| 1 | Systematic review of randomised controlled trials:Probiotics for functional constipation显示文摘AIM:To systematically evaluate and update evidence on the efficacy and safety of probiotic supplementation for the treatment of constipation. METHODS:The MEDLINE,EMBASE,CINAHL,and Cochrane Library databases were searched in May 2009 for randomised controlled trials(RCTs)performed in paediatric or adult populations related to the study aim. RESULTS:We included five RCTs with a total of 377 subjects(194 in the experimental group and 183 in the control group).The participants were adults (three RCTs,n=266)and children(two RCTs,n= 111)with constipation.In adults,data suggests a favourable effect of treatment with Bifidobacterium lactis DN-173 010,Lactobacillus casei Shirota,and Escherichia coli Nissle 1917 on defecation frequency and stool consistency.In children,L.casei rhamnosusLcr35,but not L.rhamnosus GG,showed a beneficial effect. | 2 | 欧洲儿童急性胃肠炎处理循证指南(2014年版)显示文摘1991年世界卫生组织(WHO)制订了第一版儿童急性腹泻病指南,2005年WHO和联合国儿童基金会(UNICEF)制订了第二版,我国专家在参照WHO指南的基础上,结合我国国情分别于1993年、2009年制订了中国儿童急性腹泻病的专家共识;WH0指南和我国共识对中国儿童急性腹泻病的规范诊治发挥了重要的作用,收到了良好的效果。时至今日,欧洲儿科胃肠病学、肝病学和营养协会及欧洲儿科感染病协会对2008年儿童急性胃肠炎循证指南进行更新,即“2014年版”。指南中腹泻病原、低渗口服补液盐溶液使用、营养管理和常规对症治疗与我国现行共识基本一致。另首次对儿童脱水评估和疾病严重程度评分进行量化并提出通过鼻胃管补液,这是我们可以借鉴的。重度脱水休克的治疗强调了可重复3次20ml/kg0.9%氯化钠溶液,与我国危重专业观点相一致。静脉补充液体成分与我国现行共识存在差异,与指南执笔者之一意大利学者AndreaLoVecehio进行交流,其认同我国现用液体组成。细菌感染所致腹泻使用抗生素的指征与我国现行共识相同,但在抗生素选择上存在差异,建议根据我国药典和药敏结果选择合适抗生素。由于我国社会经济、文化和医学发展等与欧洲存在差异,因此指南中的观点、方法等应结合中国特点进行应用。 | Alfredo Guarino Shai Ashkenazi Dominique Gendrel Andrea Lo Vecchio Raanan Shamir Hania Szajewska 方铁夫 耿岚岚 龚四堂 | 2015 | 中华儿科杂志2015，53，7： | 30 |

| 4 | Clayey soil stabilization using alkali-activated volcanic ash and slag显示文摘Lime and Portland cement are the most widely used binders in soil stabilization projects.However,due to the high carbon emission in cement production,research on soil stabilization by the use of more environmentally-friendly binders with lower carbon footprint has attracted much attention in recent years.This research investigated the potential of using alkali-activated ground granulated blast furnace slag(GGBS)and volcanic ash(VA)as green binders in clayey soil stabilization projects,which has not been studied before.The effects of different combinations of VA with GGBS,various liquid/solid ratios,different curing conditions,and different curing periods(i.e.7 d,28 d and 90 d)were investigated.Compressive strength and durability of specimens against wet-dry and freeze-thaw cycles were then studied through the use of mechanical and microstructural tests.The results demonstrated that the coexistence of GGBS and VA in geopolymerization process was more effective due to the synergic formation of N-A-S-H and C-(A)-S-H gels.Moreover,although VA needs heat curing to become activated and develop strength,its partial replacement with GGBS made the binder suitable for application at ambient temperature and resulted in a remarkably superior resistance against wet-dry and freeze-thaw cycles.The carbon embodied of the mixtures was also evaluated,and the results confirmed the low carbon footprints of the alkali-activated mixtures.Finally,it was concluded that the alkali-activated GGBS/VA could be promisingly used in clayey soil stabilization projects instead of conventional binders. | Hania Miraki Nader Shariatmadari Pooria Ghadir Soheil Jahandari Zhong Tao Rafat Siddique | 2022 | Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2022，14，2： | 5 |
| 5 | Glucomannan for abdominal pain-related functional gastrointestinal disorders in children:A randomized trial显示文摘AIM:To assess the efficacy of glucomannan(GNN) as the sole treatment for abdominal pain-related functional gastrointestinal disorders(FGIDs).METHODS:We conducted a double-blind,placebocontrolled,randomized trial.Patients were recruited among children referred to the Department of Paediatrics,Medical University of Warsaw.Included in the study were children aged 7-17 years with abdominal pain-related FGIDs classified according to the Rome Ⅲ diagnostic criteria.The children were randomly assigned to receive GNN,a polysaccharide of 1,4-D-glucose and D-mannose,a soluble fiber from the Japanese Konjac plant,at a dosage of 2.52 g/d(1 sachet of 1.26 g 2 times a day),or a comparable placebo(maltodextrin) at the same dosage.The content of each sachet was dissolved in approximately 125 mL of fluid and was consumed twice daily for 4 wk.RESULTS:Of the 89 eligible children,84(94%) completed the study.'No pain' and 'treatment success'(defined as no pain or a decrease ≥ 2/6 points on the FACES Pain Scale Revised) were similar in the GNN(n = 41) and placebo(n = 43) groups [no pain(12/41 vs 6/43,respectively;RR = 2.1,95%CI:0.87-5.07) as well as treatment success(23/41 vs 20/43;RR = 1.2,95%CI:0.79-1.83)].No significant differences between the groups were observed in the secondary outcomes,such as abdominal cramps,abdominal bloating/gassiness,episodes of nausea or vomiting,or a changed in stool consistency.GNN demonstrated no significant influence on the number of children requiring rescue therapy,school absenteeism,or daily activities.CONCLUSION:In our setting,GNN,as dosed in this study,was no more effective than the placebo in achieving therapeutic success in the management of FGIDs in children. | Andrea Horvath Piotr Dziechciarz Hania Szajewska | 2013 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2013，19，20： | 3 |
