2A Novel Single-Phase Five-Level Transformer-less Photovoltaic (PV) Inverter显示文摘Multilevel inverters are preferred solutions for photovoltaic(PV)applications because of lower total harmonic distortion(THD),lower switching stress and lower electromagnetic interference(EMI).In order to reduce the leakage current in the single-phase low-power PV inverters,a five-level transformer-less inverter is proposed in this paper.A total of eleven switches are required,while six of them only withstand a quarter of the dc-bus voltage,so the costs for them are low.Another four switches are turned on or off at the power line cycle,the switching losses for them are ignored.In addition,the flying-capacitors(FCs)voltages are only a quarter of the dc-bus voltage,and they are balanced at the switching frequency,which further reduces the system investment.The experimental results based on a 1 kW prototype show that the proposed modulation strategy can balance the FCs voltages at Vdc/4 very well.And the leakage current can be reduced to about 27 mA under both active and reactive operations,which satisfies the VDE 0126-1-1 standard.Xiaonan Zhu Hongliang Wang Wenyuan Zhang Hanzhe Wang Xiaojun Deng Xiumei Yue 2020CES Transactions on Electrical Machines and Systems2020,4,4:5

6Wolfberry tree dual-model detection method and orchard target-oriented fertilization system based on photoelectric sensors显示文摘Orchard target-oriented fertilizing with on-board sensor technology can improve fertilizer efficiency and reduce environmental pollution.Photoelectric sensors are widely used for object detection because of their low cost and fast response time.This paper presents a Wolfberry tree dual-model detection method and the design of an orchard target-oriented variable-rate fertilization system based on photoelectric sensors.The dual-model detection method includes the Trunk Detection Model(TDM)and Canopy Detection Model(CDM),which can be applied for Wolfberry orchards at the green cluster and mature stages,respectively.A target-oriented fertilization system was designed using the dual-model method,and tested in the lab and Chinese Wolfberry orchard.The laboratory test results showed that the average center offset distances on the condition of detecting trunks,continuous canopies,and discontinuous canopies were 4.1 cm,9.1 cm and 13.1 cm,respectively.The system could ignore the signals from canes when their diameters were less than 16 mm,and also could determine the gaps within a tree when they were less than 21 cm.The orchard test results showed that the system accomplished target-oriented fertilization 95 times for 92 trees at the mature stage.The results indicated that the dual-model detection method could be used for Wolfberry trees or other trees with similar canopy changes at different growth stages.Shuo Yang Changyuan Zhai John Long Bo Zhang Hanzhe Li 2018International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2018,11,4:1

10Plant-derived nanovesicles as an emerging platform for cancer therapy显示文摘Plant-derived nanovesicles(PDNVs)derived from natural green products have emerged as an attractive nanoplatform in biomedical application.They are usually characterized by unique structural and biological functions,such as the bioactive lipids/proteins/nucleic acids as therapeutics and targeting groups,immune-modulation,and long-term circulation.With the rapid development of nanotechnology,materials,and synthetic chemistry,PDNVs can be engineered with multiple functions for efficient drug delivery and specific killing of diseased cells,which represent an innovative biomaterial with high biocompatibility for fighting against cancer.In this review,we provide an overview of the state-of-theart studies concerning the development of PDNVs for cancer therapy.The original sources,methods for obtaining PDNVs,composition and structure are introduced systematically.With an emphasis on the featured application,the inherent anticancer properties of PDNVs as well as the strategies in constructing multifunctional PDNVs-based nanomaterials will be discussed in detail.Finally,some scientific issues and technical challenges of PDNVs as promising options in improving anticancer therapy will be discussed,which are expected to promote the further development of PDNVs in clinical translation.Hanzhe Liu Guo-Feng Luo Zhengjun Shang 2024Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2024,14,1:0

12SOFFLFM:Super-resolution optical fluctuation Fourierlight-field microscopy显示文摘Fourier light-field microscopy(FLFM)uses a microlens aray(MLA)to segment the Fourierplane of the microscopic objective lens to generate multiple two-dimensional perspective views,thereby reconstructing the threedimensional(3D)structure of the sample using 3D deconvo-lution calculation without scanning.However,the resolution of FLFM is stil limited by dif-fraction,and furthermore,it is dependent on the aperture division.In order to improve itsresolution,a super-resolution opticai fuctuation Fourier light-field microscopy(SOFFLFM)wasproposed here,in which the super-resolution optical fluctuation imaging(SOFI)with the abilityof super-resolution was introduced into FLFM.SOFFLFM uses higher-order cumulants statis-tical analysis on an image sequence collected by FLFM,and then carries out 3D deconvolutioncalculation to reconstruct the 3D structure of the sample.The theoretical basis of SOFFLFM onimproving resolution was explained and then verified with the simulations.Simulation resultsdemonstrated that SOFFLFM improved the lateral and axial resolution by more than V2 and 2times in the second-and fourth-order accumulations,compared with that of FLFM.Haixin Huang Haoyuan Qiu Hanzhe Wu Yihong Ji Heng Li Bin Yu Danni Chen Junle Qu 2023Journal of Innovative Optical Health Sciences2023,16,3:0
13Cancer cells corrupt normal epithelial cells through miR-let-7c-rich small extracellular vesicle-mediated downregulation of p53/PTEN显示文摘Tumor volume increases continuously in the advanced stage, and aside from the self-renewal of tumor cells, whether the oncogenic transformation of surrounding normal cells is involved in this process is currently unclear. Here, we show that oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC)-derived small extracellular vesicles(s EVs) promote the proliferation, migration, invasion, and epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT) of normal epithelial cells but delay their apoptosis. In addition, nuclear-cytoplasmic invaginations and multiple nucleoli are observed in s EV-treated normal cells, both of which are typical characteristics of premalignant lesions of OSCC. Mechanistically, mi Rlet-7c in OSCC-derived s EVs is transferred to normal epithelial cells, leading to the transcriptional inhibition of p53 and inactivation of the p53/PTEN pathway. In summary, we demonstrate that OSCC-derived s EVs promote the precancerous transformation of normal epithelial cells, in which the mi R-let-7c/p53/PTEN pathway plays an important role.
