| 1 | Evolution and molecular epidemiology of foot-and-mouth disease virus in China显示文摘Foot-and-mouth disease (FMD),caused by foot-and-mouth disease virus (FMDV),is considered one of the most important viral diseases of cloven-hoofed animals,causing severe economic losses in affected regions of the world.Three serotypes (A,O,and Asia 1) of FMDV have been identified in China since 1958.In addition,the occurrence of novel subtypes within these serotypes has made the epidemiology of FMDV more complicated over the last few years.In this review,we summarize the history and the current epidemiological situation in China,genetic diversity (e.g.,quasispecies dynamics,antigenic heterogeneity,and functional constraints),intertypic recombination,and the evidence for positive selection of different FMDV serotypes.We also assess these genetic data to understand the origin,evolution,and transmission of FMDV,the findings of which may be useful in developing control measures for future epidemics. | BAI XingWen LI PingHua BAO HuiFang LIU ZaiXin LI Dong LU ZengJun CAO YiMei SHANG YouJun SHAO JunJun CHANG HuiYun LUO JianXun LIU XiangTao | 2011 | Chinese Science Bulletin2011，56，21： | 7 |

| 4 | Two pseudo-polymorphic porous POM-pillared MOFs for sulfide-sulfoxide transformation: Efficient synergistic effects of POM precursors, metal sites and microstructures显示文摘Developing sustainable and powerful heterogeneous catalytic systems to convert sulfides into high-value sulfoxide products has become a particularly appealing field and an arduous challenge.In this work,two porous polyoxometalate-pillared metal-organic frameworks,formulated as H_(3n)[Cu_(3)(pidc)_(2)(H_(2)O)_(2.5)]_(2)[PW_(12)O_(40)]_n·x H_(2)O (n=1.5,x=6 for 1,n=1,x=12 for 2;and H_(3)pidc=2-(3-pyridinyl)-1H-imidazole-4,5-dicarboxylic acid),were consciously manufacture and employed for heterogeneously catalyzed sulfide-sulfoxide transformation.Structural analysis shows that 1 and 2 exhibit similar porous frameworks with nearly identical two-dimensional metal-organic layers further pillared by tetradentate POM ligands with different coordination modes,which also result in the porosity of 1 being almost twice that of 2.In catalyzing the conversion of methyl phenyl sulfide (MPS) to methyl phenyl sulfoxide (MPSO),1 can convert nearly 100%of MPS into MPSO within 30 min,while 2 achieved the similar results requires 50 min.The higher activity of 1 may be attributed to its larger channel that can provide more active sites and more efficient mass transfer process.Systematic structure-activity analyses and mechanistic studies revealed dual-reaction pathways driven by POM sites and metal sites assisted by the structural microenvironment. | Yanhong Chen Haiyan An Shenzhen Chang Yanqin Li Tieqi Xu Qingshan Zhu Huiyun Luo Yaohui Huang Yuting Wei | 2023 | Chinese Chemical Letters2023，34，7： | 0 |
| 5 | Regional Patterns of Disability and Their Relationship with Socioeconomic Conditions-China,2006显示文摘What is already known about this topic?Understanding the regional distributions of disability is helpful for policymaking in precise disability prevention and control,especially in China.However,only a few studies have focused on the regional distributions of disability and their relationships with socioeconomic conditions,and almost all of them have ignored the variances of disability within provinces in China.What is added by this report?This research found that with the increase in the regional income level,the prevalence of disability showed a decreasing trend.The aging process of disability in high-income regions is more serious than that in other income level regions,and with the improvement of income level,the prevalence of disability in males declines rapidly.What are the implications for public health practice?The study analyzed the county-level distribution patterns of disability and their relationship with socioeconomic factors to provide a basis for implementing regional policies on disability prevention and control. | Huiyun Fan Yanan Luo | 2022 | China CDC weekly2022，4，43： | 0 |
