4Construction of fluorescent hyperbranched polysiloxane-based clusteroluminogens with enhanced quantum yield and efficient cellular lighting显示文摘Owing to its designability and intrinsic fluorescence,non-conjugated hyperbranched polysiloxane(HBPSi)has attracted widespread attention in biological filed,while it is still severely restricted by low fluorescence efficiency.So,in this paper,we introduced disulfide into HBPSi improving their luminescence properties and synthesized different molecular weight HBPSi(P1,P2,and P3).Surprisingly,P1 exhibited ultrahigh quantum yield up to 47.81%.Meanwhile,experiments applied with theoretical calculations were employed to explore the fluorescence mechanism,which is attributed to efficient restricting of non-radiative decay by clusteroluminogens formed with the cooperation of hyperbranched structure and double hydrogen bonding.In addition,the biocompatibility of P1 was verified by co-culture with MC3T3-E1 and P1 lighted up mouse fibroblast cells without fluorescent dyes.This work designed a novel fluorescent polymer with ultrahigh fluorescence quantum yield and cell imaging ability,which is promising in visualization diagnosis and treatment of tumor.Tian Bai Yunsheng Zhang Lan Wang Hongxia Yan Wenhao Zhou 2023Aggregate2023,4,2:0
5High Temperature Interactions of Chrome Oxide Free Refractories with Coal Slag Under Simulated Gasification Conditions显示文摘Chrome oxide free refractories have significant economic benefits for the development of gasification technology.Spinel based and SiC based refractories are corroded by coal slag at 1500℃under reducing atmosphere.Moreover,interactions between refractory materials and molten slag are also predicted by thermodynamic calculations under the same conditions.The results indicate that spinel based refractories are corroded by dissolution of molten slag,while SiC based refractories are corroded by oxidation of CO and FeO.Both of the spinel and SiC based refractories show good corrosion resistance against coal slag by the present experimental tests.Finally,preliminary developed spinel-SiC composite materials are prepared and corroded by coal slag as well,the research of which shows great potential to be used in slagging gasifiers.ZHAO Shixian LI Hongxia SUN Honggang CAI Binli WANG Lan KANG Yina 2020China's Refractories2020,29,2:0
6COP1 SUPPRESSOR 6 represses the PIF4 and PIF5 action to promote light-inhibited hypocotyl growth显示文摘Light signaling precisely controls photomorphogenic development in plants.PHYTOCHROME INTERACTING FACTOR 4 and 5(PIF4 and PIF5)play critical roles in the regulation of this developmental process.In this study,we report CONSTITUTIVELY PHOTOMORPHOGENIC 1 SUPPRESSOR 6(CSU6)functions as a key regulator of light signaling.Loss of CSU6 function largely rescues the cop1-6 constitutively photomorphogenic phenotype.CSU6 promotes hypocotyl growth in the dark,but inhibits hypocotyl elongation in the light.CSU6 not only associates with the promoter regions of PIF4 and PIF5 to inhibit their expression in the morning,but also directly interacts with both PIF4 and PIF5 to repress their transcriptional activation activity.CSU6 negatively controls a group of PIF4-and PIF5-regulated gene expressions.Mutations in PIF4 and/or PIF5 are epistatic to the loss of CSU6,suggesting that CSU6 acts upstream of PIF4 and PIF5.Taken together,CSU6 promotes light-inhibited hypocotyl elongation by negatively regulating PIF4 and PIF5 transcription and biochemical activity.Hongxia Lan Yueqin Heng Jian Li Mengdi Zhang Yeting Bian Li Chu Yan Jiang Xuncheng Wang Dongqing Xu Xing Wang Deng 2022Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2022,64,11:0
