2用可调式涡轮增压技术降低排放并改善扭矩特性显示文摘目前,欧洲80%的轿车柴油机已采用涡轮增压。随着排放标准的日益严格,在不久的将来,涡轮增压机型有望接近100%。目前的一个主要热点是在高速柴油机上采用可调式涡轮增压技术(VGT)。在一台1.8L直喷式柴油机上做了大量的稳态试验研究,旨在对可调式涡轮增压发动机与配置带放气阀增压器的基准发动机进行比较,以观其潜在的益处。在欧洲试验循环中对排放产物十分重视的部分负荷工况下,分别控制可调增压器的叶片位置和废气再循环(EGR)阀的位置,以优化排放指标。在不牺牲固定式增压发动机的燃油耗、烟度的前提下,在一些间断工况点测得的NO_X减少到45%。在满足最高爆发压力、烟度和涡轮前温度限制条件下,可调增压发动机与装有固定增压基准发动机相比最大扭矩提高了10%。Hawley J G Wallace F J Cox A 栾敏 董复兴 2000国外内燃机2000,,3:3
