16关节内注射纤维蛋白原并不能减少膝关节置换失血量显示文摘膝关节置换术的失血问题一直备受关注,关节内注射纤维蛋白原是否能够减少膝关节置换出血,尚无定论。作者将200例膝关节置换患者随机分成2组,治疗组在松止血带前2 min关节内注射纤维蛋白原。结果发现,平均术后引流量治疗组为780 ml ±378 ml,对照组为673 ml ±301 ml,P=0029;术后第2天血红蛋白下降量治疗组为347 g/L ±153 g/L,对照组为3.84 g/L ±1.24 g/L,P=0051;两组的失血总量、输血量、视觉模拟疼痛评分和并发症差异均无统计学意义。所以作者认为,在膝关节置换术中使用纤维蛋白原并不能显著减少失血量和输血量。Heyse T J Haas S B Drinkwater D 李军 荆珏华 2014临床骨科杂志2014,17,3:0
