1AMF siRNA treatment of keloid through inhibition signaling pathway of RhoA/ROCK1显示文摘A keloid(KD)is a benign dermal fibrotic tumor.Treatment of KDs is challenging and the recurrence rate is high;thus,there is an unmet need to explore new target sites and new treatment methods.As a tumor-associated cytokine,autocrine motility factor(AMF)can effectively stimulate the random and directional movement of cells.We first found that AMF was overexpressed in keloid fibroblasts(KFs)and the proliferation and migration of KFs were promoted by AMF stimulation.After treatment with Y-27632,RhoA kinase inhibitor,the proliferation and migration capacity of KFs declined significantly,and type I collagen protein,active RhoA and ROCK1 also were downregulated.In addition,a KD transplantation model was established under the skin of nude mice,with KD intramural injection AMF siRNA,we found that the weight of the KD was smaller than in the control group(P<0.05),KD tissue sections stained by HE and Masson showed that fibers became loose and the blood vessels were visibly reduced.In conclusion,AMF siRNA is expected to be a novel strategy to treat KD by inhibiting signaling pathway of RhoA/ROCK1.Yi Tian Lan Jin Wenhong Zhang Zumeng Ya Yuan Cheng Hongyun Zhao 2019Genes & Diseases2019,6,2:4
2Natural nanomaterial as hard template for scalable synthesizing holey carbon naonsheet/nanotube with in-plane and out-of-plane pores for electrochemical energy storage显示文摘Tuning porous structure of carbon nanomaterials has been found to be important for their performance enhancement in electrochemical energy storage applications. In this work we employed a natural nanomaterial kaolinite, which is abundant and cheap, as hard template to synthesis porous carbon nanomaterial. By tuning the structure of hard template kaolinite, we have achieved a template directed formation of holey carbon nanosheet/nanotube materials. This carbon nanomaterials with hierarchical in-plane and out-of-plane pores have shown electrochemical energy storage capacity of 286 F/g(equal to 314 F/cm^3) at 0.1 A/g and 85 F/g(equal to 93 F/cm^3) at 100 A/g, which is comparable to variety of reported carbon based electrochemical energy storage electrode materials.Yijie Zhang Luhua Lu Zhao Zhang Zhu Shu Kai Dai Jinghai Liu Ying Chen Hongyun Jin Shuen Hou 2018Chinese Chemical Letters2018,29,4:2

7Synthetic process and spark plasma sintering of SrIrO_(3) composite oxide显示文摘Single phase of SrIrO_(3) powders and ceramics were obtained by solid-state chemical reaction method and spark plasma sintering(SPS)technique,respectively.Phase evolutions,characteristics,morphology and resistivity of the samples were studied by using thermogravimetric analysis-differential scanning calorimetry(TG-DSC),X-ray diffractometry(XRD),field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM)and four-point probe method,respectively.The results showed that the reaction process to form SrIrO_(3) phase occurred between SrCO_(3) and IrO_(2) directly during the heating process.By using optimum fabrication conditions established from the TG-DSC results,single phase of SrIrO_(3) powders was synthesized at 800-1000℃.SrIrO_(3) ceramics were sintered by SPS technique at 1000-1100℃with a pressure of 30 MPa,showing a high relative density of 92%-96%and dense microstructure.The room-temperature resistivity of SrIrO_(3) ceramics was about 2×10^(-4)Ω×m.The present study can provide high-quality ceramic target for the preparation of SrIrO_(3) films in traditional physical vapor deposition(PVD)method.Yongshang TIAN Yansheng GONG Zhaoying LI Feng JIANG Hongyun JIN 2013Journal of Advanced Ceramics2013,2,4:0
8Comparative tribological behavior of friction composites containing natural graphite and expanded graphite显示文摘In this study, expanded graphite and natural graphite were introduced into resin-based friction materials, and the tribological behavior of the composites was investigated. The tribo-performance of the two friction composites was evaluated using a constant speed friction tester. The results showed that the expanded graphite composite (EGC) displayed better lubricity in both the fading and the recovery processes. The wear rate of the EGC decreased by 22.43%more than that of the natural graphite composite (NGC). In the fading process, and the EGC enhanced the stability of the coefficient of friction. The recovery maintenance rate of the NGC was 4.66% higher than that of the EGC. 9Foliar application of a mixture of putrescine,melatonin,proline,and potassium fulvic acid alleviates high temperature stress of cucumber plants grown in the greenhouse显示文摘Putrescine(Put),melatonin(MT),proline(Pro),and potassium fulvic acid(MFA)are widely used as plant growth regulators to enhance stress tolerance.However,the roles of their mixtures in response to stress are largely unknown.Here,we mixed Put with MT,Pro,and MFA(hereafter referred to as Put mixture)with different concentrations and foliar sprayed at different growth stages(seedling,flowering,and fruiting stage)of cucumber(Cucumis sativus L.)to investigate their roles on plant growth,fruit yield,and quality under high temperature stress.The foliar application of the Put mixture promoted cucumber growth,increased chlorophyll and Pro contents and net photosynthesis rate,and reduced the values of relative electrolyte leakage,H_(2)O_(2)and malondialdehyde contents of cucumber leaves,indicating that treatment with Put mixture reduced the oxidative stress caused by high temperature.Furthermore,Put mixture-treated cucumber plants had lower fruit deformity rate and higher fruit yield compared with control.The contents of vitamin C and soluble solids of cucumber fruit significantly increased and the contents of tannin and organic acid decreased.The most profound effects were found in the plants treated with 8 mmol L^(−1)Put,50μmol L^(−1)MT,1.5 mmol L^(−1)Pro and 0.3 g L^(−1)MFA every 7 d,three times at the seedling stage,indicating that cucumber seedlings treated with the mixture of Put,MT,Pro,and MFA significantly alleviated the negative effects of high temperature stress.Yu Wang Hongyun Liu Weizhu Lin Mohammad Shah Jahan Jian Wang Jin Sun Jiankang Jiang Weiyong Gu Jiarong Zou Sheng Shu Shirong Guo 2022Technology in Horticulture2022,2,1:0
10Effects and mechanisms of three kinds of chemical inducers on the expression of rat GST-P gene显示文摘The expression of rat Glutathione S-transferase P (GST-P) gene can be induced by many kinds of chemical inducers. We have studied the mechanisms of the expression of GST-P gene induced by 3 kinds of Chemical inducers using the induction of the gene expression by chemical inducers, transient transfection, reporter gene assays, electrophoretic mobility shift assays (EMSA) and Northern blot analysis. The results indicate that the effects and mechanisms of chemical inducers on the expression of GS7'-Pgene are different.
