1Clinical features and outcomes of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma based on nodal or extranodal primary sites of origin:Analysis of 1,085 WHO classified cases in a single institution in China显示文摘Objective: To explore the clinicobiologic features and outcomes of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(DLBCL)patients in China according to the primary site.Methods: A total of 1,085 patients diagnosed with DLBCL in National Cancer Center/Cancer Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences and Peking Union Medical College during a 6-year period were enrolled. Their clinical characteristics and outcomes were analyzed according to the primary site.Results: In the 1,085 patients, 679(62.6%) cases were nodal DLBCL(N-DLBCL) and 406 cases(37.4%) were extranodal DLBCL(EN-DLBCL). The most common sites of N-DLBCL were lymphonodus(64.8%), Waldeyer's ring(19.7%), mediastinum(12.8%) and spleen(2.7%), while in EN-DLBCL, stomach(22.4%), intestine(16.0%),nose and sinuses(8.9%), testis(8.4%), skin(7.9%), thyroid(6.9%), central nervous system(CNS)(6.4%), breast(5.7%), bone(3.4%), and salivary gland(2.7%) were most common. N-DLBCL patients tend to present B symptoms, bulky disease, and elevated LDH more often, while age >60 years, extranodal sites >1, Ann Arbor stage I or II, bone marrow involvement, and Ki-67 index >90% were usually seen in EN-DLBCL. The 5-year overall survival(OS) rate and progression-free survival(PFS) rate for all patients were 62.5% and 54.2%. The 5-year OS rate for patients with N-DLBCL and EN-DLBCL were 65.5% and 56.9%(P=0.008), and the 5-year PFS were57.0% and 49.0%(P=0.020). Waldeyer's ring originated DLBCL possessed the highest 5-year OS rate(83.6%) and PFS rate(76.9%) in N-DLBCL. The top five EN-DLBCL subtypes with favorable prognosis were stomach,breast, nose and sinuses, lung, salivary gland, with 5-year OS rate: 70.3%, 69.6%, 69.4%, 66.7% and 63.6%,respectively. While CNS, testis, oral cavity and kidney originated EN-DLBCL faced miserable prognosis, with 5-year OS rate of 26.9%, 38.2%, and 42.9%.Conclusions: In our study, primary sites were associated with clinical characteristics and outcomes. 2Robust adaptive control of hypersonic flight vehicle with asymmetric AOA constraint显示文摘This paper investigates the state-constrained controller design of a hypersonic flight vehicle(HFV)based on an asymmetric barrier Lyapunov function(ABLF).The robust adaptive back-stepping controller with integral terms is applied for the HFV longitudinal dynamics.Considering the asymmetric angle of attack(AOA)constraint caused by the unique structure and scramjet,the controller is modified by constructing an ABLF,where the asymmetric constraint on AOA tracking error is introduced.Combined with the constraint on virtual control,the AOA is restricted to a predefined asymmetric interval.The system stability and the AOA constraint are guaranteed via Lyapunov analysis.Simulation results verify that the AOA can be kept in the given asymmetric interval while the altitude reference signal is tracked.Yuyan GUO Bin XU Weixin HAN Shuai LI Yueping WANG Yu ZHANG 2020Science China(Information Sciences)2020,63,11:4
3Several problems about strain calculation and analysis and correction of related deviation显示文摘There exists many kinds of calculation models of plane and spherical strain fields, but the results of these models are different. The representative models was analyzed, and got some useful conclusions, in which some models are unbiased, some have deviations that can be corrected, some can only be used to compute strain in a uniform medium and can not be extended, and some can be used in the calculation and analysis of continuous strain field as well. 7A hollow tubular NiCo layacknered double hydroxide@Ag nanowire structure for high-power-density flexible aqueous Ni//Zn battery显示文摘Flexible aqueous Ni//Zn batteries have attracted much attention as promising candidates for energy storage in the field of flexible electronics.However,the Ni-based cathodes still face the challenges of poor conductivity,confined charge/mass transfer,and non-flexibility.In this work,we designed a hollow tubular structure consisting of a conductive silver nanowire (Ag NW) wrapped by active Ni Co layered double hydroxide (LDH),for enhancing the electrical conductivity,improving the charge/mass transfer kinetics,and facilitating the ion penetration.By optimizing the contents of Ni,Co and Ag NW,the Ni_(4)Co LDH@Ag_(1.5)NW composite shows a maximum specific capacity of 115.83 m Ah g^(-1)at 0.1 A g^(-1)measured in a two-electrode system.Highlightingly,the flexible aqueous Ni//Zn battery assembled by Ni_(4)Co LDH@Ag_(1.5)NW interwoven with multi-walled carbon nanotube cathode and Zn foil anode realizes a high power density of 160μW cm^(-2)at the energy density of 23.14μWh cm^(-2),which is superior compared with those of oxide/hydroxide based devices and even higher than those of many carbon-based supercapacitors,showing its promising potentials for flexible energy storage applications.Xiaoyang Xuan Min Qian Likun Pan Ting Lu Yang Gao Lu Han Lijia Wan Yueping Niu Shangqing Gong 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,7:0
8Influence of the Kunlun Mountain M_S8.1 Earthquake on Horizontal Crustal Deformation in the Sichuan and Yunnan Area显示文摘In order to track the space-time variation of regional strain field holistically(in a large scale) and to describe the regional movement field more objectively,the paper uses a nonlinear continuous strain model focused on extracting medium-low frequency strain information on the basis of a region with no rotation.According to the repeated measurements(1999~2001~2004) from GPS monitoring stations in the Sichuan and Yunnan area obtained by the Project of 'China Crust Movement Measuring Network',and with the movement of 1999~2001(stage deformation background) as the basic reference,we separated the main influencing factors of the Kunlun Mountain M-S8.1 earthquake in 2001 from the data of 2001 and 2004,and the results indicate:(1) the Kunlun Mountain M-S8.1 earthquake has a discriminating effect on the Sichuan and Yunnan area,moreover,the deformation mode and background had not only certain similitude but also some diversity;(2) The movement field before the earthquake was very ordinal,while after the earthquake,order and disorder existed simultaneously in the displacement field;The displacement quantities of GPS monitoring stations were generally several millimeters;(3) The principal strain field before earthquake was basically tensile in an approximate EW direction and compressive in the SN direction,and tension was predominant.After the earthquake,the principal strain field in the Sichuan area was compressive in the EW direction and tensile in the SN direction,and the compression was predominant.In the Yunnan area,it was tensional in the NE direction and compressive in the NW direction,and tension was predominant;(4) The surficial strain before the earthquake was dominated by superficial expansion,the contractive area being located basically in the east boundary of Sichuan and Yunnan block and its neighborhood.After the earthquake,the Sichuan area was surface contractive(the further north,the greater it was),and south of it was an area of superficial expansion.Generally speaking,the Kunlun Mountain M-S8.1 earthquake played an active role in the accumulation of energy in the Sichuan and Yunnan area.Special attention shall be focused on the segment of Xichang-Dongchuan and its neighborhood.Yang Guohua Jiang Zaiseng Zhang Fengshuang Liu Xia Han Yueping Shen Wuchun Wang Li 2007Earthquake Research in China2007,21,3:0
