effect ofβ_(1)-AA on the liver.Subsequently,the effect ofβ_(1)-AA on macrophages is investigated in vitro.Results show that PBC patients have a high titer and ratio ofβ_(1)-AA,compared to controls.Liver injury and fibrosis are induced byβ_(1)-AA.In vitro experiments with ROS probe demonstrate thatβ_(1)-AA induces macrophages to produce ROS and secrete TNFα.These effects can be partially reversed by metoprolol,a blocker forβ_(1)-AR.Results from the transwell and phagocytosis assays show thatβ_(1)-AA promotes macrophage migration and phagocytosis.FCM tests suggest thatβ_(1)-AA induces the alteration of M1 rather than M2 markers in macrophages.Finally,the Annexin V/PI assay indicates that macrophage culture supernatants stimulated byβ_(1)-AA cause hepatocyte apoptosis.Overall,these results suggest thatβ_(1)-AA is involved in PBC.Theβ_(1)-AA-induced activation,phagocytosis and phenotypic modification of macrophages may play an important role in the development of hepatic fibrosis and injury. | Ye Wu Xiongxiong Fan Haicun Yu Jingyi Liu Yanru Duan Suli Zhang Li Yan Yunhui Du Huirong Liu | 2022 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2022,54,8: | 1 |

| 8 | Application of the Same-Stuff and Equal-Strength Laser Cladding Technology on the Repaired Semishrouded Impeller显示文摘0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb powder was used to investigate the same-stuff laser repair(LR)technology on the semishrounded impeller.To improve the repaired effect,heat treatment was used after LR forming process.By means of optical microscopy,scan electron microscopy(SEM),micro-hardness tester and tensile tests,the microstructure of the coating was investigated and mechanical properties were measured.The experimental results show that cladding layer is well bonded to the substrate,the microstructure of the laser repaired zone(LRZ)is coarse martensite which will be refined after heat-treatment.The mechanical property experiments indicate that the micro-hardness and toughness would be increased after heat-treatment,the strength of LRZ after heat-treatment is 1050~1200 MPa,while the strength of normal laser repaired sample is 1000~1050 MPa.The refinement effect due to the heat treatment plays an important role in the improvement of the mechanical properties of samples.Overspeed examination and the real operation of the impeller after repairing also confirmed the reliability of this same-stuff and equal-strength laser cladding technology. | Zhang Haicun Liu Mingxia Liu Daoxin Guo Wenyong Zhi Jinhua Zhou Yafeng | 2012 | 稀有金属材料与工程2012,41,S1: | 0 |
