Obtaining a number of experiment data by driving a vehicle, classify the data according to the concept of data and fix the input and output variables of the cloud controller, design the control rules of the cloud controller of intelligent vehicle, and clouded and fix the parameter of cloud controller: expectation, entropy and hyper entropy. In order to verify the effectiveness of the cloud controller, joint simulation platform based on Matlab/Simulink/Car Sim is established. | 6 | High starter phosphorus fertilization facilitates soil phosphorus turnover by promoting microbial functional interaction in an arable soil显示文摘Microbial phosphorus(P)turnover is critical in C utilization efficiency in agroecosystems.It is therefore necessary to understand the P mobilization processes occurring during P fertilization in order to ensure both crop yield and environmental quality.Here,we established a controlled pot experiment containing soil amended with three different levels of starter P fertilizer and collected soil samples after 30,60,and 90 days of incubation.Quantitative microbial element cycling(QMEC)smart chip technology and 16S rRNA gene sequencing were used to investigate functional gene structures involved in carbon,nitrogen and P cycling and the bacterial community composition of the collected samples.Although P fertilization did not significantly affect the structure of the soil microbial community,some rare microbiota were changed in particular phosphorus-solubilizing bacteria were enriched at the high P fertilization level,suggesting that the rare taxa make an important contribution to P turnover.P fertilization also altered the functional gene structure,and high P concentrations enhanced the functional gene diversity and abundance.Partial redundancy analysis further revealed that changes in rare taxa and functional genes of soil microorganisms drive the alteration of soil P pools.These findings extend our understanding of the microbial mechanisms of P turnover. | Hongzhe Li Qingfang Bi Kai Yang Simon bo Lasson Bangxiao Zheng Li Cui Yongguan Zhu Kai Ding | 2020 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2020,32,8: | 3 |
| 7 | GrabCut image segmentation algorithm based on structure tensor显示文摘This paper attempts to present an interactive color natural images segmentation method. This method extracts the feature of images by using the nonlinear compact structure tensor(NCST) and then uses GrabCut method to obtain the segmentation. This method not only realizes the non-parametric fusion of texture information and color information, but also improves the efficiency of the calculation. Then, the improved GrabCut algorithm is used to evaluate the foreground target segmentation. In order to calculate the simplicity and efficiency, this paper also extends the Gaussian mixture model(GMM) constructed base on the GrabC ut to the tensor space, and uses the Kullback-Leibler(KL) divergence instead of the usual Riemannian geometry. Lastly, an iteration convergence criterion is proposed to reduce the time of the iteration of GrabCut algorithm dramatically with satisfied segmentation accuracy. | 9 | In vitro assay of cytoskeleton nanomechanics as a tool for screening potential anticancer effects of natural plant extract, tubeimoside I on human hepatoma (HepG2) cells显示文摘Cytoskeleton nanomechanics characterizes cancer cell's physical behaviors such as how it spread and invade. For anticancer drug, cytoskeleton nanomechanics may be a target to inhibit invasiveness and metastasis of cancer cells. Therefore, in vitro assay of cytoskeleton nanomechanics may be used to evaluate the effects of potential anticancer drug on various cancer types. Here, we investigated the effects of tubeimoside I (TBMS I) on human hepatoma (HepG2) cells by using optical magnetic twisting cytometry, a well-established technique for measuring nanomechanics of the Factin cytoskeleton. TBMS I is a natural compound extracted from a traditional Chinese herbal medicine, and is reported with antitumor effect. In this study, we demonstrated that the cytoskeleton stiffness (G) of HepG2 cells was affected by TBMS I. G′ exhibited a typical power law with respect to the loading frequency (f), i.e. G^f . The magnitude of G′ and the value of exponent (α) of the HepG2 cells decreased consistently with the increase of concentration for TBMS I exposure. In addition, the HepG2 cells responded to TBMS I much faster than the normal liver (L-02) cells. Such alteration of cytoskeleton nanomechanics induced by TBMS I was reported for the first time, which was further corroborated by assays of Factin cytoskeleton structure and cell migration.
