1Triple Medium Physical Model of Post Fracturing High-Rank Coal Reservoir in Southern Qinshui Basin显示文摘In this paper, influences on the reservoir permeability, the reservoir architecture and the fluid flow pattern caused by hydraulic fracturing are analyzed. Based on the structure and production fluid flow model of post fracturing high-rank coal reservoir, Warren-Root Model is improved. A new physical model that is more suitable for post fracturing high-rank coal reservoir is established. The results show that the width, the flow conductivity and the permeability of hydraulic fractures are much larger than natural fractures in coal bed reservoir. Hydraulic fracture changes the flow pattern of gas and flow channel to wellbore, thus should be treated as an independent medium. Warrant-Root Model has some limitations and can't give a comprehensive interpretation of seepage mechanism in post fracturing high-rank coal reservoir. Modified Warrant-Root Model simplifies coal bed reservoir to an ideal system with hydraulic fracture, orthogonal macroscopic fracture and cuboid matrix. Hydraulic fracture is double wing, vertical and symmetric to wellbore. Coal bed reservoir is divided into cuboids by hydraulic fracture and further by macroscopic fractures. Flow behaviors in coal bed reservoir are simplified to three step flows of gas and two step flows of water. The swap mode of methane between coal matrix and macroscopic fractures is pseudo steady fluid channeling. The flow behaviors of methane to wellbore no longer follow Darcy's Law and are mainly affected by inertia force. The flow pattern of water follows Darcy's Law. 3An effective rolling process of magnesium alloys for suppressing edge cracks: Width-limited rolling显示文摘To suppress the edge crack of the magnesium alloy sheet during the ordinary rolling process, a new rolling process named width-limited rolling was proposed in this paper. Width-limited rolling is a rolling method in which the width of the alloy sheet is limited by modifying the shape of the rollers, allowing a compressive stress field to form at the edge portion of the alloy sheet during rolling, resulting in the reduction of edge cracks. At present work, magnesium alloy sheets were separately subjected to ordinary rolling and width-limited rolling. The microstructure evolution and mechanical properties of the rolled sheets were investigated by EBSD, TEM, and XRD. The results exhibited that under the same rolling conditions, the sheet after ordinary rolling exhibited obvious edge cracks while no crack was found at the edge of the sheet after width-limited rolling. The edge crack suppressing effect was attributed to the reduction of the tensile stress along rolling direction during WLR, promoting the synchronous extension of the edge and center regions to suppress edge crack tendency. Microstructure observation showed that the compressive twins formed in the sheet after ordinary rolling usually exhibited as thin plates and cannot continue to fully develop due to the premature generation of the edge cracks. However, the compressive twins developed maturely in some of which double twins formed and various slip systems with different dislocation Burgers vectors occurred in the rolled sheet after WLR. More twin intersections and shear bands, providing more potential recrystallization nucleation sites, which are beneficial to weaken basal texture. 5Yeast expression and DNA immunization of hepatitis B virus S gene with second-loop deletion of α determinant region显示文摘AIM: Immune escape mutations of HBV often occur in the dominant epitope, the second-loop of the a determinant of hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg). To let the hosts respond to the subdominant epitopes in HBsAg may be an effective way to decrease the prevalence of immune escape mutants. For this reason, a man-made clone of HBV S gene with the second-loop deletion was constructed. Its antigenicity was evaluated by yeast expression analysis and DNA immunization in mice. METHODS: HBV S gene with deleted second-loop, amino acids from 139 to 145, was generated using splicing by overlap extension. HBV deleted S gene was then cloned into the yeast expression vector pPIC9 and the mammalian expression vector pcDNA3 to generate pHB-SDY and pHB-SD, respectively. The complete S gene was cloned into the same vectors as controls. The deleted recombinant HBsAg expressed in yeasts was detected using Abbott IMx HBsAg test kits, enzyme-linked immunoadsorbent assay (ELISA) and immune dot blotting to evaluate its antigenicity in vitro. The anti-HBs responses to DNA immunization in BALB/c mice were detected using Abbott IMx AUSAB test kits to evaluate the antigenicity of that recombinant protein in vivo.RESULTS: Both deleted and complete HBsAg were successfully expressed in yeasts. They were intracellular expressions. The deleted HBsAg could not be detected by ELISA, in which the monoclonal anti-HBs against the determinant was used, but could be detected by Abbott IMx and immune dot blotting, in which multiple monoclonal antiHBs and polyclonal anti-HBs were used, respectively. The activity of the deleted HBsAg detected by Abbott IMx was much lower than that of complete HBsAg (the ratio of sample value/cut off value, 106+26.7 vs i 814.4+776.3, P<0.01,t=5.02). The anti-HBs response of pHB-SD to DNA immunization was lower than that of complete HBV S gene vector pHB (the positive rate 2/10 vs6/10, 4.56+3.52 mIU/mL vs27.60±17.3 mIU/mL, P=0.02, t=2.7). CONCLUSIONS: HBsAg with deleted second-loop of the α determinant still has antigenicity, and can also raise weak anti-HBs response in mice to DNA immunization, suggesting that it is possible to develop a subdominant vaccine for preventing infections of immune escape mutants of HBV.HuiHu Xiao-MouPeng Yang-SuHuang LinGu Qi-FengXie Zhi-LiangGao 2004World Journal of Gastroenterology2004,10,20:1

12Efficient Semi‑Transparent Wide‑Bandgap Perovskite Solar Cells Enabled by Pure‑Chloride 2D‑Perovskite Passivation显示文摘Wide-bandgap(WBG)perovskite solar cells suffer from severe non-radiative recombination and exhibit relatively large opencircuit voltage(V_(OC))deficits,limiting their photovoltaic performance.Here,we address these issues by in-situ forming a well-defined 2D perovskite(PMA)_(2)PbCl_(4)(phenmethylammonium is referred to as PMA)passivation layer on top of the WBG active layer.The 2D layer with highly pure dimensionality and halide components is realized by intentionally tailoring the side-chain substituent at the aryl ring of the post-treatment reagent.First-principle calculation and single-crystal X-ray diffraction results reveal that weak intermolecular interactions between bulky PMA cations and relatively low cation-halide hydrogen bonding strength are crucial in forming the well-defined 2D phase.The(PMA)_(2)PbCl_(4)forms improved type-I energy level alignment with the WBG perovskite,reducing the electron recombination at the perovskite/hole-transport-layer interface.Applying this strategy in fabricating semi-transparent WBG perovskite solar cells(indium tin oxide as the back electrode),the V_(OC)deficits can be reduced to 0.49 V,comparable with the reported state-of-the-art WBG perovskite solar cells using metal electrodes.Consequently,we obtain hysteresis-free 18.60%-efficient WBG perovskite solar cells with a high V_(OC)of 1.23 V.Liu Yang Yongbin Jin Zheng Fang Jinyan Zhang Ziang Nan Lingfang Zheng Huihu Zhuang Qinghua Zeng Kaikai Liu Bingru Deng Huiping Feng Yujie Luo Chengbo Tian Changcai Cui Liqiang Xie Xipeng Xu Zhanhua Wei 2023Nano-Micro Letters2023,15,8:1

17Constructing electron-blocking grain boundaries in garnet to suppress lithium dendrite growth显示文摘Li_(7)La_(3)Zr_(2)O_(12)(LLZO)is considered as a promising solid-state electrolyte due to its high ionic conductivity,wide electrochemical window,and excellent electrochemical stability.However,its application in solid-state lithium metal batteries(SSLMBs)is impeded by the growth of lithium dendrites in LLZO due to some reasons such as its high electronic conductivity.In this study,lithium fluoride(LiF)was introduced into Ta-doped LLZO(LLZTO)to modify its grain boundaries to enhance the performance of SSLMBs.A nanoscale LiF layer was uniformly coated on the LLZTO grains,creating a threedimensional continuous electron-blocking network at the grain boundaries.Benefiting from the electronic insulator LiF and the special structure of the modified LLZTO,the symmetric cells based on LLZO achieved a high critical current density(CCD)of 1.1 mA·cm^(-2)(in capacity-constant mode)and maintained stability over 2000 h at 0.3 mA·cm^(-2).Moreover,the full cells combined with a LiFePO_(4)(LFP)cathode,demonstrated excellent cycling performance,retaining 97.1% of capacity retention after 500 cycles at 0.5 C.Therefore,this work provides a facile and effective approach for preparing a modified electrolyte suitable for high-performance SSLMBs.Xing Xiang Zecheng Fang Congkun Du Zhenzhen Zhao Jiajia Chen Yanhua Zhang Huihu Wang Chenhuinan Wei Fei Chen Qiang Shen 2024Journal of Advanced Ceramics2024,13,2:0

20Determination of representative elementary volume of digital coal based on fractal theory with X-ray CT data and its application in fractal permeability predication model显示文摘Representative elementary volume(REV)is the key to study the heterogeneity of digital coal and characterize its macroscopic and microscopic properties.The permeability evolution law of digital coal based on REV analysis can provide theoretical support for the application of permeability prediction model in multi-scale reservoirs.This study takes typical coal samples from Bofang and Sihe coal mines in Qinshui Basin as research object.First,the nondestructive information of two samples is scanned and visualized.Secondly,the calculation methods of two-dimensional(2D)and threedimensional(3D)fractal dimensions of pores and fractures are illustrated.Then,the determination methods of REV based on porosity and fractal dimension are compared.Finally,the distribution pattern of fractal dimension and porosity curves is studied,the relationship between 2D and 3D fractal dimension is characterized,and the application of fractal permeability model in permeability analysis of multi-scale reservoir is further discussed.The REV size varies greatly in different vertex directions of the same sample and between samples,so REV analysis can only be performed in specific directions.When the REV based on fractal dimension is determined,the porosity curve continues to maintain a downward trend and then tends to be stable.The 2D fractal dimension has a positive linear correlation with the 3D fractal dimension,and the porosity can be expressed as a linear function of the fractal dimension.The permeability through REV analysis domain is mainly affected by fractal dimension,dip angle,azimuth angle and maximum fracture length,which is of great significance for exploring permeability evolution law of coal reservoir at different scales.This study is of great significance for enriching the determination methods of REV in digital coal and exploring the permeability evolution law of multi-scale reservoirs.Huihuang FANG Shuxun SANG Shiqi LIU Huihu LIU Hongjie XU Yanhui HUANG 2022Frontiers of Earth Science2022,16,3:0
