| 15 | Plantago major treatment enhanced innate antioxidant activity in experimental acetaminophen toxicity显示文摘Objective: To determine the ef ect of Plantago major(P. major) extract on the liver injury following acetaminophen(APAP) toxicity. Methods: The male Sprague Dawley rats(n = 38) were randomly divided into normal control(n = 6) and experiment(n = 32) groups. The latter was subdivided into four groups and induced with APAP(1 000 mg/kg) per oral, followed by P. major extract and N-acetylcysteine orally to the respective groups for six days. Results: On the seventh day, the serum bilirubin, liver enzymes and tissue malondialdehyde were increased in APAP groups whereas the total protein in serum, tissue superoxide dismutase and glutathione levels were reduced. The plant extract treatment reduced the histological deteriorations such as aggregation of hepatocellular cords, formation of binucleated cells and vacuolisation of the cells with scanty cytoplasm. It also revealed signii cant reduction of malondialdehyde and increased level of superoxide dismutase and glutathione. The i ndings in the extract treated groups were comparable to the group treated with N-acetylcysteine. | 16 | Coastal Abrasion and Accretion Studies of West Sumatera Province in Period 2003-2016显示文摘West Sumatera province has 19 cities and regencies where 6 of them often experience abrasion and accretion disaster,because it is a coastal area directly adjacent to the Indian Ocean.This study aims to examine the characteristics of abrasion and accretion disasters along the coast of West Sumatera Province from 2003 to 2016.By knowing the characteristics of abrasion and accretion from 2003 and 2016,it will be known which beaches are experiencing abrasion or accretion.This research is qualitative and quantitative descriptive research with GIS(Geographic Information System)analysis method to get characteristic of abrasion and accretion disaster in coastal area of West Sumatera.There has been a disaster of abrasion and accretion in 32 points spread across 6 districts and cities,namely West Pasaman District,Agam Regency,Padang Pariaman District,Pariaman City,Padang City and Padang Pariaman District,an abrasion disaster in the coastal area of West Sumatera Province of 732.69 Ha and 55.4 Ha of acres.This proves that the abrasion debacle causes the decrease of land in West Sumatera Province which is big enough that is average 56.3 Ha/year,while the addition of land is only 4.26 Ha/year.The farthest abrasion disasters are located in South Pesisir Regency,which is 45.70 m or 3.52 m/year on average.While the farthest accretion is in the South Pesisir Regency,and is as far as 36.91 m or an average of 2.84 m/year. | Haryani Agus Irianto Nurhasan Syah | 2018 | Journal of Environmental Science and Engineering(A)2018，7，1： | 0 |
| 17 | Community Analysis of Local Fashion Brands in Social Media,Customer Centric Model,Brand Trust,and Brand Loyalty显示文摘This study focuses on brand communities in developing countries,especially local fashion brand communities with brand trust and brand loyalty aimed at proving that the local fashion brand communities on social media can influence customer centric models,namely:the relationship between customers,brands,products,companies,and other customers,and their influence on brand trust and brand loyalty.This study is based on a survey that uses 100 respondents who were selected by random sampling as a technique for withdrawing samples.The results of the structural equation model test show that the social media-based brand communities have a positive impact on customer relationships with brands,customer relationships with products,customer relationships with the company,and customer relationships with other customers.But only variables of customer relationships with brands and customer relationships with other customers affect brand trust.Variables of customer relationships with products and customer relationships with companies partially have no effect on brand trust.Brand trust affects brand loyalty. | Iha Haryani Hatta Widarto Rachbini | 2018 | China-USA Business Review2018，17，8： | 0 |
