1干旱胁迫下不同甘蔗品种叶片抗氧化酶活性和渗透调节物质含量的变化显示文摘我国80%以上的甘蔗种植在旱地,干旱缺水是影响甘蔗生产的主要因子。研究不同甘蔗品种的抗旱生理生化特性对于抗旱甘蔗品种选育和抗旱栽培技术研发具有重要意义。本研究采用桶栽方式,对抗旱性有差异的F172(抗旱性强)和YL6(不抗旱)2个甘蔗品种在苗期及伸长期分别进行不同程度的干旱胁迫及复水处理,探讨了不同甘蔗品种抗旱性与叶片抗氧化酶活性和渗透调节物质含量的关系。结果表明:抗旱性较强的甘蔗品种F172在干旱胁迫条件下叶片中氧自由基清除酶系中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和抗氧化保护酶过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性及非可溶性蛋白(ISP)、可溶性糖(SS)含量显著提高;与不抗旱甘蔗品种YL6相比,甘蔗品种F172叶片中丙二醛(MDA)、非可溶性糖(ISS)含量相对比较稳定;而不抗旱甘蔗品种YL6在干旱胁迫条件下叶片中氧自由基清除酶反应较迟钝,MDA和ISS含量上升幅度相对较大,而可溶性蛋白(SP)、ISP含量下降。说明甘蔗叶片抗氧化酶活性和渗透调节物质含量的差异是品种耐干旱胁迫存在差异的生理基础。Do Thanh Trung 李健 张风娟 邢永秀 杨丽涛 李杨瑞 Nguyen Thi Hanh 2018热带作物学报2018,39,5:22
2Differential regulation of protein synthesis in skeletal muscle and liver of neonatal pigs by leucine through an mTORC1-dependent pathway显示文摘Neonatal growth is characterized by a high protein synthesis rate that is largely due to an enhanced sensitivity to the postprandial rise in insulin and amino acids, especially leucine. The mechanism of leucine's action in vivo is not well understood. In this study, we investigated the effect of leucine infusion on protein synthesis in skeletal muscle and liver of neonatal pigs. To evaluate the mode of action of leucine, we used rapamycin, an inhibitor of mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) complex-1 (mTORC1). Overnight-fasted 7-day-old piglets were treated with rapamycin for 1 hour and then infused with leucine (400 μmol·kg -1 ·h -1 ) for 1 hour. Leucine infusion increased the rate of protein synthesis, and ribosomal protein S6 kinase 1 (S6K1) and eukaryotic initiation factor (eIF) 4E-binding protein-1 (4E-BP1) phosphorylation in gastrocnemius and masseter muscles (P < 0.05), but not in the liver. The leucine-induced stimulation of protein synthesis and S6K1 and 4E-BP1 phosphorylation were completely blocked by rapamycin, suggesting that leucine action is by an mTORC1-dependent mechanism. Neither leucine nor rapamycin had any effect on the activation of the upstream mTORC1 regulators, AMP-activated protein kinase and protein kinase B, in skeletal muscle or liver. The activation of eIF2a and elongation factor 2 was not affected by leucine or rapamycin, indicating that these two pathways are not limiting steps of leucine-induced protein synthesis. 3Anti-inflammatory effects of fatty acids isolated from Chromolaena odorata显示文摘Objective:To identify inhibitors of nitric oxide production and NF-κB activity from Chromolaena odorata(C.odorata).Methods:The compounds isolated from the aerial parts of C.odorata by bioassay-guided fractionation were investigated for their inhibitory effects on the NO production and NF-κB activity in LPS-stimulated RAW264.7 cells.Results:Six fatty acids (S)-coriolic acid(1),(S)-coriolic acid methyl ester(2),(5)-15,16-didehydrocoriolic acid(3),(S)- 15,16-didehydrocoriolic acid methyl ester(4),linoleamide(5) and linolenamide(6) were isolated. All compounds inhibited the NO production at concentrations consistent with those required for NF-κB inhibition.Compound 2 was the most active with the IC50 values of 5.22 and 5.73μM. 4玉米种质材料遗传多样性的ISSR分析(英文)显示文摘【目的】利用ISSR分子标记分析越南北部山区当地玉米种质材料的遗传多样性。【方法】采用ISSR技术和10个引物对从越南和老挝北部山区3个省收集的21份玉米种质材料即12份普通玉米和9份糯玉米的遗传多样性进行分析。【结果】在21份玉米种质材料中可以检测到108个ISSR片段,其多态性为100%。ISSR引物的多态性信息量值为0.10~0.39,每条引物平均为0.24;分辨力为14.29~0.48,平均每条为4.48。除ISSR-T1以外,所有ISSR引物在13份玉米材料中均产生特异性片段。根据聚类分析结果,使用70%的遗传相似性作为切割点,建立了玉米种质材料系统树,21份玉米种质材料被分为3大类。不同玉米材料的相似系数为0.52~0.90.【结论】ISSR标记可提供玉米种质遗传多样性信息,对越南玉米种质材料的收集、保护和育种具有重要作用。Vu Van Liet Nguyen Thi Thuy Linh Nguyen Thi Thuy Vu Thi Bich Hanh Pham Quang Tuan Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao 2011南方农业学报2011,42,9:3
5Optimization, equilibrium, adsorption behavior and role of surface functional groups on graphene oxide-based nanocomposite towards diclofenac drug显示文摘Aquatic contamination of diclofenac(DCF),an emergent non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug(NSAIDs),can result in adverse effects to many ecosystems through biomagnification.Hence,introducing effective remediation techniques to sequester the pharmaceutical wastes is highly fundamental to prevent their accumulation in the environment.Generally,adsorption has been presented as a green and efficient approach.Herein,we report the characterization and application of the novel magnetic nanocomposite(GO@CoFe2O4)derived from cobalt-based ferrite(CoFe2O4)and graphene oxide(GO)for DCF adsorption.For the optimization procedure,the response surface methodology(RSM)was adopted to investigate the impacts of DCF concentration(1.6-18.4 mg/L),DCF dosage(0.08-0.92 g/L),and solution pH(2.6-9.4)to find the optimum conditions for DCF removal,at 10.5 mg/L,0.74 g/L,and pH 4,respectively.For the adsorption experiments,the kinetic,isotherm,thermodynamic,and intraparticle diffusion models were systematically studied.Moreover,we have elucidated the role of functional groups on the surface of GO@CoFe2O4 in enhancing the adsorption of DCF drug.With good removal efficiency(up to 86.1%),high maximum adsorption capacity(32.4 mg/g),GO@CoFe2O4 can be a potential candidate to eliminate DCF drug from water.Thuan Van Tran Duyen Thi Cam Nguyen Hanh TNLe Dai-Viet NVo Sonil Nanda Trinh Duy Nguyen 2020Journal of Environmental Sciences2020,32,7:2
