1Tooth loss inhibits neurogenesis in the dentate gyrus of adult mice显示文摘Tooth loss has been shown to affect learning and memory in mice and increases the risk of Alzheimer's disease. The dentate gyrus is strongly associated with cognitive function. This study hypothesized that tooth loss affects neurons in the dentate gyrus. Adult male mice were randomly assigned to either the tooth loss group or normal control group. In the tooth loss group, the left maxillary and mandibular molars were extracted. Normal control mice did not receive any intervention. Immunofluorescence staining revealed that the density and absorbance of doublecortin- and neuronal nuclear antigen-positive cells were lower in the tooth loss group than in the normal control group. These data suggest that tooth loss may inhibit neurogenesis in the dentate gyrus of adult mice.Shaochen Su Tao Qi Baoli Su Huibin Gu Jianlin Wang Lan Yang 2014Neural Regeneration Research2014,9,17:4
2Ground demonstration system based on in-orbit assembly oriented manipulator flexible force control显示文摘To eliminate the load weight limit of carrier rockets and reduce the burden on support structures,in-orbit assembly is a key technology to make design of scattering a large diameter telescope into submirror modules, which requires smooth operation of assembly robots, and flexible force control technology is necessary. A ground demonstration system is presented for in-orbit assembly focusing on flexible force control. A six-dimensional force/torque sensor and its data acquisition system are used to compensate for gravity. For translation and rotation,an algorithm for flexible control is proposed. A ground transportation demonstration verifies accuracy and smoothness of flexible force control, and the transportation and assembly task is completed automatically. The proposed system is suitable for the development of in-orbit assembly robots.乔冠宇 Gao Huibin Peng Cheng Gu Yingying Xu Zhenbang Xu Boqian 2017High Technology Letters2017,23,3:2
3Interfacial-Strain-Induced Structural and Polarization Evolutions in Epitaxial Multiferroic BiFeO_3(001) Thin Films显示文摘Varying the film thickness is a precise route to tune the interfacial strain to manipulate the properties of the multiferroic materials. Here,to explore the effects of the interfacial strain on the properties of the multiferroic BiFeO_3films,we investigated thickness-dependent structural and polarization evolutions of the BiFeO_3 films. The epitaxial growth with an atomic stacking sequence of BiO/TiO_2 at the interface was confirmed by scanning transmission electron microscopy.Combining X-ray diffraction experiments and first-principles calculations,a thickness-dependent structural evolution was observed from a fully strained tetragonality to a partially relaxed one without any structural phase transition or rotated twins. The tetragonality(c/a) of the BiFeO_3 films increases as the film thickness decreases, while the polarization is in contrast with this trend, and the size effect including the depolarization field plays a crucial role in this contradiction in thinner films. These findings offer an alternative strategy to manipulate structural and polarization properties by tuning the interfacial strain in epitaxial multiferroic thin films.郭海中 Ruiqiang Zhao Kui-juan Jin Lin Gu Dongdong Xiao Zhenzhong Yang Xiaolong Li Le Wang Xu He Junxing Gu Qian Wan Can Wang Huibin Lu Chen Ge Meng He Guozhen Yang 2015功能材料信息2015,12,3:1
