| 1 | Preparation of an anti-diethylstilbestrol monoclonal antibody and development of an indirect competitive ELISA to detect diethylstilbestrol in biological samples显示文摘Based on the preparation of an anti-diethylstilbestrol(DES) monoclonal antibody,a simple and convenient indirect competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) method for DES detection has been developed.The monoclonal antibody demonstrated high sensitivity to DES with an IC50 value of 275 pg mL-1 and detection limit(LOD) of 90 pg mL-1.The specificity of the assay was studied by measuring cross-reactivity of the antibody with structurally related compounds of ethinyl estradiol(<7%),estrone(<0.1%),estriol(<0.1%),and diethylstilbestrol benzoate(<0.1%).Chicken,fish,shrimp,urine and bile spiked with different concentration of DES were detected by the developed method,and the recovery rates were greater than 79.5%.Intra-and inter-assay variations were about 6%.This method exhibited high stability with a coefficient of variation less than 10% in buffer and in real samples.The LODs in fish/shrimp,liver,feed and urine spiked with DES were 600,600,4800 and 600 pg mL-1,respectively.These results confirmed that the antibody to DES was successfully produced and could be used to establish ELISA methods for DES detection in food producing animals. | LI WeiHua MENG Meng HE FangYang WAN YuPing XUE HuYin LIU Wei YIN WeiWei XU Jing FENG CaiWei WANG ShanLiang LU Xiao LIU JinTing XI RiMo | 2011 | Chinese Science Bulletin2011,56,8: | 4 |
| 2 | Dielectric Properties of Bi_4Ti_3O_(12) Ceramics by Impedance Spectroscopic Method显示文摘Various lead-free ceramics have been investigated in search for new high-temperature dielectrics. In particular, Bi_4Ti_3O_(12) is a type of ferroelectric ceramics, which is supposed to replace leadcontaining ceramics for its outstanding dielectric properties in the near future. Ferroelectric ceramics of Bi_4Ti_3O_(12) made by conventional mixed oxide route have been studied by impedance spectroscopy in a wide range of temperature. X-ray diffraction patterns show that Bi_4Ti_3O_(12) ceramics are a single-phase of ferroelectric Bi-layered perovskite structure whether it is calcined at 800 ℃ or after sintering production. This study focused on the effect of the grain size on the electric properties of BIT ceramics. The BIT ceramics with different grain sizes were prepared at different sintering temperatures. Grain becomes coarser with the sintering temperature increasing by 50 ℃, relative permittivity and dielectric loss also change a lot. When sintered at 1 100 ℃, r values peak can reach 205.40 at a frequency of 100 k Hz, the minimum dielectric losses of four different frequencies make no difference, all close to 0.027. The values of Ea range from 0.52 to 0.68 e V. The dielectric properties of the sample sintered at 1 100 ℃ are relatively better than those of the other samples by analyzing the relationship of the grain, the internal stresses, the homogeneity and the dielectric properties. SEM can better explain the results of the dielectric spectrum at different sintering temperatures. The results show that Bi_4Ti_3O_(12) ceramics are a kind of dielectrics. | 3 | A Lane Detection Method Based on Semantic Segmentation显示文摘This paper proposes a novel method of lane detection,which adopts VGG16 as the basis of convolutional neural network to extract lane line features by cavity convolution,wherein the lane lines are divided into dotted lines and solid lines.Expanding the field of experience through hollow convolution,the full connection layer of the network is discarded,the last largest pooling layer of the VGG16 network is removed,and the processing of the last three convolution layers is replaced by hole convolution.At the same time,CNN adopts the encoder and decoder structure mode,and uses the index function of the maximum pooling layer in the decoder part to upsample the encoder in a counter-pooling manner,realizing semantic segmentation.And combined with the instance segmentation,and finally through the fitting to achieve the detection of the lane line.In addition,the currently disclosed lane line data sets are relatively small,and there is no distinction between lane solid lines and dashed lines.To this end,our work made a lane line data set for the lane virtual and real identification,and based on the proposed algorithm effective verification of the data set achieved by the increased segmentation.The final test shows that the proposed method has a good balance between lane detection speed and accuracy,which has good robustness. | Ling Ding Huyin Zhang Jinsheng Xiao Cheng Shu Shejie Lu | 2020 | Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2020,,3: | 2 |

This model uses stimulated annealing algorithm to calculate accurate performance parameters of load information on every service node, then estimates the actual load of nodes by dynamic feed-back, in order to insure tasks distribution reasonable. | 15 | The influence of Bi content on dielectric properties of Bi_(4-x)Ti_(3)O_(12-1.5x) ceramics显示文摘A kind of lead-free dielectric materials,such as the bismuth layered perovskite-type structure of Bi4-xTi3O12-1.5x(x=0.04,0.02,0,-0.02,-0.04),was prepared by the conventional solid-state method at 800C and sintered at 1100C.The variation of structure and electrical properties with different Bi concentration was studied.All the Bi4-xTi3O12-1.5x(x=0.04,0.02,0,-0.02,-0.04)samples exhibited a single structured phase.SEM could be a better approach to present the microstructure of Bi4-xTi3O12-1.5x(x=0.04,0.02,0,-0.02,-0.04)ceramics.It could be found that the grain size of Bi4.02Ti3O12.03 sintered at 1100C was smaller than that of others among the five samples through grain size mechanics.Through impedance spectra analysis,we knew,when the Bi content was fixed,that the dielectric constant and the loss values increased with the decrease of frequency.The Curie temperature of the five samples was about 670C.In particular,while at the frequency of 100 kHz,the lowest loss was 0.001 when Bi content was 3.98.The Bi4.02Ti3O12.03 ceramics with the minimum grain size had highest dielectric constant and the relatively low loss.Due to its high Curie temperature,high permittivity and low loss,the Bi_(4)Ti_(3)O_(12)(BIT)ceramics have a broad application prospect in high density memory,generator,sensor,ferroelectric tunnel junctions and so on. | Hui Gong Xiying Ke Shuqin Yang Zhaozhi Li Huyin Su Cancan Zhang Qian Luo Qi Chen Lingfang Xu Yong Chen Wei Wang | 2017 | Journal of Advanced Dielectrics2017,7,3: | 0 |
| 16 | Q-Learning Based Interference-Aware Channel Handoff for Partially Observable Cognitive Radio Ad Hoc Networks显示文摘Channel handoff is a crucial function for Cognitive radio ad hoc networks(CRAHNs). The absence of centralized infrastructures and the limited power make the handoff design more challenging. A learningbased interference-aware handoff scheme is proposed for distributed CRAHNs. We model the channel handoff process as a Partially observable Markov decision process(POMDP) and adopt a Q-learning algorithm to find an optimal handoff strategy in a long term. The proposed algorithm obtains an efficient transmission performance by considering the interferences among SUs and PUs. To achieve PU awareness, the handoff scheme predicts the PU activities by using the historical channel usage statistics. In addition, we also propose a refined channel selection rule to compromise between learning speed and cumulative transmission reward. The simulation results show that the proposed handoff scheme can adapt to the PU activities and achieves a better performance in terms of high throughput and low collisions.
