| 1 | 不同含水状态级配碎石临界动应力及变形规律研究显示文摘为评估含水率变化对高速铁路无砟轨道基床表层级配碎石动力性能的影响,本文针对最优含水率和饱和含水率两种状态下级配碎石循环动力性能开展室内大型动三轴试验研究,分析级配碎石的临界动应力和累积变形特性。研究表明:累积变形与荷载作用次数、含水率关系密切,荷载作用次数超过10 000次后,含水率的影响逐渐显现,荷载作用次数达到20 000次时,饱和含水率的累积变形相对最优含水率增大70%;不同含水率级配碎石的衰减型和破坏型累积变形曲线可分别用Stewart模型和Monismith模型预测;级配碎石临界动应力随含水率增大而减小,随围压的增大线性增大,饱和含水状态对应的临界动应力较最优含水状态平均小13%。 | 刘宝 苏谦 PHAM Duc Phong 白皓 LAM Thi Huyen Hanh | 2016 | 铁道学报2016，38，6： | 10 |
| 2 | Prevalence of Helicobacter pylori infection and atrophic gastritis in patients with dyspeptic symptoms in Myanmar显示文摘AIM: To survey the detailed analyses for Helicobacter pylori(H. pylori) infection and gastric mucosal status in Myanmar.METHODS: A total of 252 volunteers with dyspeptic symptoms(155 female and 97 male; mean age of 43.6 ± 14.2 years) was participated in Yangon and Mandalay. The status of H. pylori infection was determined based on 5 different tests including rapid urease test, culture, histology, immunohistochemistry and serology. Histological scores were evaluated according to the update Sydney system and the Operative Link for Gastritis Assessment system. Pepsinogen(PG)Ⅰand PG Ⅱ were measured using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays.RESULTS: The overall prevalence of H. pylori infectionwas 48.0%. There was no relationship between age and infection rate. Even in young group(less than 29 years old), the H. pylori infection rate was relatively high(41.9%). The prevalence of H. pylori infection was significantly higher in Yangon than that of Mandalay. H. pylori infection was significantly associated with the presence of gastric mucosal atrophy. All 7 subjects with peptic ulcer were infected with H. pylori. Although H. pylori-positive subjects showed stronger gastritis than H. pylori-negative subjects, most cases had mild gastritis.CONCLUSION: We revealed the prevalence of H. pylori infection in patients with dyspeptic symptoms in Myanmar. | 3 | 生命质量8条简明量表中文版在糖尿病患者生命质量测量中的应用显示文摘目的探讨生命质量8条简明量表(SF-8)中文版用于糖尿病患者健康相关生命质量评价的可行性,为糖尿病患者生命质量的研究中使用SF-8量表作为测量工具提供依据。方法于2015年11-12月选取在天津市8家医院就诊的5662例糖尿病患者进行问卷调查(包括性别、年龄和糖尿病相关资料等)和体格检查(身高、体重、腰围和臀围),并采用SF-8量表对患者进行生命质量测评。用R语言3.3.3进行统计描述,计算克朗巴赫α系数(Cronbach’sα),进行Spearman相关分析和因子分析。结果本次调查SF-8量表的Cronbach’sα为0.909。Spearman分析结果显示,整体健康情况(GH)、生理功能情况(PF)、生理职能情况(RP)、疼痛情况(BP)、活力(VT)、社交功能情况(SF)、情感职能情况(RE)和精神健康情况(MH)各维度得分与总分均呈现正相关,相关系数分别为0.682、0.798、0.801、0.717、0.764、0.808、0.806和0.802。因子分析提取出1个公因子(特征值为4.52),其累计方差贡献率为56.4%。结论将SF-8量表用于评价中国糖尿病患者健康相关生命质量具有较好的信度和效度,可为临床医生制定糖尿病治疗方案提供参考依据,从而提高糖尿病患者的生命质量。 | 赵浩佐 韩朵兰 高飞 王旭颖 BUI THI HUYEN DIEU 李长平 崔壮 刘媛媛 马骏 | 2018 | 中国慢性病预防与控制2018，26，5： | 8 |
| 4 | Cimicifuga heracleifolia is therapeutically similar to black cohosh in relieving menopausal symptoms: evidence from pharmacological and metabolomics studies显示文摘In the market of botanical dietary supplements, Cimicifuga heracleifolia(CH) has always been considered as an adulterated species of Cimicifuga racemosa(CR), a conventional American herb with promising benefits to counteract troubles arising from the menopause. However, the detailed comparison of their therapeutic effects is lacking. In present study, the pharmacological and metabolomics studies were comparatively conducted between CH and CR in ovariectomized(OVX) female rats. Specifically, estrogen-like, anti-hyperlipidemia and anti-osteoporosis effects were evaluated through measuring serum biochemical parameters, histopathological examination and micro computed tomography(Micro-CT) scanning. At the same time, a gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)-based serum metabolomics method was employed to profile the metabolite compositional changes. As a result, both CR and CH displayed anti-osteoporosis and anti-hyperlipemia on menopause syndrome. Meanwhile, their potentials in improving the OVX-induced metabolic disorders were discovered. | 5 | Phantom bite syndrome:Revelation from clinically focused review显示文摘Phantom bite syndrome(PBS),also called occlusal dysesthesia,is characterized by persistent non-verifiable occlusal discrepancies.Such erroneous and unshakable belief of a“wrong bite”might impel patients to visit multiple dental clinics to meet their requirements to their satisfaction.Subsequently,it takes a toll on their quality of life causing,career disruption,financial loss and suicidal thoughts.In general,patients with PBS are quite rare but distinguishable if ever encountered.Since Marbach reported the first two cases in 1976,there have been dozens of published cases regarding this phenomenon,but only a few original studies were conducted.Despite the lack of official classification and guidelines,many authors agreed on the existence of a PBS“consistent pattern”that clinicians should be made aware.Nevertheless,the treatment approach has been solely based on incomplete knowledge of etiology,in which none of the proposed theories are fully explained in all the available cases.In this review,we have discussed the critical role of enhancing dental professionals’awareness of this phenomenon and suggested a comprehensive approach for PBS,provided by a multidisciplinary team of dentists,psychiatrists and exclusive psychotherapists. | Trang Thi Huyen Tu Motoko Watanabe Gayatri Krishnakumar Nayanar Yojiro Umezaki Haruhiko Motomura Yusuke Sato Akira Toyofuku | 2021 | World Journal of Psychiatry2021，11，11： | 2 |
