1Photocatalytic activity enhanced via surface hybridization显示文摘Surface hybrid inorganic semiconductors photocatalysts withπconjugated structure have recently been widely used in the field of photocatalytic environmental remediation and energy conversion.Surface hybridization is considered to be an efficient way to significantly enhance the photocatalytic activity by several times,completely inhibit photocorrosion of inorganic photocatalysts and expand the spectral response range of photocatalysts.This review provides a comprehensive overview of the surface hybridization definition,the principle of enhancing photocatalytic performance and the control factors of surface hybridization to promote photoactivity.Summarize the preparation and structural identification method of the surface hybrid photocatalyst.Special emphasis is placed on the various photocatalytic system construction of surface hybridization.The development of surface hybrid photocatalysts for pollutant degradation and energy conversion are further presented.Finally,the challenges and future development prospects of surface hybridization in photocatalysis are discussed.We hope this critical review can provide a clear picture of the state-of-the-art achievements and facilitate the applications of surface hybrid photocatalysts in environmental remediation and energy conversion.Yan Guo Huarui Li Wei Ma Wenxin Shi Yongfa Zhu Wonyong Choi 2020Carbon Energy2020,2,3:5
2Advanced agricultural disease image recognition technologies: A review显示文摘Agricultural disease image recognition has an important role to play in the field of intelli-gent agriculture.Some advanced machine learning methods associated with the develop-ment of artificial intelligence technology in recent years,such as deep learning and transfer learning,have begun to be used for the recognition of agricultural diseases.However,the adoption of these methods continues to face a number of important challenges.This paper looks specifically at deep learning and transfer learning and discusses the recent progress in the use of these advanced technologies for agricultural disease image recognition.Anal-ysis and comparison of these two methods reveals that current agricultural disease data resources make transfer learning the better option.The paper then examines the core issues that require further study for research in this domain to continue to progress,such as the construction of image datasets,the selection of big data auxiliary domains and the optimization of the transfer learning method.Creating image datasets obtained under actual cultivation conditions is found to be especially important for the development of practically viable agricultural disease image recognition systems.Yuan Yuan Lei Chen Huarui Wu Lin Li 2022Information Processing in Agriculture2022,9,1:2

6Genetic and Breeding Progress Analysis on Five Pure Lines of Dahen Broiler显示文摘To timely modify breeding scheme and improve selection efficiency of Dahen broiler,genetic and breeding progress analysis on five pure lines was conducted. The results showed that the selection on breeding goal traits of each line was effective since 14 generations,especially the selection on growth traits did not cause adverse influence on reproductive performance. After the 6 thgeneration,main performances of each line maintained in higher level,but the breeding progress obviously declined. 7Asymptotic Analysis of Transmission Capacities for Overlaid Spread-Spectrum Wireless Networks显示文摘We study the transmission capacities of two coexisting spread-spectrum wireless networks (a primary network vs. a secondary network) that operate in the same geographic region and share the same spectrum. We defi ne transmission capacity as the product among the density of transmissions, the transmission rate, and the successful transmission probability. The primary (PR) network has a higher priority to access the spectrum without particular considerations for the secondary (SR) network, while the SR network limits its interference to the PR network by carefully controlling the density ofits transmitters. Considering two types of spread-spectrum transmission schemes (FH-CDMA and DS-CDMA) and the channel inversion power control mechanism, we quantify the transmission capacities for these two networks based on asymptotic analysis. 8Irrigation decision model for tomato seedlings based on optimal photosynthetic rate显示文摘Soil moisture is a major environmental factor that influences tomato growth and development.Suitable soil moisture not only increases tomato production but also saves irrigation water.In this study,an irrigation decision model was developed,which called soil moisture regulation model,for optimizing growth of tomato seedlings while saving water.The data used for modeling were collected from a multi-gradient nested experiment,in which temperature,photosynthetic photon flux density(PPFD),carbon dioxide(CO2)concentration and soil moisture were variables and the corresponding photosynthetic rate was measured.Subsequently,a prediction model of tomato photosynthetic rate was constructed using support vector regression(SVR)algorithm.With photosynthetic rate prediction model as fitness function,genetic algorithm(GA)was used to find the optimal soil moisture under each combination of the above environmental factors.Finally,back propagation neural network(BPNN)algorithm was used to establish a decision model of tomato irrigation,which could provide the optimal soil moisture under current environment.For the soil moisture regulation model constructed here,the coefficient of determination was 0.9738,the mean square error of the test set was 1.51×10-5,the slope of the verified straight line was 0.9752,and the intercept was 0.00916.This model demonstrated high precision,which thereby provides a theoretical basis for accurate irrigation control in the greenhouse facility environment.Xiangbei Wan Bin Li Danyan Chen Xingyue Long Yifei Deng Huarui Wu Jin Hu 2021International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2021,14,5:1
9Performance Analysis of Corroded Grounding Devices with an Accurate Corrosion Model显示文摘Grounding devices are significant to the operation of the power transmission line and power equipment.The soil and leakage current can easily cause the corrosion of carbon steel grounding devices,resulting in power accidents.Therefore,most carbon steel grounding devices in service are already corroded,and the accurate calculation of grounding parameters for corroded grounding devices is important.However,most existing methods for calculating the grounding parameters of corroded grounding devices usually have the following disadvantages:1)They only consider whether the grounding devices are broken or not,and cannot analyze the grounding parameters of grounding devices with different corrosion degrees;2)They assume that the corroded grounding device is a conductor with a smaller diameter,and ignore the impact of the corrosion product layer,resulting in calculation errors.To solve the above problems,this paper establishes an accurate corrosion model for grounding devices based on the volume expansion coefficient of corrosion products.The grounding parameters calculation method for corroded grounding devices is proposed based on the boundary element method(BEM)and Galerkin’s method.Then the grounding performance of tower grounding grids with different corrosion degrees in different soils(uniform and layered)is analyzed.Finally,some features of grounding parameters of corroded grounding devices are given.This study can accurately calculate the grounding parameters of the corroded grounding devices and has far-reaching engineering significance for the safety of power equipment.Yihua Dan Zhanlong Zhang Pengfei Gan Huarui Ye Qiaoyi Li Jun Deng 2023CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2023,9,3:0
10Highly efficient solution-processed organic photovoltaics enabled by improving packing behavior of organic semiconductors显示文摘Solution processability is a unique property of organic semiconductors. The compact and regular π-π stacking between molecules is paramount in the performance of organic optoelectronic devices. However, it is still a challenge to improve their stacking quality without sacrificing the solution-processability from the aspect of materials design. Here, delicately engineered additives are presented to promote the formation of ordered aggregation of conjugated molecules by regulating their nucleation and growth dynamics. Intriguingly, the long-chain BTP-eC9-4F molecules can realize ordered aggregation comparable to short-chain ones without sacrificing processability. The domain size of BTP-eC9-4F aggregation is enlarged from 24.2 to 32.2 nm in blend films.Thereby exciton diffusion and charge transport become faster, contributing to the suppression of recombination losses. As a result, a power conversion efficiency of 19.2% is achieved in D18:BTP-eC9-4F based organic photovoltaics. 11Report on the Breeding of Dahen 799 Broilers显示文摘[Objectives]This study was conducted to improve the production efficiency of dark-shank partridge-like plumage high-quality broilers and ensure animal welfare,so as to meet the development needs of China’s yellow-feather broiler industry.[Methods]Sichuan Animal Science Academy and Sichuan Dahen Poultry Breeding Co.,Ltd.formed a joint breeding research team.The team bred Dahen 799 broiler complete set line with local chicken breeds as the main material and improving production efficiency,stabilizing meat quality and flavor and achieving autosexing of chicks as the main breeding goals by modern poultry breeding technologies,after 10 years and 8 generations.[Results]The Dahen 799 broiler complete set line was approved by National Commission of Livestock and Poultry Genetic Resources in December 2020.The 66-week-old egg production of the breed reached 189 eggs.For the commercial generation,cocks and hens showed 10-week-old weights of 2668 and 2269 g,respectively;the feed conversion ratio was 2.26-2.35;the survivability was 96.7%-97.2%;and the average intramuscular fat contents of cocks and hens were in the range of 1.8%-2.1%,and the inosinic acid contents were in the range of 2.3-3.2 mg/g.The production performance and meat flavor of Dahen 799 broilers were better than Dahen 699 broilers,Sichuan mountainous bone-black chickens and two other social breeds.Compared with Sichuan mountainous bone-black chickens,the egg production at the age of 66 weeks increased by 47 eggs;the average weight of cocks and hens of the commercial generation at 10 weeks increased by 45.21%;and the autosexing rate of chicks of the commercial generation reached 99.3%.[Conclusions]Dahen 799 broilers have the advantages of good production performance,high feed conversion ratio and excellent meat flavor and the characteristic of autosexing which other breeds do not have,and can fully meet the industrial development needs of dark shanks and partridge-like plumage broilers.Chaowu YANG Chunlin YU Mohan QIU Zengrong ZHANG Chenming HU Huarui DU Qingyun LI Xia XIONG Shiliang ZHU Siyang LIU Xiaosong JIANG 2022Agricultural Biotechnology2022,11,3:0
12Mechanisms of yttrium on the wettability,surface tension and interactions between Ni-20Co-20Cr-10Al-ξY alloys and MgO ceramics显示文摘The mechanisms of Y on the wettability,surface tension,and interactions between the Ni-20 Co-20 Cr-10 Al-ξY alloys and MgO ceramics at 1873 K were investigated by sessile drop experiments.The results of nonlinear fitting showed that the equilibrium contact angles and Y concentrations were approximately in accord with the log-normal distribution law.The equilibrium contact angles changed from 101.5°to 140.5°with Y increasing from 0 wt.%to 1.23 wt.%.Cross-sectional microstructure observations revealed that the thermal dissociation of ceramics occurred and the released[O]atoms can react with Y to produce Y_(2)O_(3) reaction layer along three-phase interphase area.Wetting kinetics analyses indicated that surface tension of the melt droplets had been positively correlated with the Y concentrations,and it increased from 737.8–1045.1 mN/m.Meanwhile,the pinning effect of the rough substrate surface on the three-phase line hindered the spreading of the liquid on ceramics.The change in total free energy of the alloys/ceramics system was considered as the key factor affecting the wettability.Moreover,the surface morphology and thermodynamic stability of ceramics also had some influence on the wettability.Jinpeng Li Huarui Zhang Ming Gao Qingling Li Weidong Bian Yongshuang Cui Tongxiang Tao Hu Zhang 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,11:0

15Small RNA Sequencing Reveals Differentially Expressed piRNAs Related to Hypoxia in Tibetan Chickens显示文摘The relevance of genetic mechanism to the phenotype of hypoxic adaptation remains elusive.Tibetan chickens typically used to investigate the mechanism for the adaptation of hypoxia and the recognition of hypoxia-related piRNA remains an open issue.The purpose of this study was to illustrate whether the piRNAs were related to hypoxic adaptation.First of all,the differentially expressed piRNAs(DEpiRNAs)were identified through RNA sequencing between the Tibetan chickens and Daheng broilers.Subsequently,the target genes of DEpiRNAs were predicted and annotated by software.The network was constructed by Cytoscape.In our study,a total of 277 DEpiRNAs(33 down-regulated,244 up-regulated)were identified in the Tibetan chickens compared with the Daheng broilers.All of the 277 DEpiRNAs predicted 36658 targeted genes.Gene Ontology(GO)analysis showed that the target genes were significantly enriched in the biological process correlated with proliferation and apoptosis of cells,including cell cycle,mitochondrial outer membrane permeabilization,and positive regulation of stress-activated mitogen-activated protein kinase cascade.Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)analysis implicated that the DEpiRNAs were mainly involved in immune and metabolism,including natural killer cell-mediated cytotoxicity,toll-like receptor signaling pathway and fatty acid metabolism.Furthermore,a predicted network with four piRNAs acted on 11 pathways via interacting with 22 target genes,in which piR-gga-1368839 regulated metabolic pathways by acting on DHCR24.In conclusion,we determined the DEpiRNAs in the Tibetan chickens and found that these piRNAs were associated with metabolism,which may be favorable for researching the biological adaptation to hypoxic stress.Zengrong ZHANG Xiaosong JIANG Mohan QIU Chunlin YU Huarui DU Qingyun LI Han PENG Xia XIONG Xiaoyan SONG Chenming HU Jialei CHEN Chaowu YANG 2022Agricultural Biotechnology2022,11,4:0
16Sulfur doped iron-nitrogen-hard carbon nanosheets as efficient and robust noble metal-free catalysts for oxygen reduction reaction in PEMFC显示文摘Transition metal-nitrogen-carbon(M-N-C)as a promising substitute for the conventional noble metalbased catalyst still suffers from low activity and durability for oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)in proton exchange membrane fuel cells(PEMFCs).To tackle the issue,herein,a new type of sulfur-doped ironnitrogen-hard carbon(S-Fe-N-HC)nanosheets with high activity and durability in acid media were developed by using a newly synthesized precursor of amide-based polymer with Fe ions based on copolymerizing two monomers of 2,5-thiophene dicarboxylic acid(TDA)as S source and 1,8-diaminonaphthalene(DAN)as N source via an amination reaction.The as-synthesized S-Fe-N-HC features highly dispersed atomic Fe Nxmoieties embedded into rich thiophene-S doped hard carbon nanosheets filled with highly twisted graphite-like microcrystals,which is distinguished from the majority of M-N-C with soft or graphitic carbon structures.These unique characteristics endow S-Fe-N-HC with high ORR activity and outstanding durability in 0.5 M H_(2)SO_(4).Its initial half-wave potential is 0.80 V and the corresponding loss is only 21 m V after 30,000 cycles.Meanwhile,its practical PEMFC performance is a maximum power output of 628.0 mW cm^(-2)and a slight power density loss is 83.0 m W cm^(-2)after 200-cycle practical operation.Additionally,theoretical calculation shows that the activity of Fe Nxmoieties on ORR can be further enhanced by sulfur doping at meta-site near FeN_(4)C.These results evidently demonstrate that the dual effect of hard carbon substrate and S doping derived from the precursor platform of amid-polymers can effectively enhance the activity and durability of Fe-N-C catalysts,providing a new guidance for developing advanced M-N-C catalysts for ORR.Bin Liu Jiawang Li Bowen Yan Qi Wei Xingyu Wen Huarui Xie Huan He Pei Kang Shen Zhi Qun Tian 2024Journal of Energy Chemistry2024,89,2:0
17Enriched electrophilic oxygen species facilitate acidic oxygen evolution on Ru-Mo binary oxide catalysts显示文摘The polymer electrolyte membrane(PEM)electrolyzers are burdened with costly iridium(Ir)-based catalysts and high operation overpotentials for the oxygen evolution reaction(OER).The development of earth-abundant,highly active,and durable electrocatalysts to replace Ir is a critical step in reducing the cost of green hydrogen production.Here we develop a Ru5Mo4Ox binary oxide catalyst that exhibits high activity and stability in acidic OER.The electron-withdrawing property of Mo enriches the electrophilic surface oxygen species,which promotes acidic OER to proceed via the adsorbate evolution pathway.As a result,we achieve a 189 mV overpotential at 10 mA·cm^(-2) and a Tafel slope of 48.8 mV·dec^(-1).Our catalyst demonstrates a substantial 18-fold increase in intrinsic activity,as evaluated by turnover frequency,compared to commercially available RuO_(2) and IrO_(2) catalysts.Moreover,we report a stable OER operation at 10 mA·cm^(-2) for 100 h with a low degradation rate of 2.05 mV·h^(-1).Yaya Wang Yunzhou Wen Yumeng Cheng Xinhong Chen Mengjiao Zhuansun Tongbao Wang Jun Li Debora Meira Huarui Sun Jun Wei Jia Zhou Yuhang Wang Sisi He 2024Nano Research2024,17,3:0
18Genetic and Breeding Progress Analysis on S06M Line of Dahen Broiler显示文摘The genetic and breeding progress of Dahen S06M line was analyzed, in order to improve the selection efficiency. The results showed that six generations of selection was effective in selecting main characters of S06M line, especially the selection of growth rate had no adverse effect on reproductive performance. All indicators of reproductive performance were improved in varying degrees during breeding, particularly the egg pro-duction at 68 weeks of age. 19miRNA sequencing analysis of healthy and atretic follicles of chickens revealed that miR-30a-5p inhibits granulosa cell death via targeting Beclin1显示文摘Background:The egg production performance of chickens is affected by many factors,including genetics,nutrition and environmental conditions.These factors all play a role in egg production by affecting the development of follicles.MicroRNAs(miRNAs)are important non-coding RNAs that regulate biological processes by targeting genes or other non-coding RNAs after transcription.In the animal reproduction process,miRNA is known to affect the development and atresia of follicles by regulating apoptosis and autophagy of granulosa cells(GCs).Results:In this study,we identified potential miRNAs in the atretic follicles of broody chickens and unatretic follicles of healthy chickens.We identified gga-miR-30a-5p in 50 differentially expressed miRNAs and found that gga-miR-30a-5p played a regulatory role in the development of chicken follicles.The function of miR-30a-5p was explored through the transfection test of miR-30a-5p inhibitor and miR-30a-5p mimics.In the study,we used qPCR,western blot and flow cytometry to detect granulosa cell apoptosis,autophagy and steroid hormone synthesis.Confocal microscopy and transmission electron microscopy are used for the observation of autophagolysosomes.The levels of estradiol(E2),progesterone(P4),malondialdehyde(MDA)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)were detected by ELISA.The results showed that miR-30a-5p showed a negative effect on autophagy and apoptosis of granulosa cells,and also contributed in steroid hormones and reactive oxygen species(ROS)production.In addition,the results obtained from the biosynthesis and dual luciferase experiments showed that Beclin1 was the target gene of miR-30a-5p.The rescue experiment conducted further confirmed that Beclin1 belongs to the miR-30a-5p regulatory pathway.Conclusions:In summary,after deep miRNA sequencing on healthy and atretic follicles,the results indicated that miR-30a-5p inhibits granulosa cell death by inhibiting Beclin1.Haorong He Dongmei Li Yongtong Tian Qinyao Wei Felix Kwame Amevor Congjiao Sun Chunlin Yu Chaowu Yang Huarui Du Xiaosong Jiang Menggen Ma Can Cui Zhichao Zhang Kai Tian Yao Zhang Qing Zhu Huadong Yin 2022Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2022,13,5:0
20Comparative Analysis of Slaughter Performance and Meat Flavor Traits of Quality Chicken under Cage Rearing and Free-range Farming Conditions显示文摘[Objective]The paper was to compare the slaughter performance and meat flavor of quality chicken under cage rearing and free-range farming conditions.[Method]A total of 4001-day-old cocks,S07 line cultivated by Sichuan Dahen Poultry Breeding Co.,Ltd.(bred for 4 succes-sive generations),were kept in cages until the end of 5 weeks of age,which were then divided into cage rearing and free-range farming groups.All cocks were fed with the same diet,and slaughter tests and meat quality analysis were carried out at the end of 10 and 22 weeks of age,respectively.[Result]The live weight,carcass weight and abdominal fat percentage in cage rearing group were significantly higher than those in free-range farming group(P<0.01),and the percentage of half-eviscerated yield and percentage of eviscerated yield in cage rearing group were significantly higher than those in free-range farming group(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences in dressing percentage,percentage of leg muscle and per-centage of breast muscle.The intramuscular fat(IMF)content and muscle fiber density of chicken in cage rearing group were significantly higher than those in free-range farming group(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference in inosinic acid(IMP)content.The content of IMF and IMF increased with the increase of feeding age,but the deposition rate of intramuscular fat was higher than that of IMF in late feeding period.[Conclusion]The study will provide reliable guidance for production and market consumption of high quality chicken.Yang Chaowu Yu Chunlin Qiu Mohan Zhang Zengrong Hu Chenming Xiong Xia Xia Bo Peng Han Song Xiaoyan Chen Jialei Zhu Shiliang Liu Siyang Du Huarui Li Qingyun 2022Animal Husbandry and Feed Science2022,14,1:0
