1基于经典环境库兹涅茨模型的中国碳排放拐点预测显示文摘本文使用1960-2010年14个碳排放环境库兹涅茨曲线呈现典型倒U型国家的面板数据,采用改进的STIRPAT模型考察了碳排放拐点在能源结构、生产结构、技术水平、贸易结构、消费水平、政策等因素影响下的变化情况。研究发现,碳排放环境库兹涅茨曲线的拐点并未在上述因素的冲击下产生显著变化,该结果证明了经典环境库兹涅茨曲线在拐点预测方面的有效性。在该结论的基础上,本文使用经典环境库兹涅茨模型对中国的碳排放拐点进行了预测,结论表明,在人均GDP增长率为7%的高油价情景下,中国碳排放拐点最早将会在2022年出现。赵忠秀 王苒 Hinrich Voss 闫云凤 2013财贸经济2013,34,10:20
2面向未来的双燃料发动机技术进展显示文摘当前双燃料发动机正在大缸径发动机市场逐步觉醒。长期以来双燃料技术仅应用于电站发电领域,然而近十年来,由于纯天然气发动机性能的大幅度提高,以及采用大型中速发动机实现功率等级的延伸,电站市场显著萎缩。除了先前大量的陆用外,移动式应用也为大缸径双燃料发动机提供了更广阔的市场。上述应用包括船用主推进(例如液化天然气运输船,豪华游轮)和辅机应用(例如集装箱船)以及铁路牵引(例如,长途机车)。促使业界关注双燃料发动机的主要动力是,与使用昂贵的重油或柴油相比较低的燃料成本,以及降低以NOx为主的排放污染物进而满足未来的排放法规。另外,对于大量的移动式发动机的应用,天然气将很快成为一种潜在的低硫燃料。除天然气之外的典型液态替代燃料通常不利于在电站双燃料发动机的应用,然而对于移动式应用却是一种可靠的备用燃料。对于船舶应用可以在ECA(排放控制区)区域内外通过天然气和柴油模式切换,从而使双燃料发动机更容易满足IMO(国际海事组织)的排放法规。移动式应用的难点在于,频繁的转速工况变化、快速的负荷响应要求、天然气品质变化和复杂工况下,对发动机运转可靠性的考验。由于双燃料发动机具有两种典型运转模式(天然气工况和柴油工况),在发动机设计时必须进行折中考虑(例如压缩比、活塞碗形状、气门正时等),这就导致了目前效率和功率密度方面的缺陷。关于上述问题,奥地利AVL公司通过单缸中速发动机测试研究了双燃料发动机相关技术问题。对大量参数进行了评估并对工况边界条件进行了研究。基于获得的数据,将给出当前双燃料发动机技术的短期预测。AVL公司关于双燃料发动机技术的展望也将促进中期开发需求。Hinrich Mohr Torsten Baufeld 管明华 2013国外铁道机车与动车2013,,6:5

4Clinical use of bone-targeting radiopharmaceuticals with focus on alpha-emitters显示文摘Various single or multi-modality therapeutic options are available to treat pain of bone metastasis in patients with prostate cancer.Different radionuclides that emitβ-rays such as 153Samarium and 89Strontium and achieve palliation are commercially available.In contrast toβ-emitters,223Radium as a a-emitter has a short path-length.The advantage of the a-emitter is thus a highly localized biological effect that is caused by radiation induced DNA double-strand breaks and subsequent cell killing and/or limited effectiveness of cellular repair mechanisms.Due to the limited range of the a-particles the bone surface to red bone marrow dose ratio is also lower for 223Radium which is expressed in a lower myelotoxicity.The a emitter 223Radium dichloride is the first radiopharmaceutical that significantly prolongslife in castrate resistant prostate cancer patients with wide-spread bone metastatic disease.In a phaseⅢ,randomized,double-blind,placebo-controlled study 921patients with castration-resistant prostate cancer and bone metastases were randomly assigned.The analysis confirmed the 223Radium survival benefit compared to the placebo(median,14.9 mo vs 11.3 mo;P<0.001).In addition,the treatment results in pain palliation and thus,improved quality of life and a delay of skeletal related events.At the same time the toxicity profile of223Radium was favourable.Since May 2013,223Radium dichloride(Xofigo?)is approved by the US Food and Drug Administration.Hinrich A Wieder Michael Lassmann Martin S Allen-Auerbach Johannes Czernin Ken Herrmann 2014World Journal of Radiology2014,6,7:4
5肿瘤相关糖蛋白-72特异性T细胞活化融合基因的分子克隆显示文摘目的克隆正常人T细胞CD3ξ胞内区、跨膜区基因,将其与肿瘤相关抗原肿瘤相关糖蛋白-72(TAG-72)特异性单链抗体基因克隆入真核表达载体。方法 用逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)法从正常人外周血T细胞扩增出CD3ξ胞内区、跨膜区基因;应用PCR法扩增抗TAG-72特异性单链抗体(scFv)基因;将该单链抗体与CD3ξ基因顺序克隆构建重组真核表达载体scFv-CD3ξ-pcDNA3.0并测序。结果抗TAG-72 scFv cDNA片段为729 bp,与已知的序列相符;CD3ξ胞内区、跨膜区的cDNA片段为306 bp,与Gene Bank公布的序列一致。重组的表达载体经酶切琼脂糖电泳及测序加以证实。结论成功构建了含抗肿瘤相关抗原TAG-72scFv及CD3ξ胞内区、跨膜区序列的重组表达载体scFv-CD3ξ-pcDNA3.0,为制备消化道肿瘤靶向性嵌合锚定T细胞奠定了实验基础。徐宏勇 徐立 李开宗 窦科峰 刘彦仿 Hinrich Abken 2003中华实验外科杂志2003,20,2:2
