1Wind Power Flow Optimization and Control System Based on Rapid Energy Storage显示文摘风电功率的间歇与波动致使电场容量可信度低、可调度性差;同时易引起局部电网的电压不稳、频率波动,影响了系统的电能质量及稳定性。针对此现象,将超级电容器与蓄电池组成快速储能装置,用于风电的潮流优化控制。采用三重双向直流变换电路控制储能元件间的功率流动;采用四象限交直流变换电路控制储能与电网间的能量交换。提出基于超级电容器电压低频波动抑制的功率分配方法,可显著减少蓄电池的充放次数;提出基于储能元件荷电状态的储能能量调整规则,可避免储能元件的过充和频繁深度放电,以优化其功率调节能力。实验结果表明,系统可实现2种储能元件的优势互补,能有效平滑调节风电注入电网的有功功率,并实时补偿控制风电接入点的无功功率。ZHAO Yanlei LI Haidong ZHANG Lei ZHANG Housheng 2012中国电机工程学报2012,32,13:23
2Pioneer of prostate cancer: past, present and the future of FOXA1显示文摘Prostate cancer is the most commonly diagnosed noncutaneous cancers in North American men.While androgen deprivation has remained as the cornerstone of prostate cancer treatment,resistance ensues leading to lethal disease.Forkhead box A1(FOXA1)encodes a pioneer factor that induces open chromatin conformation to allow the binding of other transcription factors.Through direct interactions with the Androgen Receptor(AR),FOXA1 helps to shape AR signaling that drives the growth and survival of normal prostate and prostate cancer cells.FOXA1 also possesses an AR-independent role of regulating epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition(EMT).In prostate cancer,mutations converge onto the coding sequence and c/s-regulatory elements(CREs)of FOXA1,leading to functional alterations.In addition,FOXA1 activity in prostate cancer can be modulated post-translationally through various mechanisms such as LSD1-mediated protein demethylation.In this review,we describe the latest discoveries related to the function and regulation of FOXA1 in prostate cancer,pointing to their relevance to guide future clinical interventions.Mona Teng Stanley Zhou Changmeng Cai Mathieu Lupien Housheng Hansen He 2021Protein & Cell2021,12,1:12

4Partitioning characteristics of gas channel of coal-rock mass in mining space and gas orientation method显示文摘In order to research the influence of coal-rock mass morphology of mining space on the flow law of gas,the laboratory physical model and numerical computation methods were adopted to simulate coal mining activities.The simulation results indicate that,after coal seam mining,the loose rock accumulation body of free caving,ordered rock arrangement body of plate damage rich in longitudinal and transverse fractures and horizontal fissure body formed by rock mass deformation imbalance are formed from bottom to top in the mining space.For these three types of accumulation bodies,there are essential differences in the accumulation state,rock size and gas breakover characteristics.According to this,the coal-rock mass in the mining space is classified into gas turbulence channel area,gas transitional flow channel area and gas seepage channel area.In the turbulence channel area,the gas is distributed transversely and longitudinally and gas diffuses in the form of convection with Reynolds number R_e more than100;in the transitional flow channel area,one-way or two-way gas channels are crisscross and gas is of transitional flow regime with R,.between 10 and 100.In the seepage channel area,there are a few vertical gas channels with R,.less than 10.In this paper,the researches on the gas orientation method in different partitions were further carried out,gas orientation methods of low-level pipe burying,middle-level interception and high-level extraction were determined and an on-site industrial test was conducted,achieving the effective diversion of gas and verifying the reasonableness of gas channel partition.Zhao Zhiqiang Ma Nianjie Jia Housheng Cheng Yuanping 2013International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2013,23,6:8

6Numerical simulation and analysis of drill rods vibration during roof bolt hole drilling in underground mines显示文摘Structural deterioration in the roof in an underground mine can easily cause roof fall, and deterioration is difficult to detect. When drilling holes for roof bolts, there is a relationship between the vibration of the drill rod and the properties of the rock being drilled. This paper analyzes transverse, longitudinal, and torsional vibrations in the drill rod by using vibration theory. Characteristic indexes for three kinds of vibration are determined. Using the finite element analysis software ABAQUS, a model for drill rod vibration during the drilling of roof bolt holes was established based on the geological and mining conditions in the Guyuan Coal Mine, northern China. Results from the model determined that the transverse and the longitudinal vibration decrease as the rock hardness decreases. In descending order, sandstone,sandy mudstone, mudstone, and weak interbeds cause progressively less vibration when being drilled.The ranking for strata that cause decreasing torsional vibration is slightly different, being, in descending order, mudstone, sandstone, sandy mudstone, and weak interbeds. 19Anchoring eccentricity features and rectifying devices for resin grouted bolt/cable bolt显示文摘The anchoring eccentricity of the bolt and cable bolt is a common problem in geotechnical support engineering and affects the ability of the bolt and cable bolt to control the rock mass to a certain extent.This paper reports on numerical simulation and laboratory experiments conducted to clarify the effect of eccentricity on the anchoring quality of the bolt and cable bolt,and to establish an effective solution strategy.The results reveal that the anchoring eccentricity causes unbalanced stress distribution and the uncoordinated deformation of the resin layer,which results in higher stress and greater deformation of the resin layer at the near side of the rod body.Additionally,as the degree of anchoring eccentricity increases,the effect becomes more significant,and the resin layer of the anchoring system becomes more likely to undergo preferential failure locally,which weakens the load-bearing performance of the anchoring system.This paper develops an innovative bolt anchoring rectifying device(B-ARD)and cable bolt anchoring rectifying device(C-ARD)on the basis of the structural characteristics of the bolt and cable bolt to better ensure the anchoring effect of them.The working effects of these two devices were verified in detailed experiments and analysis.The experimental results show that the anchoring rectifying devices(ARD)improve and ensure the anchoring concentricity of the bolt and cable bolt,which will help improve the supporting performance of them.The paper provides a convenient and effective method for improving the anchoring concentricity of the bolt and cable bolt,and provides a concept and reference for technical research on improving the effect of roof bolting.Shaowei Liu Deyin He Housheng Jia Mengxiong Fu Biao Hou 2022International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2022,32,5:1
